The invention discloses a general charging method and device for cloud resources, electronic equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: configuring charging category information according to cloud resources of a cloud management platform, wherein the charging category information comprises cloud resource charging categories and cloud resource charging category unit prices; configuring a charging event of the cloud resource; and charging the target cloud resources according to the charging category information, wherein the target cloud resources are cloud resources triggering the charging events. The method can deal with the increase of the types of the cloud resources, quickly and effectively charges the cloud environment and the cluster equipment of different cloud resources, does not need to set different methods for charging different scenes, and can obtain a charging bill only by configuring different scenes, so that the flexibility of the system is improved.
