In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a short message display method, which specifically includes:
step S101: receiving the short message and obtaining the channel number of the short message sender.
In specific application, a communication operator can allocate a channel number to an enterprise, and the enterprise can send a short message to a user through the channel number allocated by the operator. After receiving a short message sent by an enterprise, the mobile terminal extracts a sending number, wherein the sending number is the short message channel number of a sending party.
In a specific application, the channel number of an enterprise may only include a main channel number, where the main channel number is a number allocated to the enterprise by an operator; the channel numbers of the enterprises may also include a subchannel number, which is a custom suffix added after the main channel number to distinguish different service traffic in the enterprise.
Step S102: and searching for the sender name associated with the channel number according to the channel number.
In a specific application, a database of the association between the channel number and the name of the sender (business name) is established and stored, and the name of the sender matching the extracted channel number is searched based on the association database.
It should be noted that the association database is stored in the mobile terminal, and is a database for recording the association relationship between the channel number and the name of the sender, which is established according to the information of the enterprise and the enterprise code number.
In specific application, whether a sender name associated with the channel number exists or not is firstly searched in an associated database, and if the sender name associated with the communication number exists, the sender name is used as a display name of the short message.
In a specific application, if the sender name associated with the channel number is not found in the association database, the sender name associated with the channel number is further found by the server.
In a specific application, after a short message is received and a channel number of a short message sending party is identified, whether the channel number contains a sub-channel number is identified. If the channel number only comprises the main channel number, acquiring the main channel number as the channel number to be identified; if the channel number includes both the main channel number and the sub-channel number, the sub-channel number can be deleted, and only the main channel number is used as the channel number to be identified; the main channel number and the subchannel number may also be obtained as the channel number to be identified.
Step S103: and if the name of the sender associated with the channel number is found, displaying the channel number as the name of the sender, and displaying the short messages with the same name of the sender in the same conversation window.
In a specific application, when the name of the sender associated with the channel number is found, the channel number (the sending number of the short message) is displayed as the name of the sender. And displaying the short messages with the same name of the sender (enterprise name) through a conversation window with the name of the sender as a display name, and displaying the short messages with the same display name in a display interface of a short message inbox by using one conversation window.
In a specific application, one sender name can correspond to a plurality of channel numbers, each channel number can correspond to one service of the sender name, and short messages with the same channel number are marked by one service name corresponding to the channel number and displayed in a classified mode in a conversation window of the sender name.
In a specific application, the short messages with different sender names are respectively displayed by using the corresponding sender names as display names of the session windows.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a display interface of an existing short message inbox, where messages sent by the same enterprise (business) are displayed in the short message inbox as a plurality of different conversation windows.
As shown in fig. 3, the enterprise name is found according to the channel number, the short message of the same enterprise name is displayed in the same conversation window, the merchant LOGO of the enterprise is displayed in the conversation window, so that the display interface is simple, a user can conveniently look up the short message, the display of the enterprise brand can be highlighted, more direct enterprise exposure is brought, and enterprise popularization is facilitated.
Step S104: and if the sender name associated with the channel number is not found, displaying the short message by using the session of the channel number.
In the specific application, if the sender name associated with the channel number is not found, the channel number is not bound with the enterprise, and for the unbound channel number, the channel number is used as the display name of the conversation window of the short message, and the short messages with the same display name are displayed in the same conversation window in the display interface of the short message inbox.
In an embodiment, before step S102, the short message display method further includes the following steps:
an association database is created.
And storing the association relationship between the channel number and the name of the sender in the association database.
In a specific application, an association database of the channel number and the name of the sender is created through the code number information of each enterprise recorded by a communication operator. When the communication operator distributes the channel number for each enterprise, the communication operator records the code number information of each enterprise, acquires the enterprise name and the channel number information corresponding to the enterprise name, and stores the enterprise name and the channel number information corresponding to the enterprise name in a correlation mode. It should be noted that there may be multiple channel numbers for an enterprise, and the sender names found in the multiple channel numbers in the association database are all enterprise names of the enterprise.
In one embodiment, the short message display method further includes the following steps:
a synchronization request is sent to the server.
And acquiring the association relation between the channel number and the name of the sender recorded in the server, and synchronizing the association relation to an association database.
In a specific application, the server of the communication operator updates the code number information of each enterprise in real time, so that the mobile terminal is controlled to send a synchronization request to the server of the communication operator at regular time to acquire the enterprise code number information (namely, the name of the sender and the corresponding channel number) recorded in the server of the channel operator, and update the association database according to the enterprise code number information (namely, synchronize the acquired latest association relationship into the association database).
The short message display method provided by the embodiment can also find the corresponding sender name according to the channel number by binding the sender name and the channel number, determine whether the short message belongs to the same sender name according to the channel number of the short message sender, and display the short message belonging to the same sender name through a session window, so that the short message of the same enterprise is displayed by only one session, display sessions are effectively reduced, the attention of a user is increased, user experience is improved, and the problem that the display sessions are multiple and scattered in the current short message display mode is effectively solved.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the step S101 in the first embodiment specifically includes:
step S201: reading the channel number of the short message sending party, and judging whether the channel number comprises a sub-channel number.
In a specific application, the channel number of an enterprise may only include a main channel number, and may also include a sub-channel number, where the sub-channel number is a custom suffix added after the main channel number to distinguish different service businesses in the enterprise. And after receiving the short message and identifying the channel number of the short message sending party, identifying whether the channel number comprises a sub-channel number.
Step S202: and if the channel number comprises a sub-channel number, deleting the sub-channel number, and taking the main channel number of the channel number as the channel number of the short message sending party.
In the specific application, because the main channel number is allocated to the enterprise by the operator, the corresponding sender name can be searched more quickly and accurately by only using the main channel number as the channel number for searching and matching. Therefore, the identified sub-channel number is deleted, and only the main channel number is used as the retrieved channel number for searching and matching, so that the searching efficiency and the searching accuracy are improved.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the step S102 in the first embodiment specifically includes:
step S301: and searching a sender name associated with the channel number in an associated database according to the channel number.
In specific application, the channel number is firstly searched and matched through an associated database of the mobile terminal.
Step S302: and if the sender name associated with the channel number is not found in the association database, sending a search request to a server so as to search the sender name associated with the channel number in the server.
In a specific application, if the sender name associated with the channel number cannot be found in the association database of the mobile terminal, a search request is sent to the server. After receiving the search request, the server queries and matches the channel number carried in the search request to search for the name of the sender associated with the channel number.
Step S303: and if the sender name which is sent by the server and is associated with the channel number is obtained, updating the association database according to the sender name which is associated with the channel number.
In a specific application, when the server finds the name of the sender corresponding to the channel number, the found channel number and the corresponding name of the sender are sent to the mobile terminal, and after the mobile terminal obtains the channel number and the corresponding name of the sender sent by the server, the association relation is updated to the association database, and the name of the sender is used as the display name of the session window of the short message.
Step S304: and if the sender name which is sent by the server and is associated with the channel number is not obtained, displaying the short message by using the session of the channel number.
In a specific application, when the server does not find the name of the sender corresponding to the channel number, the server does not send information to the mobile terminal. And if the mobile terminal does not receive the information of the server within the preset time interval, directly using the channel number as the display name of the conversation window of the short message.
In a specific application, when the server does not find the name of the sender corresponding to the channel number, sending feedback information of the name of the sender which is not found to the mobile terminal, and if the mobile terminal receives the feedback information, directly using the channel number as the display name of the conversation window of the short message.
