Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a privilege-based flow creation system according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: the traffic management server 300. The servers 201 to 203 of the enterprise systems of a plurality of enterprises are connected to the business management server 300. The servers 201 to 203 belong to different companies respectively. The servers 201 to 203 respectively receive the function information sent by the users 1 to 6 through the terminal devices 101 to 106 used by the users, and then send the function information to the business management server 300, and the business management server 300 allocates the system module access authority to the users according to the received function information and creates corresponding business processes. And then the business management server 300 returns the created business flow to the terminal equipment 101-106 of the users 1-6 through the servers 201-203. The business management server 300 is, for example, a server constructed for a third-party enterprise, and is used for providing services of an enterprise management system for different enterprises through the internet. For example, in FIG. 2, the business management server 300 can provide services of enterprise systems for the servers 201-203 of the enterprise systems of different enterprises.
It should be noted that the service management server 300 in the system may be adapted to the above-described hardware structure.
Under the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, a method for creating a permission-based flow is provided, and the method is implemented by the service management server 300 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s302: receiving a creating request for creating a business process, which is sent by a user through terminal equipment;
s304: determining authority information related to the authority of each node of the business process; and
s306: and determining the position related to the business process node according to the authority information, and establishing the business process according to the determined position.
Specifically, the server 201 of the enterprise 1 and the user 1 are taken as examples. User 1 may be, for example, an administrative supervisor of enterprise 1 or HR, so that user 1 may send a post creation request for applying for creating a post to server 201 through terminal device 101. The server 201 transmits the station creation request to the service management server 300. Where the server 201 is a server provided by the enterprise system of the user 1. After receiving the post creation request, the service management server 300 sends a page for filling out the function information for creating a post to the server 201, and then the server 201 sends the page for the function information to the terminal device 201 of the user 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving the page filled with the function information through the terminal device 101, the user 1 fills the post and the function information on the page according to the prompt information on the page, and then clicks and submits the page, so that the function information is sent to the server 201 through the terminal device 101, and then the server 201 sends the received function information to the service management server 300.
So that user 1 can create a number of different positions by continually repeating the above process. For example, Table 1 below shows a number of posts created by user 1:
in addition, as shown in fig. 5, the user may also determine his/her own function information by means of tag selection, and when there is no tag that he/she wants to select in the tag selection, he/she may fill in "other" tags. The service management server 300 presets a function meta-information list, and the tags of the function information in the page are data items in the function meta-information list.
Further, the user 1 uses the terminal device 101 to send a creating request for creating a business process to the business management server 300 through the server 201, for example, the creating request is: and creating a contract approval process. After receiving the creation request, the service management server 300 obtains a preset service flow template, such as a contract approval flow template, according to the creation request. Each process node in the business process template is authority information used for indicating user operation. Referring to fig. 6, the "submit contract", "confirm sales compliance" and other process nodes in the process template are all user rights. The service management server 300 determines authority information related to the authority of each node of the service process according to the contract approval process template and the function information of the user 1.
Further, the service management server 300 determines a post related to the service flow node corresponding to the authority information according to a preset association relationship between the authority information and the function information, and associates the post with the service flow node, thereby creating a service flow.
As described in the background, the organizational structure and the position settings of each enterprise are different, so that the organizational structure and the position settings embodied in the enterprise management system are different, and the contract approval process generated by the third-party system is usually created based on a specific process template and cannot match the actual position settings of the enterprise. Therefore, the generated business process cannot be directly applied to the enterprise management system, but the enterprise staff who need to have management authority associates different positions with the nodes of the process in the enterprise management system, or the research and development staff of the third-party system sets and customizes the business process according to the organization architecture and the positions of the enterprise. Thus inconveniencing users of the enterprise management system and system development.
In view of the above technical problems, according to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the service management server 300 determines authority information according to the function information of the user, and determines a post corresponding to each node in the service flow according to the authority information, thereby automatically creating a complete service flow for the enterprise system. Therefore, a clear business process is established through the correlation relationship between the function information and the authority information. The problem that the process nodes of the enterprise system cannot be accurately positioned is solved, and the user can accurately find the needed process nodes in the business process according to own functions, so that the speed of completing the business is increased, time does not need to be wasted in searching and waiting for the business process nodes, and the business completing efficiency is improved. And further solve the technical problem that the business process automatically generated in the enterprise management system in the prior art cannot be matched with the post setting in the enterprise management system, so that the business process cannot be directly applied to the enterprise management system.
Although the process of creating the service flow is described here by taking the user 1, the terminal device 101, and the server 201 as examples, the same applies to the users 2 to 6, the terminal devices 102 to 106, and the servers 202 to 203. And will not be described in detail herein.
Optionally, the operation of determining authority information related to the authority of each node of the business process includes: acquiring a corresponding business process template according to the creation request; determining a plurality of business process nodes according to the business process template; and acquiring authority information related to the authorities corresponding to the plurality of business process nodes.
Specifically, the user 1 uses the terminal device 101 to send a creating request for creating a business process to the business management server 300 through the server 201, where the creating request is, for example: and creating a contract approval process. After the service management server 300 determines the service flow node, it determines the authority information according to the function information corresponding to the service flow node.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme, the authority information of the business process template can be quickly obtained according to the function information according to the preset business process template. And further, the creating speed of the business process is improved.
Optionally, the operation of determining authority information related to the authority of each node of the business process further includes: acquiring the function information of a user, and analyzing the function information to obtain a plurality of function meta-information; and inputting the plurality of function meta-information into a preset knowledge graph, and determining a plurality of authority meta-information corresponding to the plurality of function meta-information according to the knowledge graph, wherein the authority meta-information is the minimum access authority which cannot be split, and the knowledge graph is used for establishing the mapping relation between the authority meta-information and the function meta-information.
Specifically, the operation of the service management server 300 to create a station includes: after receiving the function information, the business management server 300 performs word segmentation and recognition processing on the function information.
More specifically, the job information of the user 1 is, for example, "after developing a client, a client agreement is reached with the client". The authority management system 300 performs text recognition on the function information, performs word segmentation processing on the function information, thereby obtaining a plurality of segmented words, performs semantic recognition on the segmented words, specifically defines the meaning of the segmented words, performs de-duplication and simplification integration processing on the segmented words, obtains a plurality of function meta-information, and accordingly obtains a plurality of function meta-information which is respectively: "develop client" and "reach client agreement". The service management server 300 then associates the function meta information with the post of user 1 and stores it in a data table.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, after obtaining the plurality of function meta-information, the service management server 300 inputs the plurality of function meta-information into a preset knowledge graph, and determines a plurality of authority meta-information corresponding to the plurality of function meta-information according to the knowledge graph. For example, the service management server 300 inputs the function meta-information "reach client agreement" into the knowledge map, and determines that the function meta-information "reach client agreement" has an association relationship with the authority meta-information "submit contract" according to the knowledge map. And the function meta-information 'agreeing to the client' is the function of 'selling' position. The post determined by the service management server 300 according to the authority meta-information "submit contract" is "sales". Business management server 300 then associates the "sales" position with the "submit contract" node in the contract approval process template. In addition, other nodes in the contract approval process template are associated with the positions according to the mode, so that the contract approval process is obtained. The contract approval process is successfully established.
Therefore, the user can directly process the service through the created service flow without making the service flow by developers or a background management system.
Optionally, before acquiring the functional information of the user, the method further includes: acquiring function sample information and authority sample information; and carrying out logic processing on the function sample information and the authority sample information to obtain a knowledge map and a function meta-information list.
Specifically, before receiving the function information sent by the user 1 through the terminal device 101, the service management server 300 uses the function information sent by other users (e.g., users 3 to 6) through the terminal device as the function sample information, obtains the authority sample information through the function sample information, and then logically processes the function sample information and the authority sample information, so as to map and associate the function sample information and the authority sample information, thereby obtaining the knowledge map, and processes the function sample information, thereby constructing the function meta-information list according to the function sample information.
Therefore, the technical scheme constructs the knowledge map by collecting the sample information, so that the mapping relation between the function meta-information and the authority meta-information can be rapidly and accurately determined through the preset knowledge map, and the service flow can be accurately obtained. And by referring to sample information of other enterprises, the business process is more standard and reasonable.
Further, referring to fig. 1, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a storage medium. The storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Thus, according to this embodiment, the service management server 300 determines the authority information according to the function information of the user, and determines the post corresponding to each node in the service flow according to the authority information, thereby automatically creating a complete service flow for the enterprise system.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
Example 2

Optionally, the first determining module 920 includes: the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining a corresponding business process template according to the creating request; the first determining submodule is used for determining a plurality of business process nodes according to the business process template; and the second acquisition submodule is used for acquiring authority information related to the authorities corresponding to the plurality of business process nodes.
Optionally, the first determining module 920 further includes: the third acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the function information of the user and analyzing the function information to obtain a plurality of function meta-information; and the second determining submodule is used for inputting the plurality of function meta-information into a preset knowledge map, and determining a plurality of authority meta-information corresponding to the plurality of function meta-information according to the knowledge map, wherein the authority meta-information is the minimum access authority which cannot be split, and the knowledge map is used for establishing the mapping relation between the authority meta-information and the function meta-information.
Optionally, before acquiring the functional information of the user, the method further includes: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the function sample information and the authority sample information; and the logic processing module is used for performing logic processing on the function sample information and the authority sample information to obtain a knowledge map and a function meta-information list.
Thus, according to this embodiment, the service management server 300 determines the authority information according to the function information of the user, and determines the post corresponding to each node in the service flow according to the authority information, thereby automatically creating a complete service flow for the enterprise system.
