Description

File processing method and device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of industrial internet technologies, and in particular, to a file processing method, device, and storage medium.
Background
The online working system can provide online working services such as online research and development, collective cooperation, collaborative research and development and the like for engineers. In particular, in the development process of complex industrial products, engineers can perform development and design of products or parts by means of an online working system. Engineers may create or modify different types of files, such as Word files or CAD files, while they are developing a product or part. Different applications are needed to open and edit these different types of files.
The mainstream solution in the market today requires an engineer to install an application on a local computer, create and open a file on the local computer, and then upload the file to an online work system. The requirement on the configuration of a local computer is high, the installation process of a software program is complex, each person usually occupies one set of software and hardware resources, and the cost is high.
In order to solve the problems of high configuration and high cost caused by installation of the application program on the local computer, the application program can be deployed in the cloud end through a virtualization technology and is distributed in an online working system in a virtualized mode. Therefore, an engineer can upload the file to an online working system and directly edit the file online by using an application program deployed at the cloud.
However, when a user wants to review or edit a file uploaded to the online working system online, if the online working system cannot determine an application program matched with the file, the file cannot be normally opened, and thus online viewing and modification functions cannot be provided to the user.
However, for the existing online working system, there is no effective solution at present how to match a suitable application program with a file that a user wants to review and edit online, so as to review and edit the file online.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an online work system according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: an online work system platform 300; terminal devices 210, 220, and 230. The online work system platform 300 may be, for example, built by a plurality of servers, and includes an application center and a workspace, and may provide online research and development designed services for users, for example: development and design, collaborative development and other services of industrial products or parts. Wherein the application center of the online working system 300 provides the user with a service for starting an application program, and the workspace provides the user with product and part management services. Moreover, based on the virtualization technology, the online working system 300 provides various application programs, such as Word, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and the like, which are mainstream in the market, to research, development and design engineers of products or parts in a cloud manner. Further, the terminal device 210 may be, for example, a terminal device of a background configurator 110 of the online work system. The terminal devices 220 and 230 may be, for example, terminal devices of engineers 120 and 130 who perform collaborative development design on products through an online working system.
Specifically, for example, the backend configuration personnel 110 may deploy the application program in the application center of the online working system platform 300 through the terminal device 210. And the engineer 120 or 130 may create various types of files on the online work system platform 300, for example.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a client interface of the online work system displayed on the terminal device 220 or 230. Referring to fig. 3, the engineer 120 may create a product item, for example, a product item "lawn mower" by clicking a "create product" button on the online work system through the terminal device 220. Additionally, for example, under the "mower" product item, the engineer 120 may create a sub-item under the "mower" product item related to a certain part by clicking on the "create part" button. In addition, the engineer 120 may create a file under the "lawn mower" product item by clicking "create document". For example, as shown in fig. 3, the engineer 120 may create different types of files such as "overall mower specification", "mower", "overall mower design" through the terminal device 220. The process of creating a document will be further described later.
Thus, when engineers 120 and 130 enter the "lawn mower" item of the online work system through respective end devices 220 and 230, the interface shown in fig. 1 is displayed through respective end devices 220 and 230.
It should be noted that the online working system platform 300 and the terminal devices 210, 220, and 230 in the system can all be adapted to the above-mentioned hardware structure.
In the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, a file processing method is provided, and the method is implemented by the online work system platform 300 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 4, comprises:
s402: receiving a starting request for opening a file in a predetermined project from a terminal device, wherein the predetermined project and the file are deployed on an online working system platform;
s404: responding to the starting request, determining an application program corresponding to the file type of the file, and opening the file through the application program; and
s406: and sending the operation interface of the application program opening file to the terminal equipment.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the engineer 120 enters a "lawn mower" product item (i.e., a scheduled item) through the terminal device 220, the interface shown in fig. 3 may be entered. The engineer 120 may thus trigger the file identifier displayed on the interface shown in fig. 3 by clicking, for example, the engineer 120 may click on the file identifier "weeder global specifications".
The terminal device 220 thus sends a start request to open the file to the online working system platform 300 in response to the engineer's 120 trigger operation of the file identification "weeder collective technical requirement". Accordingly, the online working system platform 300 receives the activation request from the terminal device 220 (S402).
Then, the online working system platform 300 determines that the file type of the file "technical requirement for whole weeder" is a Word file in response to the start request. Then, the online work system platform 300 determines, based on the file type of the file (for example, Word file), application Office Word corresponding to the file type of the file. The online working system platform 300 then opens the file "overall technical requirement of weeder" through the Office Word application (S404).
Then, the online working system platform 300 sends the operation interface after the file is opened through Office Word to the terminal device 220(S406), so that the engineer 120 can view the file online through the terminal device 220 and modify the file.
As described in the background art, when a user wants to review or edit a file uploaded to an online working system online, if the online working system cannot determine an application program matching the file, the file cannot be normally opened, and thus online viewing and modification functions cannot be provided to the user.
In view of this, according to the technical solution of the present disclosure, when the online work system platform 300 receives a start request for a file (e.g., "technical requirement for whole lawn mower") in a predetermined project (e.g., "lawn mower" project) sent by an engineer 120 through the terminal device 220, the server 300 of the online system determines an application program corresponding to the file type of the file, then opens the file through the application program, and finally sends an operation interface for the application program to open the file to the terminal device 220. Thus, in this way, since the online working system platform 300 can determine the application corresponding to the file type of the file, the file can be opened in an online manner through the determined application, so that the engineer 120 can view and modify the target object online. Therefore, the method and the system facilitate the use of engineers, and solve the technical problem of how to match the online working system to a proper application program according to the data object triggered by the user so as to perform online reference and editing on the data object.
In addition, it should be noted that although the above example is described by taking the engineer 120 as an example, the engineer 130 may also perform the same operation through the terminal device 230. The detailed process is not described herein.
Optionally, determining an operation of the application program corresponding to the file type of the file includes: determining a file suffix name of a file; and determining the application program corresponding to the file type of the file according to the file suffix name of the file.
Specifically, after determining the Word file "technical overall weeder requirement" associated with the data object "technical overall weeder requirement" (i.e. the target object), the online work system platform 300 further determines the file suffix name (e.g. "doc") of the file, and then the online work system platform 300 determines the Office Word application program corresponding to the file type of the file according to the file suffix name, so as to open the file by using the Office Word application program. Further, for example, when the engineer 110 clicks on the data object "mower" on the interface shown in fig. 3, the online work system platform 300 determines a file suffix name (for example, "prt") of the NX file "mower" associated with the data object, and then the online work system platform 300 determines an NX application corresponding to the file type of the file based on the file suffix name of the file, thereby opening the file using the NX application. Therefore, according to the technical scheme of the disclosure, the corresponding application program is determined according to the file suffix name of the file associated with the target object, and the application program can be determined in a simpler, more convenient and faster mode without introducing more calculation. Thereby improving the efficiency of the online work system platform 300.
Optionally, before receiving a target object start request for starting a target object in a predetermined item from the terminal device, the method further includes: receiving a file creation request related to a file, wherein the file creation request is used for requesting to add the file in a predetermined item; and deploying the file in the predetermined project in response to the file creation request.
As previously described, referring to fig. 3, after entering the product item "mower" (i.e., the scheduled item), the engineer 120 may create a file under the "mower" product item by clicking the button "create document" to deploy the file to the online work system platform 300 and add it under the item "mower". Still taking the file "weeder global specifications" as an example, referring to fig. 5, when the engineer 120 clicks the button "create document" on the interface shown in fig. 3, the terminal device 220 of the engineer 120 pops up the interface for creating the document. For example, the engineer 120 may select a local file for the terminal device 220 to add to the project "lawn mower"; or the engineer 120 may add his own selection of files in the personal space of the online work system to the project "lawn mower". The engineer 120 may thus select the file "weeding overall technical requirement. doc" in the manner described above, as shown in fig. 5. Also, the engineer 120 may modify the file name and version number of the file in the interface shown in FIG. 5.
The engineer 120 then clicks the "ok" button, whereupon the terminal device 220 sends a file creation request to create the file "weeding holistic technical requirement. And, the online working system platform 300 will deploy the file in the project "lawn mower" in response to the file creation request, as shown by the interface in fig. 3. Specifically, the online work system platform 300 may receive the file from, for example, the end device 220 of the engineer 120 and deploy it in the project "lawn mower". Alternatively, the online work system platform 300 may also select the file from the engineer 120 in the personal space of the online work system and deploy it in the project "lawn mower". In this manner, engineers may thus deploy files to a collaborative project, facilitating review and editing of the files by individual engineers participating in the project.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving trigger information for editing the file on an operation interface from the terminal equipment; and responding to the trigger information, and modifying the file corresponding to the editing operation.
Specifically, since the online working system platform 300 sends the operation interface after the doc "is opened by Office Word to the terminal device 220, the engineer 120 can edit the file on the operation interface displayed by the terminal device 220, and the terminal device 220 sends the trigger information corresponding to the editing operation of the engineer 120 to the online working system platform 300. After receiving the trigger information, the online work system platform 300 modifies the file deployed in the project "mower" accordingly. And further, the online working system platform 300 may send the operation interface modified by the file to the terminal device 220 for displaying. Therefore, the method realizes the operation of editing the file on line by an engineer.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a saving instruction for saving the file from the terminal equipment; responding to the saving instruction, saving the file and updating the version number of the file; and sending the updated version number to the terminal equipment.
Specifically, the interface shown in fig. 5 also shows the version numbers of the respective files. The version number is updated as the file is modified. For example, when the engineer 120 edits the "overall technical weeding requirement" doc "on line through the terminal device 220, the file may be saved through the terminal device 220. So that the terminal device 220 transmits a save instruction for saving the file to the online working system platform 300. After receiving the saving instruction, the online working system platform 300 saves the edited and modified file, and updates the version number of the file. Then, the online working system platform 300 sends the updated version number to the terminal device 220, so that the terminal device 220 can display the updated version number of the file on the interface shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, determining an application program corresponding to the file type of the file according to the file suffix name, further comprising: matching the file suffix name of the file with file suffix name configuration information, and determining an application program matched with the file suffix name of the file, wherein the file suffix name configuration information records a mapping relation between the application program and the file suffix name set by an online working system platform; and determining the application program matched with the file suffix name of the file as the application program corresponding to the file type of the file.
Specifically, the online work system platform 300 is also provided with, for example, file suffix configuration information that records a mapping relationship between an application program provided by the online work system platform and a file suffix. The suffix name configuration information may be stored, for example, in the form of table one described below:
table-file suffix name configuration information
Figure BDA0002987906730000091
Figure BDA0002987906730000101
Thus, when determining the application corresponding to the file type of the "weeding overall specifications.doc" file, the online work system platform 300 may perform a query in the file suffix configuration information according to the suffix "doc" of the file, for example. Thereby determining that the application corresponding to the file type of the file is Office Word.
Therefore, in this way, the online working system platform 300 can quickly query the application program corresponding to the file type of the file according to the filename extension of the file, thereby speeding up the processing of the file by the online working system platform 300.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a file suffix configuration instruction associated with the application, wherein the file suffix configuration instruction is used for specifying a file suffix associated with the application; and updating the file suffix name configuration information according to the file suffix name configuration instruction.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, in a case where a configurator (e.g., the background configurator 110) specifically responsible for configuring the file suffix name associated with the application needs to perform a corresponding configuration operation, the background configurator 110 may send a file suffix name configuration instruction associated with the application to the online working system platform 300 through the terminal device 210. Illustratively, referring to fig. 6, an operation interface for configuring the associated file suffix name for the application program is displayed on the terminal device 210, and under the operation interface, the background configurator 110 configures the associated file suffix name for the application program such as "Office Word" with "doc" and "docx". At this time, the online working system platform 300 receives a file suffix configuration instruction associated with the application program. Wherein the file suffix name configuration instruction is used to specify that the file suffix name associated with the application program of Office Word is "doc" and "docx". Then, the online working system platform 300 updates the file suffix name configuration information according to the file suffix name configuration instruction. Therefore, in this way, the online working system platform 300 can continuously update the file suffix name configuration information according to the received file suffix name configuration instruction, and the real-time performance and the integrity of the file suffix name configuration information are guaranteed.
Optionally, the operation of opening the file by the application program further includes: determining whether a user of the terminal equipment has the authority to use the application program or not according to the user authority configuration information of the application program; and opening the file through the application program in the case where it is determined that the user of the terminal device has the authority to use the application program.
Specifically, in the operation process of opening a file by the online working system platform 300 through the application program, it is first determined whether the user of the terminal device has the authority to use the application program according to the user authority configuration information of the application program. The user right configuration information may be stored in a form of a table two described below, for example:
table two user authority configuration information
Serial number Application program User with use authority
1 OfficeWord User a, user b, user c, and user d
2 NX User a, user c, user e, usern
3 SolidWorks User a, user b, user c, and user d
4 AutoCAD User c, user d
... ... ...
When opening a file through an application program, the online working system platform 300 may, for example, first perform an inquiry in the user permission configuration information according to the user information of the user of the terminal device, so as to determine whether the user of the terminal device has a permission to use the application program. In addition, when it is determined that the user of the terminal device has the right to use the application program, the online work system platform 300 opens the corresponding file through the application program. In addition, in case that it is determined that the user of the terminal device does not have the authority to use the application, the online working system platform 300 stops using the application to open the file, and transmits an unauthorized prompt message to the terminal device of the user for prompting the user.
Therefore, in this way, the online working system platform 300 can quickly query whether the user of the terminal device has the authority to use the application program according to the user authority configuration information, so that the speed of the online working system platform 300 for querying whether the user has the authority to use the application program is increased, and only when the user of the terminal device has the authority to use the application program, the online working system platform 300 can open the file through the corresponding application program, thereby ensuring the validity of the application program.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a user authority configuration instruction associated with the application program, wherein the user authority configuration instruction is used for specifying a user with the authority to use the application program; and updating the user authority configuration information of the application program according to the user authority configuration instruction.
Specifically, the authority configuration personnel who is specially responsible for configuring the user authority associated with the application program may send the user authority configuration instruction associated with the application program to the online working system platform 300 through the terminal device thereof, when needing to perform the corresponding configuration operation. At this time, the online working system platform 300 receives a user authority configuration instruction associated with the application program. Wherein the user right configuration instruction is for specifying a user having a right to use the application. For example: referring to the table two, the user having the authority to use the application "Office Word" includes a user a, a user b, a user c, and a user d, and then the user authority configuration instruction received by the online work system platform 300 is to adjust the user having the authority to use the application "Office Word" to the user b, the user c, and the user d, and at this time, the online work system platform 300 needs to update the user authority configuration information of the application according to the user authority configuration instruction.
Therefore, in this way, the online working system platform 300 can continuously update the user permission configuration information according to the received user permission configuration instruction, and the real-time performance and the integrity of the user permission configuration information are guaranteed.
In addition, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a file processing environment based on an online work system platform according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the online working system platform 300 includes an online working system server 300a and a virtual application server 300 b. The online work system platform 300 may be, for example, an online work system based on a B/S architecture, the online work system server 300a may provide a work page for the engineer 120, and the engineer 120 may access the work page by using a browser of the terminal device 220, so that the online work system server 300a may provide an environment for the engineer 120 to develop and design collaboratively. The terminal device 220 may be, for example, a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet, and a personal computer, and the browser may be, for example, any browser in the prior art, which is not specifically limited herein. In the actual online work, the engineer 120 may access a work page of the online work system provided in the online work system server 300a through the browser of the terminal device 220, and may perform a trigger operation on the work page. The virtual application server 300b is deployed with application programs that the user needs to use in work. Accordingly, the online working system server 300a may call the virtual application client of the terminal device 220, and then the terminal device 220 may receive the interface of the application program related to the trigger operation from the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client and display the interface of the program at the virtual application client. Further, the engineer 120 may work with the application in the virtual application client.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the online work system provided on the online work system server 300a includes an application center and a workspace. Where the application center provides the engineer 120 with services to launch applications such as CAD software, office software, and other enterprise applications. The workspace provides file management services to the engineer 120, where the online work system server 300a also has associated therewith a workspace storage device for storing files managed by the online work system, such as office files, CAD files, and the like. Further, as shown with reference to fig. 7, a virtual application system is provided on the virtual application server 300 b. The virtual application system is provided with: a virtual application helper module (i.e., a virtual application helper) that interacts with a virtual application client on the terminal device 220; an agent module (corresponding to the CRDE agent in fig. 7) for accessing a workspace storage device associated with the online work system server 300 a; and an application program. In addition, the virtual application server 300b is associated with a virtual cloud disk (corresponding to the Z disk in fig. 7) and a temporary storage device (e.g., a cache device).
Also, referring to fig. 7, the engineer 120 may first enter the online work system on the online work system server 300a through a browser. Then, the online working system server 300a performs an interactive call with the terminal device 220 to the virtual application client of the terminal device 220. Then, the terminal device 220 interacts with the virtual application server 300b, and displays an interface of an application program provided by the virtual application server 300b on the virtual application client. Thus, the engineer 120 can perform editing or designing work in the application program interface provided to the terminal device 220 by the virtual application server 300 b. In addition, the virtual application server 300b may interact with the online work system server 300a to perform operations of reading and storing files.
In the above operating environment, in response to the start request, the online work system platform 300 first determines, by the online work system server 300a, that the file type of the file "technical requirement for the entire weeding machine" is a Word file, determines, according to the file type of the file (for example, the Word file), an application Office Word corresponding to the file type of the file, and sends a start application program (i.e., a start application Office Word) program start request to the virtual application client of the terminal device 220. Further, the terminal device 220 may transmit an application start instruction corresponding to the application start request to the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client. In this case, the virtual application server 300b receives the application start instruction from the virtual application client, and starts the application according to the application start instruction, that is, starts the application Office Word. And, in the case where the engineer 120 triggers the file identification of the Word file, the virtual application server 300b transfers the file from the first storage device (i.e., workspace storage device) associated with the online work system server 300a to the second storage device (i.e., temporary storage device) associated with the virtual application server 300b, and the virtual application server 300b may transfer the file (i.e., the Word file) from the first storage device associated with the online work system server 300a to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300b, where the second storage device corresponds to the temporary storage device in fig. 7, which is mainly used to store files of a specified type such as Word, CAD files, etc.
Further, the virtual application server 300B opens a file managed by the B/S architecture-based online work system in the application program, and transmits an interface for opening the file to the terminal device 220. That is, the virtual application server 300b may open a file managed by the online work system server 300a using the started application program, for example, the virtual application server 300b may open a Word file managed by the online work system using the opened application program Office Word. Then, the virtual application server 300b sends the interface of the application program for opening the file to the terminal device 220, specifically to the virtual application client started by the terminal device 220, so that the virtual application client can display the interface of the application program for opening the file, and the engineer 120 can operate the file on the virtual application client, thereby achieving the purpose of online work.
Before the virtual application server 300B opens the files managed by the online work system based on the B/S architecture in the application program, the virtual application server 300B needs to acquire the files managed by the online work system server 300 a. As described above, the online work system server 300a is associated with a workspace storage device, and the virtual application server 300b is associated with a Z-disk (i.e., a virtual cloud disk) and a temporary storage device. In the operation of the virtual application server 300b to retrieve the file, the virtual application server 300b may transfer the file from a first storage device (corresponding to the workspace storage device in fig. 7) associated with the online working system server 300a to a second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300b, wherein the second storage device may be a Z-disk (virtual cloud disk) or a temporary storage device. Thus, the virtual application server 300b may open a file from the associated second storage device.
Thus, in this way, in response to the start request, the online working system platform 300 may first determine, through the online working system server 300a, an application program corresponding to the file type of the file to be started, then open, through the virtual application server 300B, the file managed by the online working system server 300a based on the B/S architecture in the application program, and send an interface of the opened file to the terminal device 220, where the virtual application server 300B may transmit the file from the first storage device associated with the online working system server 300a to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300B, so as to achieve the file acquisition. Compared with the prior art, firstly, the scheme does not need to install the client of the online working system platform 300 locally, so that light deployment of the online working system platform is realized. In addition, the application program required to be used for online work is deployed in the virtual application system provided on the virtual application server 300b, and can be operated locally on the terminal device through the virtual application client, so that the application program does not need to be installed locally on the terminal device. That is, the online working system platform of the present solution adopts a structure of a Browser, a client, and a Server in a hybrid manner (i.e., a C/B/S hybrid manner), implements an online working system architecture in a Browser/Server (B/S) architecture manner, and implements deployment of an application program in a remote virtual application manner. Because the application program deployed in the online working system platform is not used, compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment can deploy the application program with more perfect functions and interactive experience. And because the client of the application program is not required to be deployed on the terminal equipment, the light deployment of the application program is realized while the application program with complete functions is provided. In addition, in the process of opening the file, the file is firstly transmitted from the first storage device associated with the online work system server 300a to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300b, and then the file is opened in the second storage device, so that the file can be reasonably processed by using the application program. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment can rapidly and efficiently deploy and utilize the application program in the online working process, and improves the efficiency of online working.
In one embodiment, the engineer 120 may perform the triggering operation on the work page illustrated in FIG. 3, and the terminal device 220 may then interact with the online work system server 300 a. In the process of interaction, the terminal device 220 first sends trigger information related to the trigger operation to the online work system server 300a in response to the trigger operation of the engineer 120 on the work page, wherein the trigger information indicates a target object to which the trigger operation is applied. In one embodiment, for example, the engineer 120 clicks on the file identifier (i.e., the target object applied by the trigger operation is the file identifier). In this case, the terminal device 220 may transmit trigger information to the online work system server 300a, the trigger information instructing, for example, the engineer 120 to apply a trigger operation to the file identification on the work page. Further, after receiving the trigger information, the online work system server 300a may send an application start instruction and target information corresponding to the trigger information to the terminal device 220 according to the trigger information. The target information is used to indicate a target object to be started by the virtual application server 300b, for example: an application corresponding to the file type of the file is launched, and launching the file can also trigger launching the application. For example: when the user triggers the file identifier of the file on the working page, the target information is the file information corresponding to the file identifier. So that when the application or the file is started, the application can be triggered to start. Further, the virtual application server 300b may interact with a virtual application client of the terminal device 220, wherein during the interaction, the terminal device 220 may send an application starting instruction for starting an application to the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client, for example: and starting a starting instruction of the application Office Word.
In this case, the virtual application server 300b may receive an application start instruction of the start application, and more specifically, the virtual application server 300b may receive the application start instruction from the virtual application client through the first agent module. Wherein the first agent module may correspond to, for example, the virtual application assistant of figure 7, and the virtual application assistant may, for example, schedule various functions of the virtual application server 300 b. Further, the virtual application server 300b starts the application through the first agent module (i.e., the virtual application helper) in response to the application start instruction.
Thus, the online working system server 300a can determine which target objects are triggered by the user, and then determine the application programs to be started. Further, the terminal device 220 sends a program start instruction to the virtual application server 300b, and finally the virtual application server 300b can start the application program through the agent program according to the instruction.
In another embodiment, the virtual application server 300b may receive file information for a file from a virtual application client through the first agent module in an operation in which the virtual application server 300b transfers the file from a first storage device associated with the online work system server 300a to a second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300 b. In practical applications, when the engineer 120 triggers the document identifier of the document on the work page, the target information sent by the online work system server 300a to the terminal device 220 is the document information. Then, the terminal device 220 may transmit the file information to the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client. In this case, the virtual application server 300b may receive file information of the file from the virtual application client through the first agent module. Further, the virtual application server 300b calls the second agent module through the first agent module to control the first storage device (corresponding to the workspace storage device in fig. 7) to transfer the file to the second storage device (corresponding to the Z-disk or the temporary storage device in fig. 7). Wherein the second agent module corresponds to the CRDE agent in fig. 7, the second agent module is responsible for controlling the first storage device to transfer the file to the second storage device, for example, and the second agent module (CRDE agent) is called by the first agent module (virtual application helper). In this way, the virtual application server 300b can thereby acquire a file from the file information.
In another embodiment, a second agent module (i.e., a CRDE agent) provided on the virtual application server 300b is used to schedule the first storage device (i.e., the workspace storage device) and the second storage device (i.e., the temporary storage device). Thus, in the operation of the virtual application server 300b transferring a file from a first storage device associated with the online working system server 300a to a second storage device associated with the virtual application server 300b, the virtual application server 300b may control the first storage device to transfer the file to the second storage device through a second agent module (i.e., a CRDE agent) for scheduling the first storage device and the second storage device, i.e., the second agent module for controlling the first storage device to transfer the file to the second storage device.
In another embodiment, the engineer 120 may also trigger the identification of a non-specified type of document on the work page, where the non-specified type of document may be a Word document, for example. In this case, the online work system server 300a transmits an application start request for starting an application (i.e., starting Office Word program) and file information of a file to the virtual application client of the terminal device 220 in response to a trigger operation of the user for the file identification of the file of the unspecified type on the work page of the online work system. Further, the terminal device 220 may transmit an application start instruction corresponding to the application start request to the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client. In this case, the virtual application server 300b receives the application start instruction from the virtual application client, and starts the application according to the application start instruction, that is, starts the Office Word program. In addition, the content that the terminal device 220 can transmit to the virtual application server 300b through the virtual application client further includes a file start instruction corresponding to the file information, and the start instruction may instruct the virtual application server 300b to open the file. Thus, in the operation of the virtual application server 300b transferring a file from the first storage device associated with the online work system server 300a to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server, the virtual application server 300b may also receive the file start instruction from the virtual application client, and then transfer the file of the unspecified type (e.g., Word file) that needs to be opened from the first storage device associated with the online work system server 300a to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server in response to the file start instruction, where the second storage device corresponds to the Z-disk (virtual cloud disk) in fig. 7 for storing the file of the unspecified type such as the Word file.
In another embodiment, for a file of a specified type, such as a CAD file, an add-in can be preset in an application program (e.g., a CAD application program) corresponding to the file of the specified type, and a corresponding button can be set for the add-in an operation interface of the CAD. The plug-in can retrieve the CAD file from the second storage device (corresponding to the temporary storage device) and load the CAD file to the CAD application program. In actual practice, the engineer 120 may trigger the plug-in a CAD application, such as: the engineer 120 may click on the "check out" button corresponding to the plug-in the CAD application interface. In this case, the virtual application server 300b may transmit a prompt page to the terminal device 220, and the content displayed in the prompt page may be, for example, a BOM structure of the CAD file stored in the second storage device, so that the engineer 120 may select a CAD file that needs to be opened by the CAD application according to the prompt page. In this case, the virtual application server 300b may load the file from the second storage device to the application program in response to the user triggering an operation of a plug-in provided to the application program (CAD application) at the operation of the virtual application server to open the file. Thus, the CAD file can be directly retrieved from the second storage device to the CAD application program through the preset plug-in.
In another embodiment, in the case that the file to be opened is a file of a non-specified type, in the operation of opening the file by the virtual application server 300b, the virtual application server 300b may directly load the file from the second storage device to the application program after the application program is started, without relying on the user to perform a corresponding check-out operation (for example, triggering a control for checking out the file). In one embodiment, after the virtual application server 300b opens the Office Word application program, the virtual application server 300b may directly retrieve the Word file from the second storage device (corresponding to the Z-disk) and directly load the Word file with the Office Word application program.
The scheme does not need to install the client of the online working system locally, so that light-weight deployment of the online working system is realized. In addition, the application program required to be used for online work is deployed in the virtual application system arranged on the virtual application server and can be operated locally on the terminal device through the virtual application client, so that the application program does not need to be installed locally on the terminal device. That is, the online working system of the present solution adopts a mixed structure of a Browser, a client and a Server (i.e., C/B/S mixture), implements an online working system architecture in a Browser/Server (B/S) architecture manner, and implements deployment of an application program in a remote virtual application manner. Because the application program deployed in the online working system is not used, compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment can deploy the application program with more perfect functions and interactive experience. And because the client of the application program is not required to be deployed on the terminal equipment, the light deployment of the application program is realized while the application program with complete functions is provided. In addition, in the process of opening the file, the file is firstly transmitted from the first storage device associated with the online working system server to the second storage device associated with the virtual application server, and then the file is opened in the second storage device, so that the file can be processed reasonably by using the application program. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment can rapidly and efficiently deploy and utilize the application program in the online working process, and improves the efficiency of online working. And the technical problem that the online working system in the prior art cannot reasonably utilize the program to process the file and influence the online working efficiency is solved.
It should be further added that, referring to fig. 7, the steps of initiating the online editing function for the non-CAD file in the workspace according to the present embodiment are as follows:

And S18, the online working system server 300a updates the list information of the files in the working space so that the user can perform viewing, online editing, sharing, cooperation and other operations next time. (corresponding to step 9 in FIG. 7)
