Exemplarily, a first user inputs a binding change instruction for carrying an identifier of a first cost center and an identifier of a target cost center through a first terminal device, so that a material allocation server binds the identifier of the first cost center and the identifier of the target cost center to generate new binding relationship information; meanwhile, the binding between the identifier of the first cost center and the identifier of the second cost center can be cancelled (that is, the binding relationship information including the identifier of the first cost center and the identifier of the second cost center can be deleted), so that the target material can be lent to the terminal device or the user to which the target cost center belongs. Further, the material allocation server may further send a borrowing instruction to a target terminal device corresponding to the target user, so that the target terminal device displays a fourth identifier (optionally, the same as or different from the second identifier) of the target material to the target user, and performs material management on the target material. Fig. 4A is a schematic flow chart of a material allocation method according to another embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, an implementation manner of "obtaining the binding relationship information before step S201" is described in this embodiment. Fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of a binding instruction input interface according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4B, a first user selects an identifier of a first cost center (e.g., TK00030000) from identifiers of at least one cost center displayed in the binding instruction input interface, and binds the identifier of the first cost center and an identifier of a second cost center (e.g., 81900Z9999) corresponding to a second user, so as to generate binding relationship information.
Of course, the first user may also input the binding instruction through the first terminal device in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, the binding relationship information is acquired, so that the identifier of the second cost center corresponding to the second user can be determined when the lending instruction input by the first user is received subsequently, and the lending instruction is sent to the second terminal device corresponding to the second user, so that the second terminal device displays the second identifier of the target material to the second user and performs material management on the target material. Therefore, the online borrowing system is realized, the borrowing information of the target materials can be conveniently and accurately recorded, and the safety of the materials or property of the lender can be ensured.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a material dispensing device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the material dispensing device 50 provided in this embodiment may include:
a first receiving module 501, configured to receive a loan instruction input by a first user through a first terminal device; wherein, carry in the instruction of lending: the first identification of the target material and the identification of a first cost center corresponding to a first user;
a determining module 502, configured to determine, according to the identifier of the first cost center and the binding relationship information, an identifier of a second cost center corresponding to the second user; wherein, the binding relationship information includes: mapping relation between the identification of the first cost center and the identification of a second cost center corresponding to the second user;
a sending module 503, configured to send a borrowing instruction to a second terminal device corresponding to a second user, so that the second terminal device displays a second identifier of the target material to the second user and performs material management on the target material; and the access instruction carries a second identifier of the target material.
Optionally, the material blending device 50 provided in this embodiment may further include:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a material management request input by a second user through second terminal equipment; wherein, carry in the material management request: a second identification of the target material and a material management type;
and the material processing module is used for carrying out corresponding material processing on the target material according to the material management type.
Optionally, if the material management type includes material transfer, the material processing module is specifically configured to:
judging whether the target material is a hanging account material or not according to the second identifier of the target material;
if the target material is determined to be the account-hanging material, determining the first user to which the target material belongs, and sending the material management request to a first terminal device corresponding to the first user, so that the first user can transfer the target material.

judging whether the target material is an account hanging material or not according to the second identifier of the target material;
and if the target material is determined to be the account hanging material, determining a first user to which the target material belongs, and sending a material management request to a first terminal device corresponding to the first user, so that the first user can scrap the target material and perform financial processing on the target material.

Claims (7)

1. A material allocation method is applied to a material allocation server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a lending instruction input by a first user through first terminal equipment; wherein, carry in the instruction of lending: the first identification of the target material and the identification of a first cost center corresponding to a first user;
determining an identifier of a second cost center corresponding to a second user according to the identifier of the first cost center and pre-stored binding relationship information; wherein, the binding relationship information includes: mapping relation between the identifier of the first cost center and the identifier of a second cost center corresponding to the second user;
sending a borrowing instruction to second terminal equipment corresponding to the second user so that the second terminal equipment displays a second identifier of the target material to the second user and performs material management on the target material; wherein the borrowing instruction carries a second identifier of the target material;
receiving a material management request input by the second user through the second terminal device; the material management request carries: the second identification of the target material and the material management type;
if the target material is determined to be an account-hanging material according to the second identifier, determining the first user to which the target material belongs, and sending a material management request to first terminal equipment corresponding to the first user, so that the first user performs material management on the target material;
if the material management type comprises material transfer, sending the material management request to first terminal equipment corresponding to the first user so that the first user can transfer the target material;
if the material management request also carries an identifier of a target cost center corresponding to a target user, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a binding change instruction input by the first user through the first terminal equipment; the target user is a target object of material transfer, and the binding change instruction carries: an identification of the first cost center and an identification of the target cost center;
and binding the identifier of the first cost center with the identifier of the target cost center to generate new binding relationship information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the material management type includes material scrapping, sending a material management request to a first terminal device corresponding to the first user so that the first user performs material management on the target material comprises:
and sending the material management request to a first terminal device corresponding to the first user so that the first user can scrap the target materials and perform financial processing on the target materials.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein prior to receiving the instruction to borrow input by the first user via the first terminal device, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the binding relationship information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining the binding relationship information comprises:
receiving a binding instruction input by the first user through the first terminal equipment; wherein, the binding instruction carries: the identifier of a first cost center corresponding to the first user and the identifier of a second cost center corresponding to the second user;
and binding the identifier of the first cost center with the identifier of the second cost center to generate the binding relationship information.
5. A material preparing device is characterized by comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a lending instruction input by a first user through first terminal equipment; wherein, carry in the instruction of lending: the first identification of the target material and the identification of a first cost center corresponding to a first user;
the determining module is used for determining an identifier of a second cost center corresponding to a second user according to the identifier of the first cost center and the pre-stored binding relationship information; wherein, the binding relationship information includes: mapping relation between the identifier of the first cost center and the identifier of a second cost center corresponding to the second user;

the second receiving module is used for receiving a material management request input by the second user through the second terminal device; the material management request carries: a second identification of the target material, and a material management type;
the material processing module is used for determining the target material as the account-hanging material according to the second identifier, determining the first user to which the target material belongs, and sending a material management request to first terminal equipment corresponding to the first user, so that the first user can perform material management on the target material;
if the material management type includes material transfer, the material processing module is specifically configured to send the material management request to a first terminal device corresponding to the first user, so that the first user performs material transfer on the target material;
if the material management request also carries an identifier of a target cost center corresponding to the target user, the method further comprises the following steps:
the third receiving module is used for receiving a binding change instruction input by the first user through the first terminal equipment; wherein, the target user is the target object of material transfer, carries in the binding change instruction: an identification of the first cost center and an identification of the target cost center;
and the binding module is used for binding the identifier of the first cost center with the identifier of the target cost center to generate new binding relationship information.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1-4.
7. A material deployment server, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-4 via execution of the executable instructions.
