本发明涉及装配工作车技术领域,尤其涉及一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车。其技术方案包括:包括车座和升降台,所述升降台上表面固定连接有防护栏,所述防护栏的内侧面固定连接有收卷筒,所述收卷筒内转动连接有充气卷筒,所述充气卷筒盘卷连接有能与充气卷筒内部连通的充气垫,所述充气卷筒端部固定连接有能与充气卷筒内部连通的通管连接件,所述升降台上表面固定连接有机箱,所述机箱内置有电性互连的充气泵以及用于感应工作车倾斜状态的重力感应器。本申请通过机箱以及机箱内部重力感应器、气泵等结构的设计,便于自动感应工作车的倾斜,从而自动放出充气垫并向充气垫内充气以进行防护。

本发明涉及装配工作车技术领域,尤其涉及一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车。
背景技术
现有的如授权公告号为CN212198418U公开的一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车的旋转机构,其中涉及的飞机机翼装配用智能工作车在顶部安装有支撑框也就是防护栏,用于对人员安全进行防护,但是其防护效果有限,当工作车因为意外而即将倒塌时,通过简单的防护栏已经无法对人员安全进行有效防护了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种能在工作车倒塌时提供有效防护的飞机机翼装配用智能工作车。
本发明的技术方案:一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车,包括车座、与车座上表面固定连接的车架、设置在车架里侧的升降机构、固定连接在升降机构顶部的升降台以及连接在升降机构侧面的工作台,所述升降台上表面固定连接有防护栏,所述防护栏的内侧面固定连接有收卷筒,所述收卷筒内转动连接有充气卷筒,所述充气卷筒盘卷连接有能与充气卷筒内部连通的充气垫,所述充气卷筒端部固定连接有能与充气卷筒内部连通的通管连接件,所述升降台上表面固定连接有机箱,所述机箱内置有电性互连的充气泵以及用于感应工作车倾斜状态的重力感应器,所述通管连接件端部转动套接有转筒连接件,所述转筒连接件与气管一端固定套接,所述气管另一端与气泵固定连接。
优选的,所述通管连接件外表面固定套接有冲动链轮,所述机箱内置有第一电机,第一电机输出轴固定连接有主动链轮,主动链轮与冲动链轮通过链带传动连接。
优选的,所述充气垫底部固定连接有底块,所述底块外表面固定连接有滑块,所述防护栏内侧面开设有能与滑块滑动卡合连接的竖向滑槽。
优选的,还包括能挡在防护栏顶部的防护板,所述防护栏的顶端外侧面固定连接有旋转座,所述防护板端部固定连接有能与旋转座转动套接的转轴,所述防护栏顶端外侧面且位于旋转座的一侧固定连接有第二电机,所述第二电机输出轴通过联轴器与转轴固定连接。
优选的,所述第二电机与机箱内的重力感应器电性连接。
优选的,所述防护板外表面固定连接有能起缓冲作用的防护垫。
优选的,所述充气垫外表面固定连接有手带。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1):本申请通过在防护栏内侧面增加充气垫的设计,可以在工作车倒塌时提供一定的弹性缓冲作用,起到较强的人体保护作用;
(2):本申请通过收卷筒和充气卷筒等结构的设计,便于在闲置时将充气垫盘卷入收卷筒内防尘收纳,且可以避免在装卸器具时划破充气垫;
(3):本申请通过机箱以及机箱内部重力感应器、气泵等结构的设计,便于自动感应工作车的倾斜,从而自动放出充气垫并向充气垫内充气以进行防护;
(4):本申请通过防护板、第二电机等结构的设计,便于增加头顶位置的防护,也可以避免人从防护栏内被甩出。

下文结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1-3所示,本发明提出的一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车,包括车座1、与车座1上表面固定连接的车架2、设置在车架2里侧的升降机构、固定连接在升降机构顶部的升降台4以及连接在升降机构侧面的工作台3,升降台4上表面固定连接有防护栏5,防护栏5三个竖板的内侧面均固定连接有一个收卷筒7,收卷筒7内转动连接有充气卷筒19,充气卷筒19与充气垫8顶端盘卷连接且能与充气垫8内部连通,充气卷筒19端部固定连接有能与充气卷筒19内部连通的通管连接件20,升降台4上表面固定连接有机箱6,机箱6内置有电性互连的充气泵以及用于感应工作车倾斜状态的重力感应器,通管连接件20端部转动套接有转筒连接件13,转筒连接件13与气管14一端固定套接,气管14另一端与气泵固定连接。通管连接件20外表面固定套接有冲动链轮12,机箱6内置有第一电机,第一电机输出轴固定连接有主动链轮,主动链轮与冲动链轮12通过链带传动连接。充气垫8外表面固定连接有手带9。
本实施例中,当工作车即将倒塌时,机箱6内部的重力感应器感应到车体倾斜,将信号分别传输给第一电机和充气泵,第一电机通过链带带动冲动链轮12旋转,进而通过通管连接件20带动充气卷筒19旋转,以将充气垫8从收卷筒7内放出,与此同时,充气泵依次通过气管14、转筒连接件13、通管连接件20和充气卷筒19向充气垫8内冲入气体,充气垫8充气膨胀后铺设于防护栏5内侧面,在工作车倒塌时可以起到减震缓冲作用,能有效保护人体安全,在这个过程中,人员也可以握住手带9稳定住身体。
实施例二
如图1-3所示,本发明提出的一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车,包括车座1、与车座1上表面固定连接的车架2、设置在车架2里侧的升降机构、固定连接在升降机构顶部的升降台4以及连接在升降机构侧面的工作台3,升降台4上表面固定连接有防护栏5,防护栏5三个竖板的内侧面均固定连接有一个收卷筒7,收卷筒7内转动连接有充气卷筒19,充气卷筒19与充气垫8顶端盘卷连接且能与充气垫8内部连通,充气卷筒19端部固定连接有能与充气卷筒19内部连通的通管连接件20,升降台4上表面固定连接有机箱6,机箱6内置有电性互连的充气泵以及用于感应工作车倾斜状态的重力感应器,通管连接件20端部转动套接有转筒连接件13,转筒连接件13与气管14一端固定套接,气管14另一端与气泵固定连接。通管连接件20外表面固定套接有冲动链轮12,机箱6内置有第一电机,第一电机输出轴固定连接有主动链轮,主动链轮与冲动链轮12通过链带传动连接。充气垫8外表面固定连接有手带9。
相较于实施例一,本实施例还包括:充气垫8底部固定连接有底块10,底块10外表面固定连接有滑块,防护栏5内侧面开设有能与滑块滑动卡合连接的竖向滑槽11。
在实施例一的基础上,本实施例中,充气垫8在从收卷筒7内放出时,通过滑块与竖向滑槽11之间的滑动连接可以使充气垫8始终贴附在防护栏5上,更加稳定。
实施例三
如图1-3所示,本发明提出的一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车,包括车座1、与车座1上表面固定连接的车架2、设置在车架2里侧的升降机构、固定连接在升降机构顶部的升降台4以及连接在升降机构侧面的工作台3,升降台4上表面固定连接有防护栏5,防护栏5三个竖板的内侧面均固定连接有一个收卷筒7,收卷筒7内转动连接有充气卷筒19,充气卷筒19与充气垫8顶端盘卷连接且能与充气垫8内部连通,充气卷筒19端部固定连接有能与充气卷筒19内部连通的通管连接件20,升降台4上表面固定连接有机箱6,机箱6内置有电性互连的充气泵以及用于感应工作车倾斜状态的重力感应器,通管连接件20端部转动套接有转筒连接件13,转筒连接件13与气管14一端固定套接,气管14另一端与气泵固定连接。通管连接件20外表面固定套接有冲动链轮12,机箱6内置有第一电机,第一电机输出轴固定连接有主动链轮,主动链轮与冲动链轮12通过链带传动连接。充气垫8底部固定连接有底块10,底块10外表面固定连接有滑块,防护栏5内侧面开设有能与滑块滑动卡合连接的竖向滑槽11。充气垫8外表面固定连接有手带9。
相较于实施例一或实施例二,本实施例还包括能挡在防护栏5顶部的防护板16,防护栏5的顶端外侧面固定连接有旋转座15,防护板16端部固定连接有能与旋转座15转动套接的转轴,防护栏5顶端外侧面且位于旋转座15的一侧固定连接有第二电机17,第二电机17输出轴通过联轴器与转轴固定连接。第二电机17与机箱6内的重力感应器电性连接。防护板16外表面固定连接有能起缓冲作用的防护垫18。
基于实施例一或实施例二的基础上,本实施例中,工作车即将倒塌时,重力感应器同时会将信息传输给第二电机17,第二电机17带动防护板16旋转覆盖到防护栏5顶部,便于增加头顶位置的防护,也可以避免人从防护栏5内被甩出。
