Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine atomized liquid for treating chronic pharyngitis and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Chronic pharyngitis is caused by obstruction of nasal orifices due to various nasal diseases, long-term mouth breathing, and stimulation of pharynx due to physical and chemical factors, neck radiotherapy and the like. Various chronic diseases of the whole body, such as anemia, constipation, lower respiratory tract inflammation, cardiovascular diseases and the like can also be secondary to the disease. Chronic pharyngitis in the four medical classics is a general term for several pharyngeal diseases, such as pharyngeal inflammation, hoarseness, and obstructed breathing. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenic factors of chronic pharyngitis can be summarized into three types, namely pathogen, deficiency and stasis. Wherein the pathogenic factors are wind and fire. Fire pathogen is classified into excess fire and deficient fire. Deficiency is mainly caused by yin deficiency and qi deficiency. Blood stasis is mainly caused by qi stagnation, phlegm accumulation and blood stasis. The pathogenesis is characterized by the mixed pathogen, deficiency and stasis, which causes the disease of the dysfunction of qi activity, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm congealing and fire depression. When a patient with chronic pharyngitis sees a doctor, the patient often complains about discomfort, itching and cough of the pharynx, and the pharynx has physical obstruction, cannot spit out and swallow, and also utters 'pronunciation and click' sound at times. This is the disease called "chronic pharyngitis" in TCM.
In Western medicine, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs are adopted to control microbial infection and inflammation, or iodine agents and vitamins are used to improve symptoms, or interferon treatment is adopted, and external treatment methods such as laser and radio frequency are used if necessary. But often has the problems that the chronic pharyngitis can not be completely cured and the disease is easy to relapse; meanwhile, the side effects of high price, easy initiation of glandular secretion, scar contracture and the like exist. Therefore, the provided traditional Chinese medicine atomized liquid which is safe, has no side effect, is low in price and has high cure rate has important significance in treating chronic pharyngitis.
