The server comprises a cloud server and a site safety control server; the work station comprises a portable pre-operation exercise work station, a pre-operation exercise work station and an inversion work station; the communication network equipment comprises wireless network communication equipment and wired network communication equipment; the video acquisition equipment comprises a video camera shot by substation equipment, a video camera shot by workers and tools and an intelligent safety helmet, and the sensor equipment comprises a monitoring bracelet and a substation weather monitoring sensor; the cloud server and the site safety management and control server are respectively in communication connection with the portable pre-operation exercise workstation, the pre-operation exercise workstation and the inversion workstation through wired network communication equipment, and the video acquisition equipment and the sensor equipment are respectively in communication connection with the server and the workstation through wireless network communication equipment.
The presentation layer comprises a whole process evaluation, early warning and intervention subsystem of the operation safety risk of the transformer operation and maintenance personnel, a panoramic dynamic self-adaptive pre-exercise subsystem of the behavior of the transformer operation and maintenance personnel, a panoramic dynamic inversion and post-evaluation subsystem of the behavior of the transformer operation and maintenance personnel, a dynamic inversion, a virtual scene, a simulation deduction and a behavior evaluation visualization. The management and control layer comprises database management, authority management, support environment management, authentication and authorization management. The analysis layer comprises knowledge skill level evaluation, knowledge skill point automatic generation, self-adaptive knowledge skill test, knowledge skill automatic quantitative evaluation, behavior intelligent recognition, safety risk evaluation, safety risk early warning, safety operation intelligent guidance, safety standard level evaluation and continuous self-adaptive exercise. The data layer comprises a distributed cache, a transformer operation and maintenance knowledge base, a knowledge skill evaluation library, a self-adaptive exercise system model and a massive heterogeneous behavior data storage, wherein the self-adaptive exercise system model comprises a user model, a field model and a teaching model, and the massive heterogeneous behavior data storage comprises a human hand motion feature library, a physical state feature library, a standard motion library and a standard behavior library. The acquisition layer comprises an alarm, an identity, a log, a behavior and a state, wherein the state comprises an environment state, a tool state, a power transformation equipment state and a personnel state.
In this embodiment, means such as on-site investigation, transformer operation and maintenance/safety supervision expert interview, similar product/technology analogy analysis and the like are comprehensively adopted to determine the service requirement of the transformer operation and maintenance safety production intelligent video operation and maintenance management system, and the functional requirement, the performance requirement, the reliability requirement and the expandability requirement of the system are analyzed. The investigation analysis demonstration application field environment characteristics and the substation operation and maintenance safety operation characteristics relate to a field arrangement scheme and a wearing scheme of a multi-type state behavior collector such as a video monitoring device, a monitoring bracelet, a meteorological monitoring sensor and the like for substation equipment, tools, environments and personnel actions. And constructing a hardware environment of a power transformation operation and maintenance intelligent video operation and maintenance management system of hardware equipment such as an integrated computer infrastructure, communication network equipment, video acquisition equipment, sensor equipment, intelligent safety helmet and the like. Based on a power transformation operation and maintenance knowledge skill system and a knowledge skill level evaluation method, an automatic knowledge skill point generation module based on an operation task is designed, a power transformation operation and maintenance and safety operation related knowledge skill evaluation problem library is collected and arranged, a self-adaptive knowledge skill test module is developed, and rapid evaluation of individual knowledge skill level is realized; the knowledge skill automatic quantitative evaluation module is used for realizing automatic and accurate evaluation of individual knowledge skill levels facing to the operation tasks; based on the transformation operation and maintenance pre-operation exercise technology, the transformation operation and maintenance personnel pre-operation self-adaptive exercise system model is designed and constructed by referring to the self-adaptive learning system model component elements and the construction method and combining the transformation operation and maintenance operation characteristics and the safety operation requirements, and the model data is automatically updated by including a user model, a field model and a teaching model. The continuous self-adaptive drilling module is used for realizing panoramic drilling and individuation capability improvement aiming at operation scenes, operation tasks and individual knowledge skills before operation through the processes of pre-operation drilling-evaluation-self-adaptive learning drilling-reevaluation-pre-operation drilling.
On the basis of an integrated supporting environment of power transformation operation and maintenance safety production software and hardware, the function requirements and performance requirements of a power transformation operation and maintenance personnel operation safety risk overall process assessment, early warning and intervention subsystem are analyzed, intelligent recognition algorithms and related model libraries for human body, hand actions and body states of the power transformation operation and maintenance personnel are used, and the power transformation operation and maintenance personnel behavior intelligent recognition module is used for realizing recognition of power transformation operation and maintenance personnel on-site operation behaviors based on multidimensional collected data. Aiming at the safety risk assessment module of the whole process of the power transformation operation and maintenance operation task, the real-time safety risk assessment based on multiple factors such as personnel states, personnel behaviors, equipment states, environment states, tool states and the like is realized. The safety risk early warning module for the operation and maintenance of the power transformation based on the man-machine natural interaction of the intelligent safety helmet; and the intelligent interaction guiding module for the substation operation and maintenance safety operation realizes intelligent presentation and natural interaction of guiding prompt information.
The power transformation operation and maintenance operation process dynamic inversion scene generation and control module is used for automatically generating a three-dimensional dynamic inversion scene based on multi-dimensional information such as personnel action behaviors, tool motion tracks, power transformation equipment state changes, environment state changes and the like, and realizing an inversion control function; the substation operation and maintenance interactive simulation deduction module realizes the function of automatically generating and loading the deduction initial section based on the operation inversion data, and combines a substation simulation system to realize simulation analysis and interactive deduction of various possible conditions in the operation process. The power transformation operation and maintenance operation safety specification level evaluation module is used for realizing accurate evaluation of the power transformation operation and maintenance personnel safety specification operation capability based on panoramic inversion data, and the power transformation operation and maintenance personnel operation behavior and evaluation result visualization module is used for designing a multi-window and multi-dimension synchronous display scheme of a three-dimensional dynamic inversion scene, a monitoring picture and an evaluation result of an operation process based on the power transformation operation and maintenance operation process dynamic inversion scene generation and control module and the operation safety specification level evaluation module.
The embodiment also provides a power transformation operation and maintenance management method based on the intelligent video operation and maintenance management system, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The method comprises the steps that data information of substation equipment, staff behaviors and states, environment states and tool states is monitored and collected in real time through video collection equipment and sensor equipment, collected data is communicated and interacted with a workstation through wired network communication equipment through a wireless network communication equipment server, and the collected data is classified and stored in a data layer; inputting the existing power transformation operation and maintenance knowledge and data classification into a data layer;
(2) According to the data of the data layer, before the power transformation operation and maintenance operation, a worker performs virtual exercise and simulation deduction through a power transformation operation and maintenance personnel behavior panoramic dynamic self-adaptive pre-exercise subsystem, in the power transformation operation and maintenance operation, a server side manager performs evaluation, early warning and intervention and guidance on the worker behavior through a power transformation operation and maintenance personnel operation safety risk overall process evaluation, early warning and intervention subsystem, and after the power transformation operation and maintenance operation, the manager or the worker performs behavior inversion and post evaluation through a power transformation operation and maintenance personnel behavior panoramic dynamic inversion and post evaluation subsystem.

the management and control layer comprises database management, authority management, support environment management, authentication and authorization management;
the analysis layer comprises knowledge skill level evaluation, knowledge skill point automatic generation, self-adaptive knowledge skill test, knowledge skill automatic quantitative evaluation, behavior intelligent recognition, safety risk evaluation, safety risk early warning, safety operation intelligent guidance, safety specification level evaluation and continuous self-adaptive exercise;
