(2) According to the embodiment of the invention, the prefabricated short column 1 is optimized into the cavity column, so that the weight of the prefabricated short column 1 is reduced on the premise of meeting the strength requirement of the short column, the transportation and installation of the prefabricated short column 1 are facilitated, meanwhile, the second steel bars 6 on the bottom plate 2 can extend into the cavity 101 of the prefabricated short column 1, the precision requirement is looser compared with that of a cast-in-place scheme, the steel bars can be prevented from being planted again to a great extent, and the problem of difficulty in binding the steel bars on site is solved.
(3) According to the embodiment of the invention, the integral prefabrication of the prefabricated short column 1 and the track embedded part 4 can ensure the connection strength and the integral accuracy of the prefabricated short column 1 and the track embedded part 4 at the top end thereof at one time, the quality and the standardization level of the prefabricated short column 1 and the embedded part thereof are obviously improved, the length of the vertical steel bar in the prefabricated short column 1 can be better controlled, the phenomenon that the thickness of the column top protective layer is too large is effectively avoided, and the problems that column head splitting occurs in the use process due to the fact that the cast-in-place technology is difficult to meet the construction accuracy of the short column are solved.
(4) In the embodiment of the invention, the prefabricated short column reinforcing steel bars (namely the first reinforcing steel bars 5), the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars (namely the second reinforcing steel bars 6 and the third reinforcing steel bars 7) and the hidden beam reinforcing cage 9 are bound together, so that the reinforcing steel bars are stressed cooperatively, and finally the prefabricated short column 1 and the bottom plate 2 are connected into a whole by pouring the hidden beam 3, thereby ensuring that the stress requirements under working conditions of running, parking and the like of a train are met.

A prefabricated cavity column assembly type column type maintenance pit is characterized by comprising a prefabricated short column, a bottom plate and a hidden beam, wherein the prefabricated short column is provided with a cavity with an opening at the lower end, a track embedded part is embedded in the upper end of the prefabricated short column, first steel bars penetrate through the lower section of the prefabricated short column, and the first steel bars longitudinally extend out of two opposite side surfaces of the prefabricated short column along a track; the transverse two sides of the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of prefabricated column bottom areas which are longitudinally arranged along a rail at intervals, second steel bars which are pre-embedded on the prefabricated column bottom areas and can extend into cavities of the prefabricated short columns, and third steel bars which are pre-embedded on the longitudinal two side areas of the prefabricated column bottom areas, and the second steel bars and the third steel bars extend out of the surface of the bottom plate along the direction perpendicular to the rail; the prefabricated short column is vertically arranged on the bottom area of the prefabricated short column, and concrete for connecting the first steel bar and the second steel bar is poured in a cavity of the prefabricated short column; the hidden beam is poured on the longitudinal two side areas of the prefabricated column bottom area, a reinforcement cage is arranged in the hidden beam, and the reinforcement cage is connected with the first reinforcement and the third reinforcement respectively.

The prefabricated cavity column assembly type column type maintenance pit as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of bar penetrating holes for penetrating the first steel bars are formed in the lower section of the prefabricated short column, and the bar penetrating holes are communicated with the cavity of the prefabricated short column.

step 2, pouring a bottom plate in the overhaul pit area, dividing a plurality of prefabricated column bottom areas which are longitudinally arranged at intervals along a track on the two transverse sides of the bottom plate according to the distribution positions of the prefabricated short columns, taking the longitudinal two side areas of the prefabricated column bottom areas as hidden beam pouring areas, embedding second reinforcing steel bars which can extend into cavities of the prefabricated short columns on the prefabricated column bottom areas, embedding third reinforcing steel bars on the longitudinal two side areas of the prefabricated column bottom areas, and enabling the second reinforcing steel bars and the third reinforcing steel bars to extend out of the top of the bottom plate along the direction perpendicular to the track;
step 3, measuring and finishing the flatness of the bottom area of the prefabricated column of the bottom plate, hoisting the prefabricated short column to the position right above the bottom area of the prefabricated short column, and ensuring that a second steel bar pre-embedded on the bottom plate extends into a cavity of the prefabricated short column when the prefabricated short column falls down;
step 4, adjusting the column cap elevations of the prefabricated short columns to the same height through a column cap elevation leveling device for positioning; after the prefabricated short column is positioned, a gap is reserved between the prefabricated short column and the bottom plate, and a mortar layer is poured into the gap to ensure that the prefabricated short column and the bottom plate are connected compactly;
step 5, connecting first steel bars at the lower section of the prefabricated short column in a penetrating manner, wherein the first steel bars longitudinally extend out from two opposite side surfaces of the prefabricated short column along the track; binding a reinforcement cage on the hidden beam pouring area to enable the reinforcement cage to be connected with the first reinforcement and the third reinforcement respectively;
step 6, pouring concrete into the cavity of the prefabricated short column, so that the concrete is respectively connected with the first steel bars and the second steel bars, and the prefabricated short column is connected with the bottom plate;
and 7, installing the hidden beam template and pouring concrete to form the hidden beam, so that the hidden beam, the bottom plate and the prefabricated short column form a whole.
