Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the heating system for the footrest of the car seat provided by the invention is installed on the front seat and the rear seat in the car, and comprises a control module 1 and a temperature sensor 2 which are arranged at the bottom of the front seat, a footrest 3 which is arranged at the rear part of the backrest of the front seat, a position switch 4 which is arranged on the rear seat and a temperature switch 5 which is arranged on the rear seat. Wherein, be equipped with heating pad 6 in the ottoman 3, heating pad 6 is through wire and control module 1, temperature sensor 2 and temperature switch 5 conductive connection. The working state of the footrest 3 is switchable among a closed state, an open state and a comfortable state, the closed state refers to the footrest 3 being attached to the front seat backrest, the open state refers to the footrest 3 being at any angle between 0 and 100 degrees with respect to the front seat backrest, and the comfortable state refers to the footrest 3 being at a position between 45 and 90 degrees with respect to the vertical direction, so that the legs of the passengers in the back row are comfortable.
As shown in fig. 2, the heating pad 6 includes a substrate 61, a graphene layer 62 and an electrode 63 electrically connected to the graphene layer 62 are disposed on the substrate 61, and the electrode 63 is electrically connected to the control module 1, the temperature sensor 2 and the temperature switch 5 through wires. Graphene is a novel material with a sheet structure formed by single-layer carbon atoms, and the graphene layer 62 arranged in the heating pad 6 can enable the heating pad 6 to generate heat more quickly and uniformly.
The heating system for the automobile seat footstool provided by the invention has three working modes: a footrest comfort mode, a manual heating mode and a self-induction heating mode. These three modes are described in detail below.
Under the comfortable mode of foot bench, car seat foot bench heating system sets up to: when a passenger lies on the back row, the position switch 4 is adjusted, and after the control module 1 receives a position adjusting instruction sent by the position switch 4, the footrest 3 is turned over to enter an open state, and according to the requirement of the passenger on the back row, the turning angle of the footrest 3 (i.e., the included angle between the footrest 3 and the backrest of the front seat) is continuously adjusted, so that the footrest 3 is finally in a comfortable state.
As shown in fig. 3, in the manual heating mode, the car seat ottoman heating system is configured to: when the rear passengers feel that the feet are cold, the temperature switch 5 is started, the control module 1 judges whether the footstool 3 is in an open state or a comfortable state after receiving a heating instruction sent by the temperature switch 5, and if not, the heating is finished; if yes, the heating pad 6 is started to heat the heating pad 6, the control module 1 judges whether the feet of the passengers are detected on the footstools 3 every 10min, and if the feet of the passengers are detected, the heating pad 6 is continuously heated; if the feet of the passenger are not detected, the heating pad 6 is turned off, and the heating is finished.
As shown in fig. 4, in the self-induction heating mode, the car seat footrest heating system is configured as: the control module 1 detects whether the temperature in the vehicle is higher than a first preset temperature or not, and if the temperature in the vehicle is higher than the first preset temperature, the control module judges that the vehicle is warm and keeps the heating pad 6 closed; if the temperature in the vehicle is lower than a first preset temperature, the vehicle is judged to be cold, the heating pad 6 is started to heat the heating pad 6, the control module 1 judges whether the feet of the passengers are detected on the footstool 3 every 10min, and if the feet of the passengers are detected, the heating pad 6 is continuously heated; if the feet of the passenger are not detected, the heating pad 6 is turned off, and the heating is finished.
In the manual heating mode and the self-induction heating mode, the heating system for the seat footstool of the automobile is provided with the following components: when the heating pad 6 is heated, the output is performed according to 100% power, and the control module 1 acquires the temperature of the heating pad 6 in real time through the temperature sensor 2. When the temperature of the heating pad 6 is close to the second preset temperature, the control module 1 controls the heating pad 6 to output according to the preset power. And, when the operation time of the heating pad 6 reaches the preset time, the heating pad 6 implements the downshift strategy. Specifically, if the heating mat 6 is set to the first gear 37 °, the second gear 39 °, and the third gear 42 °, when the temperature of the heating mat 6 is in the second gear and the third gear, the saturation temperature is reduced from the set 39 ° and 42 ° to 37 ° and 39 °, respectively, after the operating time reaches the preset time.
When the footstools 3 need to be folded or heating is stopped, the control module 1 receives a command of closing the footstools 3 or stopping heating of the heating mat 6, and controls the footstools 3 to fold or stop heating.
Since the ottoman 3 is provided at the rear of the front seat back, it is possible for a front passenger to adjust his seat back with the ottoman 3 in an open state or a comfortable state, and therefore, in order for the position of the ottoman 3 with respect to a rear passenger not to change, as shown in fig. 5, the heating system for a seat ottoman of an automobile of the present invention is configured such that: when the control module 1 detects that the position of the front seat backrest changes, whether the footrest 3 is in a closed state or not is judged, if yes, the front seat backrest is adjusted, and the footrest 3 is not affected; if not, the safety locking logic and the position supplement logic are executed while the front seat back is adjusted. The safety locking logic is that: when the front seat back is at an angle of 45 ° to the vehicle floor, the front seat back is locked (i.e., the front seat back is adjusted rearward by 45 ° at maximum) so that the lowest position of the ottoman 3 in the open state or the comfortable state is at least 30mm from the vehicle floor. The position supplement logic means: the folding angle of the ottoman 3 is adjusted according to the adjustment angle of the front seat back, so that the relative position of the ottoman 3 to the rear passenger is kept constant.
In addition, it is also possible that, in a case where the ottoman is not opened, the seat back of the front passenger is adjusted in advance, and in this case, in order to ensure the seating space of the rear passenger and to prevent the ottoman 3 from interfering with the bottom of the automobile, as shown in fig. 6, the heating system for the automobile seat ottoman according to the present invention is configured such that: after the position switch 4 is adjusted, the control module 1 judges whether an included angle between the backrest of the front-row seat and the bottom of the automobile is smaller than 45 degrees or not after receiving a position adjusting instruction sent by the position switch 4, if yes, the backrest of the front-row seat is adjusted to form an angle of 45 degrees with the bottom of the automobile, and then the footrest 3 is adjusted; if not, the footrest 3 is directly adjusted. After the footrest 3 is adjusted to be in a comfortable state, the manual heating mode or the self-induction heating mode can be selected to heat the footrest, so that the comfortable experience of passengers is improved.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
