Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the heating system for the footstool of the automobile seat provided by the invention is arranged on a front seat and a rear seat in an automobile and comprises a control module 1 and a temperature sensor 2 which are arranged at the bottom of the front seat, a footstool 3 which is arranged at the back part of a backrest of the front seat, a position switch 4 which is arranged on the rear seat and a temperature switch 5 which is arranged on the rear seat. Wherein, be equipped with heating pad 6 in the footstool 3, heating pad 6 passes through wire and control module 1, temperature sensor 2 and temperature switch 5 conductive connection. The working state of the footstool 3 can be switched among a closed state, an open state and a comfortable state, wherein the closed state refers to that the footstool 3 is attached to a front seat backrest, the open state refers to that the footstool 3 forms any angle between 0 and 100 degrees with the front seat backrest, and the comfortable state refers to that the footstool 3 forms 45 to 90 degrees with the vertical direction, so that the legs of a rear passenger are comfortable.
As shown in fig. 2, the heating pad 6 includes a substrate 61, a graphene layer 62 and an electrode 63 electrically connected to the graphene layer 62 are disposed on the substrate 61, and the electrode 63 is electrically connected to the control module 1, the temperature sensor 2 and the temperature switch 5 through wires. Graphene is a novel material of a sheet structure composed of a single layer of carbon atoms, and the provision of the graphene layer 62 in the heating mat 6 can make the heating mat 6 generate heat faster and more uniformly.
The automobile seat footstool heating system provided by the invention has three working modes: a footrest comfort mode, a manual heating mode, and a self-induction heating mode. These three modes are each described in detail below.
In the footrest comfort mode, the car seat footrest heating system is set to: when the passenger lies on the seat in the back row, adjust position switch 4, control module 1 receives the adjustment position instruction that position switch 4 sent, makes the footstool 3 turn over and get into the open-state to according to the demand of back row passenger, constantly adjust the angle of turning over of footstool 3 (i.e. the contained angle between footstool 3 and the front seat back), finally make footstool 3 be in comfortable state.
As shown in fig. 3, in the manual heating mode, the car seat footrest heating system is configured to: when the rear passengers feel cold at feet, the temperature switch 5 is turned on, the control module 1 judges whether the footstool 3 is in an open state or a comfortable state after receiving a heating instruction sent by the temperature switch 5, and if not, the heating is finished; if yes, the heating pad 6 is started to heat the heating pad 6, and the control module 1 judges whether the feet of the passenger are detected on the footstool 3 every 10 minutes, and if the feet of the passenger are detected, the heating pad 6 is continuously heated; if the feet of the passenger are not detected, the heating pad 6 is turned off, and the heating is terminated.
As shown in fig. 4, in the self-induction heating mode, the car seat footrest heating system is configured to: the control module 1 detects whether the temperature in the vehicle is greater than a first preset temperature, and if the temperature in the vehicle is greater than the first preset temperature, the temperature in the vehicle is judged to be warm, and the heating pad 6 is kept closed; if the temperature in the vehicle is less than the first preset temperature, the cold in the vehicle is judged, the heating pad 6 is started to heat the heating pad 6, the control module 1 judges whether the feet of the passenger are detected on the footstool 3 every 10 minutes, and if the feet of the passenger are detected, the heating pad 6 is continuously heated; if the feet of the passenger are not detected, the heating pad 6 is turned off, and the heating is terminated.
In the manual heating mode and the self-induction heating mode, the automobile seat footrest heating system is set as follows: when the heating pad 6 is operated and heated, the heating pad 6 outputs 100% power, and the control module 1 acquires the temperature of the heating pad 6 in real time through the temperature sensor 2. When the temperature of the heating pad 6 approaches the second preset temperature, the control module 1 controls the heating pad 6 to output according to the preset power. And, when the operation time of the heating pad 6 reaches the preset time, the heating pad 6 performs a downshift strategy. Specifically, if the heating mat 6 is set to the first gear 37 °, the second gear 39 °, and the third gear 42 °, the saturation temperature is reduced from the set 39 ° and 42 ° to 37 ° and 39 ° respectively after the operating time reaches the preset time when the temperature of the heating mat 6 is in the second gear and the third gear.
When the footstool 3 needs to be folded or heating is stopped, the control module 1 receives a command for closing the footstool 3 or stopping heating the heating pad 6, and controls the footstool 3 to be folded or heating to be closed.
Since the footstool 3 is provided at the rear of the front seat back, the front passenger may adjust his seat back with the footstool 3 in an open state or a comfortable state, and thus, in order to keep the position of the footstool 3 with respect to the rear passenger unchanged, as shown in fig. 5, the automobile seat footstool heating system of the present invention is configured such that: when the control module 1 detects that the position of the front seat back is changed, judging whether the footstool 3 is in a closed state, if so, adjusting the front seat back, wherein the footstool 3 is not affected; if not, the safety lock logic and the position supplement logic are executed while the front seat back is adjusted. The secure lock logic refers to: when the front seat back makes an angle of 45 ° with the vehicle bottom, the front seat back is locked (i.e., the front seat back is adjusted up to 45 ° rearward) so that the lowest position of the footrest 3 in the open state or comfort state is at least 30mm from the vehicle bottom. The location supplement logic refers to: according to the adjustment angle of the front seat back, the turnover angle of the footstool 3 is adjusted so that the relative position of the footstool 3 and the rear passengers is kept unchanged.
In addition, it is also possible that the front passenger adjusts the seat back of the seat in advance when the footstool is not opened, and in order to ensure the seating space of the rear passenger and also to prevent the footstool 3 from interfering with the bottom of the vehicle, the vehicle seat footstool heating system of the present invention is configured as shown in fig. 6: the position switch 4 is adjusted, after the control module 1 receives a position adjusting instruction sent by the position switch 4, whether the included angle between the front seat back and the bottom of the automobile is smaller than 45 degrees is judged, if yes, the front seat back is adjusted to form an angle of 45 degrees with the bottom of the automobile, and then the footstool 3 is adjusted; if not, the footstool 3 is directly adjusted. After the adjustment of the footstool 3 is completed in a comfortable state, the manual heating mode or the self-induction heating mode can be selected to heat the footstool, so that the comfortable experience of passengers is improved.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications can be made to the above-described embodiment of the present invention. All simple, equivalent changes and modifications made in accordance with the claims and the specification of this application fall within the scope of the patent claims. The present invention is not described in detail in the conventional art.
