3. The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 1, wherein: the material sprinkling assembly consists of a sprinkling plate, a blocking plate, a fixed block, a spring, an auxiliary block and an eccentric block;
a swing plate penetrating the inside of the base plate;
a blocking plate which is arranged in bilateral symmetry with respect to a vertical axis of the swing plate;
a fixed block disposed inside the swing plate;
the spring is arranged in a reserved groove at the lower end of the fixed block;
an auxiliary block clamped at the lower side of the fixed block;
and the eccentric block is arranged on the lower side of the auxiliary block and is coaxial with the motor.

The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 3, wherein: the baffle plate is connected with the inner wall of the volatilizing plate in an inclined downward mode, the auxiliary block on the inner side of the baffle plate is connected with the fixed block in a relatively moving mode under the action of the spring, and the eccentric block is attached to the lower side of the auxiliary block.
5. The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 1, wherein: the mounting assembly consists of a connecting plate, a rake plate, a mounting block and a threaded rod;
a connection plate installed at the right side of the base plate;
a rake plate disposed at a lower end of the connection plate;
the mounting block is clamped at the upper end of the connecting plate and is fixed with the bottom plate through screws;
the threaded rod is installed in a preformed groove in the connecting plate.

The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 5, wherein: the harrow plate is arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate at equal intervals to play a role in digging soil, and the threaded rod penetrates through the inside of the mounting block to play a role in mounting stability on the connecting plate.
7. The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 1, wherein: the operation assembly consists of a mounting cavity plate, a limiting column, a turntable and a connecting disc;
a mounting cavity plate fixed on the upper surface of the partition plate;
a limiting column installed inside the installation cavity plate;
the rotary table is fixedly arranged in the middle of the limiting column;
and the connecting disc is connected to the outer end of the limiting column.

the storage barrel is arranged at the upper end of the partition plate;
the gasket is arranged in the right-angle side at the inner side of the storage barrel;
the moving plate is clamped in a reserved groove at the outer end of the storage barrel;
and the lug is fixed at the lower end of the moving plate.
10. The adjustable self-propelled agricultural fertilizer applicator of claim 9, wherein: the movable plate and the storage vat are oppositely clamped, and the convex blocks and the gaskets are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode to play a limiting role in the movable plate.
