The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal structure shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer-readable storage medium, may include a multimedia coloring ring back tone setting program therein.
In the terminal shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for data communication with the background server; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for data communication with a client (user side); when the terminal is a first terminal, the processor 1001 may be configured to call the multimedia ring back tone setting program in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
acquiring identification information of a multimedia color ring, wherein the multimedia color ring is set by a second terminal which is communicated with the first terminal;
detecting a near field signal of a third terminal;
and sending the identification information to the third terminal so that the third terminal orders the multimedia coloring ring back tone according to the identification information.
When the terminal is a third terminal, the processor 1001 may be configured to call the multimedia ring back tone setting program in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:
receiving identification information of multimedia coloring ring back tones sent by a first terminal;
and sending an ordering request to a color ring server according to the identification information, and ordering the multimedia color ring corresponding to the identification information in the color ring server according to the ordering request.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a multimedia coloring ring back tone setting method according to the present application.
The embodiment of the present application provides a multimedia ring back tone setting method, and it should be noted that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that here.
The multimedia color ring setting method of the embodiment is applied to a first terminal and comprises the following steps:
step S10, obtaining the identification information of multimedia coloring ring back tone, wherein the multimedia coloring ring back tone is set by a second terminal communicated with the first terminal;
it should be noted that, the first terminal, the second terminal, and the third terminal of the present application may all include mobile terminals such as a mobile phone and a smart phone watch, where the first terminal and the third terminal are provided with an NFC (Near Field Communication) function, and based on the NFC function, the first terminal and the third terminal may perform data exchange when they are close to each other. Secondly, the multimedia color ring back tone of the application can comprise a video color ring back tone and a music color ring back tone, wherein the color ring back tone service is a service which is customized by a called user and provides an interesting video media or music media for a calling user to replace a common network ring back tone. After the user applies for opening the color ring service, the user can set the personalized video color ring or music color ring by himself, and the system plays the video color ring media or music color ring media which are set by the called party for the calling user in the ringing stage when the user is called.
In the process of calling a second terminal by a first terminal, receiving media stream information of a multimedia color ring sent by a color ring server, and acquiring identification information of the multimedia color ring according to the media stream information of the multimedia color ring, wherein the multimedia color ring is a multimedia color ring set by the second terminal which is communicated with the first terminal, the identification information of the multimedia color ring can be a content identification ID of the multimedia color ring, and the content identification ID can be a string of characters and is used for representing characteristic information of the multimedia color ring, such as color ring name, color ring duration, color ring type and the like. In one embodiment, when a first terminal (a calling party) initiates call information to a second terminal (a called party), the call information reaches the second terminal through a color ring server. After receiving the ringing information of the second terminal, the color ring server queries the multimedia color ring set by the second terminal according to the ringing information, for example, because the ringing information carries the characteristic information of the called user, such as a telephone number, the color ring server can directly obtain the telephone number of the called user from the ringing information, and query the multimedia color ring set by the called user based on the telephone number. And then, transmitting the inquired media stream information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone to the first terminal through an RTP protocol, wherein the media stream information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone carries the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone, so that the first terminal can directly acquire the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone when the first terminal is in conversation with the second terminal based on the multimedia coloring ring back tone media stream information after receiving the multimedia coloring ring back tone media stream information sent by the coloring ring back tone server.
Step S20, detecting a near field signal of a third terminal;
in this embodiment, the first terminal is provided with an NFC detection module, which is configured to detect a near-field signal around the first terminal. When the near field signal detection requirement exists, the NFC function is started, after the NFC function is started, the NFC detection module automatically detects near field signals around the first terminal, and when the amplitude of the detection pulse is detected to change, the NFC equipment enters a magnetic field provided by the first terminal, namely, the near field signal of the third terminal is detected.
Step S30, sending the identification information to the third terminal, so that the third terminal orders the multimedia coloring ring back tone according to the identification information.
In this embodiment, when detecting the near field signal of the third terminal, the first terminal sends the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone to the third terminal, so that the third terminal orders the multimedia coloring ring back tone according to the identification information. For example, the first terminal performs data simulation on the acquired identification information, that is, packages the identification information to obtain an identification information data packet, establishes an NFC communication link between the first terminal and the third terminal when the distance between the first terminal and the third terminal is less than a preset distance (e.g., 2cm), and sends the identification information data packet to the third terminal through the NFC communication link, so that the third terminal orders the multimedia coloring ring back tone according to the identification information in the identification information data packet.
In the embodiment, by acquiring the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone, the multimedia coloring ring back tone is set by a second terminal which is communicated with a first terminal; detecting a near field signal of a third terminal; and sending the identification information to the third terminal so that the third terminal orders the multimedia polyphonic ringtone according to the identification information. According to the method and the device, when the first terminal detects the near-field signal of the third terminal, the identification information of the multimedia color ring is sent to the third terminal, so that the third terminal orders the multimedia color ring according to the identification information, the setting operation of the multimedia color ring is simplified, and the setting time of the multimedia color ring is shortened.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the multimedia ring back tone setting method of the present application is provided.
The multimedia polyphonic ringtone setting method of the embodiment is applied to a first terminal, and a second embodiment of the multimedia polyphonic ringtone setting method is different from the first embodiment in that the step of detecting a near-field signal of a third terminal comprises the following steps:
step S21, detecting a near field signal of the third terminal when the first terminal calls the second terminal;
the step of sending the identification information to the third terminal includes:
step S31, sending the identifier information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone played when the second terminal is called to the third terminal.
It should be noted that the call waiting time is generally only 50 seconds, and at this time, if the user of the second terminal needs to take out the mobile phone to open the designated APP for NFC transmission after hearing the multimedia ring back tone, the efficiency is low, and the multimedia ring back tone may be missed; or when the user prepares the NFC to receive the called multimedia coloring ring back tone, the call is connected or hung up. To the above two cases, this application has adopted two kinds of transmission modes: the first transmission mode is as follows: before the connection, a user can directly realize data transmission after starting the NFC function; the second transmission mode is as follows: when the user is in a call state (or the call is ended), the user can obtain the video polyphonic ringtone by opening the corresponding APP and using the NFC transmission function.
In an embodiment, the first terminal plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone after receiving the multimedia coloring ring back tone media stream information sent by the coloring ring back tone server. In the process of playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone, detecting a near field signal around the first terminal based on the NFC detection module, if the near field signal of the third terminal is detected, indicating that a user of the third terminal wants to order the multimedia coloring ring back tone, and at the moment, sending identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone played when the second terminal is called currently to the third terminal.
In another embodiment, when calling the second terminal, the first terminal obtains the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone currently played from the coloring ring back tone server, and stores the identification information. When the first terminal is in a call state (or the call is ended), at this time, if a near field signal of the second terminal is received, it needs to be determined whether the near field signal carries information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering application program. If the near field signal carries the information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering application program, the second terminal user wants to order the multimedia coloring ring back tone, and at the moment, the stored identification information is obtained. For example, when the first terminal has entered a call state (or a call is ended), a user of the third terminal may open a video color ring subscription APP, and touch the first terminal after the call of the first terminal is ended, at this time, the third terminal may send a color ring acquisition request to the first terminal based on the NFC module, the first terminal determines whether the acquisition request carries video color ring subscription APP information after receiving the acquisition request, and if the acquisition request carries the video color ring subscription APP information, searches for a multimedia color ring content identifier ID received and stored in the call waiting process based on the recently ended call, and transmits the multimedia color ring content identifier ID to the third terminal through the NFC module.
It should be noted that, the first terminal receives a near field signal (not carrying video color ring back tone ordering APP information) of the third terminal in the process of calling the second terminal, and at this time, since the first terminal displays the multimedia color ring back tone set by the second terminal, it can be determined that the user of the third terminal wants to order the currently displayed multimedia color ring back tone. And when the first terminal is in a call state (or the call is finished), the first terminal does not display the multimedia color ring, and at the moment, if a near field signal which does not carry the video color ring subscription APP information is received, the first terminal does not know the information which the third terminal wants to obtain based on the near field signal, so that the identification information of the multimedia color ring is not sent to the third terminal. However, if the near field signal carries the video color ring subscription APP information, it indicates that the third terminal wants to subscribe the multimedia color ring.
The present embodiment performs different processing operations when detecting a near field signal of the third terminal at different times. And if the near field signal of the third terminal is detected in the calling process, sending the identification information of the multimedia color ring which is played currently to the third terminal. And if the near field signal of the third terminal is received when the multimedia color ring is in a call state (or the call is finished), sending the stored identification information of the multimedia color ring to the third terminal. Therefore, the accuracy of obtaining the identification information of the multimedia color ring can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the multimedia ring back tone setting method of the present application is provided.
The multimedia color ring setting method of the embodiment is applied to a third terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S40, receiving the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone sent by the first terminal;
step S50, sending an order request to a color ring server according to the identification information, and ordering the multimedia color ring corresponding to the identification information in the color ring server according to the order request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone sent by the first terminal, the third terminal parses the identification information, and then invokes the media player to play the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the identification information, where the media player may be a web page player, a music player, a video player, a picture player, or the like. And after the polyphonic ringtone server receives the order request, the polyphonic ringtone server determines the ordered multimedia polyphonic ringtone information based on the order request and sends the order information to a third terminal. At this time, after the third terminal receives the order information, if the third terminal has opened the multimedia coloring ring related service, the multimedia coloring ring can be directly set, and the success of setting is prompted; if the third terminal can not set the multimedia color ring (the corresponding service needs to be opened), the call charge payment interface is automatically called, and the multimedia color ring is automatically set after the third terminal finishes payment. The multimedia color ring back tone service can be opened by sending a short message, for example, sending KTSP to 10086, and then replying to "yes", that is, the video color ring back tone service can be opened. Or, the multimedia color ring back tone service may also be opened by using the APP, for example, selecting a color ring back tone service opening function in the chinese mobile APP, and opening the multimedia color ring back tone service based on the function.
In the embodiment, the multimedia coloring ring back tone is directly ordered in the coloring ring back tone server through the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone, so that the condition that a user needs to spend a large amount of time to search and search the multimedia coloring ring back tone is avoided, the setting operation of the multimedia coloring ring back tone is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
To better explain the multimedia ring back tone setting method of the present application, refer to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic view of an operation flow of the multimedia ring back tone setting method of the present application.
In this embodiment, the multimedia coloring ring back tone setting steps are as follows:
a calling user A dials and initiates calling information to a called user B, and the calling information reaches the called user B through a color ring server;
the polyphonic ringtone server receives the ringing information of the called user B, and inquires the multimedia polyphonic ringtone set by the called user B according to the ringing information, for example, the telephone number of the called user B in the ringing information is acquired, and the multimedia polyphonic ringtone set by the called user B is inquired according to the telephone number. Transmitting the inquired multimedia coloring ring back tone media stream and the identification information (such as content identification ID) of the multimedia coloring ring back tone to the first terminal through an RTP (real time protocol);
the calling party A displays the received multimedia polyphonic ringtone, if the user C touches the smart phone (with the NFC function) of the calling party A by using the smart phone (with the NFC function) in the process of displaying the multimedia polyphonic ringtone, at the moment, the calling party A detects a near-field signal of the user C;
the method comprises the steps that a calling party A performs data packaging on identification information of a multimedia color ring acquired from a color ring server to obtain an identification information data packet, when the distance between mobile phones of the calling party A and a user C is smaller than a preset distance (such as 2cm), an NFC communication link of the calling party A and the user C is established, and the identification information data packet is sent to the user C through the NFC communication link;
after receiving the identification information of the multimedia coloring ring back tone sent by the calling party a, the user C analyzes the identification information, and then invokes a media player to play the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the identification information, wherein the media player can be a web page player, a music player, a video player, a picture player, and the like. After the played multimedia color ring is determined to be correct, an ordering request is sent to a color ring server according to the identification information;
after receiving the ordering request, the color ring server determines the ordered multimedia color ring information based on the ordering request and issues the ordering information to a user C;
after receiving the order information, the user C can directly set the multimedia coloring ring back tone and prompt the successful setting if the user C has opened the multimedia coloring ring back tone related service; if the user C can not directly set the multimedia coloring ring back tone (the corresponding service needs to be opened), a telephone charge payment interface is automatically called, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone is automatically set after the user C finishes payment.
In this embodiment, based on the NFC function, the calling user a shares the identification information of the multimedia ring back tone to the user C, so that the user C can order the multimedia ring back tone in the ring back tone server directly based on the identification information, thereby simplifying the setting operation of the multimedia ring back tone, and shortening the setting time of the multimedia ring back tone.
In addition, the application also provides a terminal, the terminal comprises a memory, a processor and a multimedia color ring setting program which is stored on the memory and runs on the processor, and the terminal acquires the identification information of the multimedia color ring, wherein the multimedia color ring is the multimedia color ring set by a second terminal which is communicated with the first terminal; detecting a near field signal of a third terminal; and sending the identification information to the third terminal so that the third terminal orders the multimedia polyphonic ringtone according to the identification information.
