The network side equipment can also comprise a color ring back tone service data synchronization unit integrated in the video color ring back tone province gateway.
The control flow refers to signaling processing of the color ring, and includes functions of negotiation of the color ring by a calling party, negotiation of a called party and the like, and an interaction function of seed color ring is added. The service flow mainly provides functions of opening the color ring, ordering seed color ring, income division and the like for the user; after the opening and the ordering are successful, the data and the video color ring file are synchronized to a centralized management platform, gateways of various provinces and a calling platform. Media stream, user playing seed color ring and user interaction function, media stream protocol RTP/RTCP.
Referring to fig. 8, the color ring back tone service processing unit mainly includes a service provisioning/ordering function, a revenue sharing function, a user operation data processing function, a short message function, an IVR voice function, an internet function, and the like.
The service opening/ordering function comprises basic color ring capacity such as seed color ring ordering, color ring function opening and the like. The income dividing function comprises the functions of pricing strategy, dividing mode, dividing report data and the like of the seed color ring, such as dividing proportion setting of a first-layer user and a second-layer user. The user operation data processing function comprises data collection and processing of calling user key pressing, mobile phone terminal interaction, short message reply and H5 page operation. If the user presses a key to copy the seed color ring, the function of ordering the seed video color ring is completed after the key information is reported. The system comprises the short message capability, the IVR capability and the Internet capability, and is used for pushing seed video color ring short messages, IVR calls, Internet H5 pages and the like to a calling user.
Referring to fig. 9, the polyphonic ringtone interaction unit includes functions of signaling processing, media processing, caller interaction, and the like. Signaling processing, calling all signaling flow control, such as calling seed video negotiation processing. And media processing, namely playing the seed video color ring media stream for the calling party. And calling interaction, including key interaction, screen touch interaction, short message interaction, IVR interaction and H5 page interaction.
The following illustrates the procedure of setting (DIY) the color ring by the second terminal. Referring to fig. 10, the second terminal uploads the media file of its DIY, such as a video, to the color ring back tone service processing unit in the network side device, and the color ring back tone service processing unit performs content auditing and color ring back tone making, and completes user setting and pricing and policy division of seed color ring back tones. Then, the polyphonic ringtone service synchronization unit synchronously distributes the polyphonic ringtone uploaded by the second terminal to each province calling platform, so that other terminals can see and/or hear the polyphonic ringtone when calling the second terminal, and can order the polyphonic ringtone if the polyphonic ringtone is liked.
The following describes the processes of the polyphonic ringtone subscription between the network side device and the first terminal in a short message manner, an IVR manner, and an internet H5 page manner, respectively.
Referring to fig. 11, a color ring back tone service processing unit in a network side device pushes a short message to a short message gateway to send a short message subscription message to a first terminal, and the first terminal replies the short message to the color ring back tone service processing unit to complete subscription.
Referring to fig. 12, a color ring back tone service processing unit in a network side device calls a call platform to automatically call out a first terminal, and the first terminal directly reports key information to the call platform and synchronizes to the color ring back tone service processing unit to complete subscription.
Referring to fig. 13, a color ring service processing unit in a network device pushes seed color ring H5 page information to a first terminal through a short message, the first terminal opens an H5 page through a data field, and finishes ordering seed color ring through a HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) interface.
In addition, referring to fig. 14, before the network-side device pushes the short message to the first terminal, calls the first terminal, and pushes the H5 page through the short message, the network-side device may first obtain the hang-up information of the first terminal through the call platform, and then push the short message or call the first terminal out after obtaining the hang-up information of the first terminal. And before the network side equipment pushes the short message to the first terminal, calls the first terminal and pushes the H5 page through the short message, the information such as the strategy of the seed coloring ring back tone can be inquired.
The following illustrates a specific process of the first terminal calling the second terminal and subscribing the video polyphonic ringtone of the second terminal.
In example 1, please refer to fig. 15, a first terminal (UEa) initiates a call to a second terminal, a calling domain and a called domain complete resource reservation and calling video capability negotiation, and then a color ring interaction unit plays a called video color ring for a calling user (UEa). The calling user directly orders the called video color ring through a key (such as 8#) on the dial plate, and if the calling user is a non-video color ring user, the method supports the direct opening of the video color ring function and orders the called video color ring. After receiving the information of the calling key, the color ring interaction unit synchronizes to the color ring service processing unit so as to perform the relevant flow of color ring video subscription. The color ring back tone service processing unit completes the ordering of the seed video color ring back tone according to the actual situation of the calling user and divides the income into a data recording log.
Example 2, referring to fig. 16, a calling user (UEa) may perform an order by directly clicking a terminal screen in addition to an order by using a dial, and the calling terminal needs to be developed in a customized manner to support uploading of screen position information clicked by the user. The first identifier may be displayed at the corresponding location. The polyphonic ringtone interaction unit pushes indication information indicating entering an ordering process according to screen position information triggered by a user, for example, reminding information of 'ordering' is additionally displayed in a video polyphonic ringtone. And the service processing unit judges whether the user clicks the user to copy the seed video color ring according to the service attribute configured by the screen position, and finishes the seed video color ring ordering.

Referring to fig. 20, fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram of a first terminal according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention, where the terminal 200 includes a processor 201, a memory 202, and a program stored in the memory 202 and capable of running on the processor 201; when the processor 201 executes the program, the steps of any one of the above embodiments applied to the polyphonic ringtone ordering method of the first terminal are implemented.
Referring to fig. 21, fig. 21 is a schematic structural diagram of a network-side device according to a tenth embodiment of the present invention, where the network-side device 210 includes a processor 211, a memory 212, and a program stored in the memory 212 and capable of running on the processor 211; when the processor 211 executes the program, the steps of the color ring realization method applied to the network side device in any of the second embodiments are realized.
Referring to fig. 22, fig. 22 is a schematic structural diagram of a second terminal according to an eleventh embodiment of the present invention, in which the second terminal 220 includes a processor 221, a memory 222, and a program stored in the memory 222 and capable of running on the processor 221; when the processor 221 executes the program, the step of applying any one of the third embodiments to the polyphonic ringtone implementation method of the second terminal is implemented.
The first terminal, the second terminal and the network side device are all electronic devices.
A twelfth embodiment of the present invention provides a readable storage medium, where a program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in any color ring back tone ordering method in the first embodiment or implements the steps in any color ring back tone implementing method in the second to fourth embodiments. Please refer to the above description of the method steps in the corresponding embodiments.
The network side device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in Global system of Mobile communication (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), may also be a Base Station (NodeB, NB) in Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), may also be an evolved Node B (evolved Node B, eNB or eNodeB) in LTE, or a relay Station or Access point, or a Base Station in a future 5G network, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The terminal in the embodiments of the present invention may be a wireless terminal or a wired terminal, and the wireless terminal may be a device providing voice and/or other service data connectivity to a user, a handheld device having a wireless connection function, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem. A wireless terminal, which may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile telephone (or "cellular" telephone) and a computer having a mobile terminal, e.g., a portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-included, or vehicle-mounted mobile device, may communicate with one or more core networks via a Radio Access Network (RAN), and may exchange language and/or data with the RAN. For example, devices such as Personal Communication Service (PCS) phones, cordless phones, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phones, Wireless Local Loop (WLL) stations, and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) are used. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, a Subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), a Subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), a Mobile Station (Mobile), a Remote Station (Remote Station), a Remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), an Access Terminal (Access Terminal), a User Terminal (User Terminal), a User Agent (User Agent), and a Terminal (User Device or User Equipment), which are not limited herein.
The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium. Computer-readable storage media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A color ring back tone ordering method is applied to a first terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
initiating a call aiming at a second terminal to network side equipment;
receiving first information sent by the network side equipment, wherein the first information is information of a color ring set or ordered by a user of the second terminal;
and sending an ordering request for ordering the polyphonic ringtone to the network side equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the first information sent by the network-side device, the method further comprises:
displaying a first identifier and/or a first key;
the sending of the subscription request for subscribing the polyphonic ringtone to the network side device includes:
receiving the operation of a user on the first identifier and/or the first key;
and sending an ordering request for ordering the polyphonic ringtone to the network side equipment according to the operation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the subscription request for subscribing to the polyphonic ringtone to the network side device, the method further comprises:
receiving second information sent by the network side equipment, wherein the second information is used for indicating that the color ring is ordered successfully;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
before the receiving the second information sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
receiving third information sent by the network side equipment according to the ordering request, wherein the third information is used for confirming whether the polyphonic ringtone is ordered or not to a user of the first terminal;
and sending fourth information to the network side equipment according to the third information, wherein the fourth information is used for confirming the ordering of the polyphonic ringtone to the network side equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the subscription request for subscribing to the polyphonic ringtone to the network side device, the method further comprises:
and receiving fifth information sent by the network side equipment, wherein the fifth information is sent based on the call initiated by the first terminal, and the fifth information is used for inquiring whether the user of the first terminal orders the polyphonic ringtone.
5. A coloring ring back tone realizing method is applied to network side equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call initiated by a first terminal, wherein the call is directed to a second terminal;
sending first information of the color ring back tone set or ordered by the user of the second terminal to the first terminal;
and receiving an ordering request sent by the first terminal for ordering the polyphonic ringtone.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before receiving the call initiated by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving the color ring sent by the second terminal;
setting a price and/or a dividing strategy for the color ring; or receiving sixth information sent by the second terminal, and setting price and/or dividing into strategies for the polyphonic ringtone according to the sixth information;
the price is the price of other terminal users except the second terminal for ordering the color ring, the dividing strategy is the strategy of dividing the income obtained by the user of the second terminal and/or the user of a third terminal for the color ring, and the third terminal is the terminal which orders the color ring and has the users of other terminals ordering the color ring through the third terminal.
7. A color ring realization method is applied to a second terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and after a first terminal initiates a call to the second terminal to the network side equipment and the network side equipment sends first information of the polyphonic ringtone to the first terminal, the first terminal can order the polyphonic ringtone to the network side equipment.
8. A color ring back tone implementation system is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a first terminal, a second terminal and network side equipment;
the first terminal is used for initiating a call aiming at the second terminal to network side equipment;
the network side equipment is used for receiving the call and sending first information of the color ring back tone set or ordered by the user of the second terminal to the first terminal;
the network side device is further configured to receive an ordering request sent by the first terminal for ordering the polyphonic ringtone.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that, when the processor executes the program, the steps in the polyphonic ringtone ordering method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 are implemented, or the steps in the polyphonic ringtone realizing method according to claim 5 or 6 are implemented, or the steps in the polyphonic ringtone realizing method according to claim 7 are implemented.
10. A readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the ring back tone ordering method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the steps in the ring back tone implementing method according to claim 5 or 6 or the steps in the ring back tone implementing method according to claim 7.
