Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present specification will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a system architecture diagram in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes a user terminal 10, a response server 20 and a data interaction server 30. The user terminal 10 is a smart device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, etc., capable of making a call. The response server 20 is, for example, an IVR or IVVR server in a call center, which can automatically receive a call and interact with the user terminal 10 through a voice channel when the user terminal 10 dials a corresponding service number. The data interaction server 30 is configured to perform data interaction with the user terminal 10 through a data channel, for example, to perform content presentation in the user terminal 10, or to enable the user terminal 10 to perform data interaction (e.g., video call) with a service terminal corresponding to a service number.
Currently, users typically obtain information in two ways. One is the traditional voice + IVR communication provided by the operator. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a user first makes a voice call through the user terminal 10, so that the user terminal 10 connects to the response server 20, receives a voice signal from the response server 20, plays a prompt tone according to the voice signal, and then the user can make a corresponding key selection according to the prompt tone to obtain related information or services. In this way, when the service condition is complex and the key hierarchy is many, the user needs to perform key selection many times, the user experience is poor, and the efficiency of obtaining information is low.
The second way is by connecting to a centralized service platform (such as hundredths, WeChat, express, etc.) on the mobile internet. In this way, because the services provided on the centralized platform are too many in variety, so that the menu options are too many, much information and services are hidden too deeply, and the efficiency of the user in searching using the platform is not high.
Although many people are used to find needed products and services on the mobile internet through smart phones, or through searching or through various large mobile internet platforms (APP), the calling of a large number of people, especially the old people, is a main channel for obtaining information, products and services. The telephone dialing operation is simple, the telephone number is easy to remember, and the method is particularly friendly to the old. However, the limitation of dialing is that it is difficult to invoke a complex rich media interaction means, and even if the current phone can support a video call, rich interactive communication cannot be performed during the call, such as transmitting text, pictures and video files simultaneously.
From the perspective of individuals or organizations providing information and services, the information release of the mobile internet era now has only the following channels: the first is to attach to a large internet platform, such as WeChat and headline, and to issue information thereon; secondly, establishing an independent website for information publishing; the third is by shelf independent APP. Individuals or organizations that provide information and services may also wish to: the mobile internet platform is not bound on a single internet platform and can be expanded to different mobile internet platforms; the private domain flow of the platform is established without being attached to the platform; the system tool is convenient to use, safe and reliable. It is clear that the channels through the existing internet alone do not meet all the needs of the individual or organisation providing the information and services.
While the traditional operator service mainly focuses on the service scene of making a call, i.e. a voice call, the emerging mobile internet service mainly focuses on the service scene of accessing an APP to realize data content interaction, i.e. data communication, and because the composition and the operation mechanism of background support systems of the two services are very different, the two scenes are difficult to combine together.
For example, in one prior art, "fast applications" like APPs such as WeChat, Paibao, Baidu, etc. are triggered by a dialing program built into the calling terminal handset. The implementation method comprises the steps that after a called number is input in a dialing program built in a calling terminal mobile phone to confirm calling, the dialing program can send a network interface request to a corresponding 'fast application platform', in addition, an operation file/code of a related 'fast application program' is extracted from information returned by the platform, then, the operation code is operated on the calling terminal mobile phone to carry out data interaction with the 'fast application program', if the fast application platform does not find an operation file matched with the called number, a popup window of a user terminal is inquired whether audio and video conversation is carried out, and the user can indicate the dialing program to dial the called number through an audio and video conversation button in a page to carry out traditional audio and video conversation.
In the prior art, the dialing program is equivalent to an APP, the user does not make a traditional telephone call when dialing by using the dialing program, but only connects to the fast application platform, and the dialing program instructs the user to dial a called number (i.e. a traditional telephone call) only after the matching fails, so that the scheme cannot realize a dual-channel interaction mode of voice and data at the same time. In addition, the running code of the 'fast application program' is maintained by the 'fast application platform' and is issued to the calling terminal mobile phone to be executed according to the requirement, so that the code maintenance and issuing execution flow has potential safety hazards, and risks of tampering the running code or threatening the running code to the calling terminal mobile phone exist.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a page display method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by the user terminal 10 of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, first, in step S201, the user terminal 10 makes a phone call to a first calling number or receives an incoming phone call of the first calling number.
The first calling number may be a service number for automatic answering or may be a telephone number of another user. The user of the user terminal 10 may dial the first calling number by operating the user terminal 10, or the user terminal 10 may receive an incoming call of the first calling number.
In step S202, the user terminal 10 performs data interaction related to the first calling number while waiting for the call to be connected.
The user terminal 10 may establish a connection channel (i.e., a data channel) with the server when the phone is not connected, so that data interaction may be performed with the server, or may establish a data channel with a user terminal (or a service terminal) corresponding to the first calling number through the server, so that data interaction may be performed.
In the data interaction scheme provided by the embodiment of the specification, after the user terminal performs a traditional telephone calling operation or receives an incoming call of a service number, a data channel can be established for data interaction before the telephone is connected, so that a user is allowed to acquire information in a voice and data dual-channel mode, the user experience is improved, and the information acquisition efficiency of the user is improved.
The data interaction scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a data interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by a service terminal (not shown in fig. 1), the user terminal 10, the data interaction server 20 and the response server 30 in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, first, in step S301, a service terminal sends a registration request to a data interaction server.
The service terminal may be a terminal device of a merchant. A merchant may be an individual or an organization that provides goods, information, and services. The business number of the merchant is obtained by registering with the carrier, and the business number of the merchant is generally obtained by the business number of the merchant, for example, 955xx for a certain bank, 400810 x for a certain restaurant, and the like. The business number of the merchant can be a telephone number for manual response or a telephone number for automatic response through the IVR/IVVR server. When the merchant wishes to open the service display page while the user dials the service number, the merchant may send a registration request to the data interaction server 20 through the service terminal, where the registration request includes the service number of the merchant and the service content desired to be displayed. The service content may for example comprise at least one of: the system comprises the following steps of introducing to a merchant, business information issued by the merchant, page links of the merchant on various large Internet platforms (such as WeChat, Taobao, Jingdong and Mei groups) and the like. The service content may include at least one of the following: text, pictures, video, audio, etc.
It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are described herein only by way of examples of merchants, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto, and any other individuals or organizations that provide information and services may send a registration request to the data interaction server to present what the user wishes to present while dialing their service number. For example, the individual or the organization may be an epidemic prevention and control department, and the epidemic prevention and control department may send a registration request to the data interaction server, where the registration request includes a telephone number of the department and epidemic prevention and control information that the user wants to show, so that the user can turn on the epidemic prevention and control information at the terminal while dialing the telephone of the department.
In step S302, the data interaction server generates and stores content data corresponding to the service number.
After receiving the registration request from the service terminal, the data interaction server performs format adjustment and layout on the service content in the request, thereby generating content data corresponding to the service number. The content data is, for example, page data, the page data includes the service content, layout information of the service content, format information, and the like, and the page data is used for generating a presentation page in which the service content is presented in a predetermined format and layout manner at the user terminal. After the data interaction server generates the page data, the page data is stored in a local storage medium or a cloud server, and the corresponding relation between the service number and the storage address of the page data is recorded. The storage address may be, for example, a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address. It is understood that the content data is not limited to page data, and may also be video data, audio data, etc. according to the specific form of the service content, which is not limited thereto.
After storing the content data corresponding to the service number, the data interaction server may classify the service number according to the service type, for example, classify the service number of the banking service into a type with a higher security requirement, classify the service number of the restaurant into a type with a lower security requirement, and so on, so that the content data of the user terminal may be transmitted subsequently according to the type of the service number, or the connection or hang-up of the voice call may be determined according to the type of the service number, and so on.
After the service terminal is registered in the data interaction server in the above way, the content data corresponding to the service number can be modified at any time. For example, a merchant wants to update service information issued by the merchant, and may send a content data modification request to the data interaction server, where the request includes service content that the merchant wants to update, so that the data interaction server modifies content data corresponding to a service number according to the request.
In step S303, the user terminal 10 calls the service number or receives an incoming call of the service number.
The user terminal 10 may embed a Software Development Kit (SDK) for implementing the solution of the embodiment in the dial code or the dial code of the APP, and the SDK may monitor whether the user terminal 10 makes or receives a call. The user can know the business number of the merchant through various ways. For example, the user may obtain the service number of the merchant on each large internet platform, or the user may obtain the service number of the merchant in the television advertisement, and the like, which is not limited. When a user wishes to know the business information of a merchant, the business number of the merchant can be dialed through a dial interface in the user terminal 10 (e.g., a mobile phone), so that a telephone call is made to the business number. Wherein, when the service number is a number automatically answered by the machine, a call to the service number is transmitted to the answering server 30. After the user dials the service number, the SDK monitors the operation and executes step S304 to send a content request to the data interaction server. It is to be understood that although the SDK is described as an example, the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto, for example, the user terminal 10 may perform monitoring on the voice call state through the APP corresponding to the data interaction server to determine whether the user terminal 10 makes a call or receives a call.
In one case, the SDK in the subscriber terminal 10 may listen to the telephone number dialed by the subscriber, and the SDK may establish a data connection with the data interaction server after determining that the telephone number is a specific service number, and send a content request to the data interaction server through the data connection, where the content request includes the telephone number (i.e., the service number) dialed by the subscriber. Specifically, the SDK in the user terminal 10 may pre-store a plurality of service numbers registered in the data interaction server, so that it may be determined whether a number dialed by the user is a pre-stored service number according to the pre-stored service number, and if so, establish a data connection with the data interaction server and send a content request. Alternatively, the SDK may establish a data connection with the data interaction server after each call made by the user terminal 10 is monitored, and send a content request including the telephone number of the call.
In another case, the SDK in the user terminal 10 cannot monitor the phone number dialed by the user, and the SDK may establish a data connection with the data interaction server after monitoring the phone call dialed by the user, and perform step S304 to send a content request to the data interaction server, where the content request includes the phone number of the user terminal 10 itself. It is understood that, in this case, the local number of the user terminal 10 is not limited to be included in the content request, and other information of the user terminal 10 corresponding to the telephone number dialed by the user, such as other identification information of the user terminal 10, etc., may be included, so that the data interaction server may determine the telephone number dialed by the user based on the corresponding information.
It is also possible that the user terminal 10 receives an incoming call to a service number, wherein the service number is dialed to the user terminal 10 through the answering server when the service number is a telephone number that the machine automatically answers. When the user terminal 10 receives an incoming call of a service number, the SDK in the user terminal 10 may also hear the service call. In one case, the SDK may listen to the service number dialed to the user terminal 10. The SDK may establish a data connection with the data interaction server after determining that the service number is a pre-stored service number, and perform step S304 to send a content request to the data interaction server. Or the SDK can establish a data connection with the data interaction server after receiving the telephone call of other numbers every time, and sends a content request, wherein the content request comprises the telephone number of the incoming call. In another case, the SDK cannot hear the service number. The SDK may establish a data connection with the data interaction server upon listening that the user terminal 10 receives the dialogue call, and transmit a content request including a phone number local to the user terminal 10.
In step S305, the data interaction server acquires content data corresponding to the service number.
The data interaction server firstly determines a service number according to the content request. Specifically, if the content request includes a service number, the data interaction server may directly obtain the service number from the content request. If the content request includes the local number or other identification information of the user terminal 10, the data interaction server 20 may connect to the response server 30, and obtain the service number dialed or received by the user terminal 10 from the response server 30 according to the local number or other identification information of the user terminal 10.
After determining the service number, the data interaction server 30 may determine whether a correspondence relationship between the service number and a storage address of the content data is locally stored, and if so, obtain the content data corresponding to the service number according to the correspondence relationship.
In step S306, the data interaction server transmits the content data to the user terminal.
After acquiring the content data corresponding to the service number, the data interaction server 30 transmits the content data to the user terminal 10.
In step S307, the user terminal displays the corresponding content based on the content data.
For example, after receiving, for example, page data from the data interaction server, the user terminal 10 generates a presentation page including the business content that the merchant wishes to present according to the layout information, format information, and the like in the page data. The presentation page may be, for example, an http page, a 5G page, or the like. The page may also include page links of the merchant on each large internet platform, so that the user may click the links on the page according to the page displayed by the user terminal 10, thereby entering the business page of the merchant on other internet platforms. In the case of call-on, the user may also perform an operation such as a selection operation or the like on a page presented by the user terminal 10 by voice.
Fig. 4 is a schematic page display diagram in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, assuming that the service number of the "nice orchard" merchant is 12345, after the user dials the phone number "12345" in the mobile phone, when the phone is not connected, a service page of the nice orchard can be displayed in the mobile phone screen, where the page includes, for example, an introduction to the orchard, preferential information of the orchard, a link of the service of the orchard to a beauty platform, a link to a treasure platform, and the like. The page is applied and set in the data interaction server by a nice orchard merchant in advance, so that when a user uses the mobile phone to dial 12345, the mobile phone can send a content request to the data interaction server, the data interaction server can determine that the service number is 12345 according to the content request, page data corresponding to the number 12345 is obtained, the page data is pushed to the mobile phone, and the page is displayed in the mobile phone. It is understood that the presentation page shown in fig. 4 is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments of the present application, for example, the user terminal 10 may also display rich media presentation content, an internet website, a video, or operate a key (e.g., a key for making a call again), or play audio, etc. according to the content data received from the data interaction server.
In the embodiment of the present application, in a scenario where a service number is answered by an answering server, after a user terminal starts to dial the service number or receives an incoming call of the service number, data interaction may be performed between the answering server 20 and the data interaction server 30. Specifically, the response server 20 records the service number registered in the data interaction server 30, so that when the response server 20 determines that the service number dialed or received by the user terminal is the registered service number according to the recorded registered service number, the response server may notify the data interaction server 30 of: the user terminal 10 is dialing a service number (e.g., 12345) or receiving the service number, and the data interaction server 30 may read content data corresponding to the service number in advance according to the notification to transmit to the user terminal 10 when the user terminal 10 makes a content request.
After the call connection between the user terminal 10 and the response server 20 is completed, the response server 20 may transmit information for connecting a service number call with the user terminal 10 to the data interaction server 30, so that the data interaction server 30 may instruct the user terminal 10 to update the display contents according to the information. Meanwhile, the data interaction server 30 may instruct the response server 20 to perform a corresponding operation according to the type of the preset service number. For example, if the service number is a service number of a bank, and it is necessary to keep the call on later, the response server 20 may instruct the user terminal 10 to play a voice of "please keep the call on" to the user according to the information received from the data interaction server 30. Alternatively, if the service number is the service number of the orchard, and the user is not required to keep the call on subsequently, the response server 20 may instruct the user terminal 10 to play the voice "the call can be ended" to the user.
In another interaction scenario, after the call is switched on, the response server 20 may convert the voice information received from the user terminal 10 into semantic information and transmit it to the data interaction server 30, and the data interaction server 30 may instruct the user terminal 10 to update the display contents according to the semantic information. For example, the user may speak a login password, a payment password, or the like during a call, and the response server 20 may convert the voice message into semantic information (i.e., a password) and send the semantic information to the data interaction server 30 after receiving the voice message. The data interaction server 30 judges the correctness of the password after receiving the password, and in case of judging the correctness of the password, updates the display contents of the user terminal 10 to the page after logging in.
In another interactive scenario, after the phone is connected, after the user clicks the button for sending the verification code in the presentation page, the user terminal 10 sends the click information to the data interaction server 30, the data interaction server 30 generates the verification code and sends the verification code to the response server 20, and the response server 20 may instruct the user terminal 10 to play the verification code to the user in a form of voice, so that the user can obtain the verification code.
In another interaction scenario, in case the phone is not switched on, the answering server 20 informs the data interaction server 30 to: the service number of the subscriber terminal 10 is not connected. The data interaction server 30, after receiving the notification, may determine whether to continue the content display in the user terminal 10 according to the type of the service number preset. For example, if the service number is a service number with higher security requirement (e.g., a banking service number), the data interaction server 30 may instruct the user terminal 10 to notify of updating the display content, and if the service number is a service number with lower security requirement, the data interaction server 30 may instruct the user terminal 10 to update the content according to the user operation.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when the user terminal dials a service call or receives the service call, the voice channel and the data channel can be simultaneously established, the service can be expanded in the two channels, the voice interaction enables the user to understand the service conveniently, and the data interaction facilitates the transmission of a large amount of rich media information, so that more service capabilities are provided for the user.
In the embodiment of the application, a telephone number (instead of a domain name or an APP option) is used for identifying a product or service, so that the user is more convenient. The user only needs to store the telephone number in the address list of the mobile phone, and can call the dialing through voice when in use.
In the scheme of the embodiment of the application, after the data channel is established, products and services which can be obtained by a user are not limited to a certain APP and a certain platform, can be epidemic situation announcements which are newly issued by streets, can be health code pages of the user, and can also be questions and answers of required notes about epidemic prevention and injection in the region where the user is located. The products and services can be web page link content hosted on an existing platform or information content instantly created according to a template.
In addition, in the scheme of the embodiment of the application, interaction can be performed between the voice call channel and the data channel, and the user is served through different channels according to the requirements of the service form, for example, complicated question description and after-sale question and answer are performed in the voice call; and displaying rich media information in the data channel, and the like. Meanwhile, the voice channel and the data channel are mutually matched and are mutually independent.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a data interaction method according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, first, in step S501, a service terminal sends a registration request to a data interaction server. The registration request includes, for example, a service number and a connection mode of a service terminal corresponding to the service number.
In step S502, the data interaction server records the connection mode of the service terminal corresponding to the service number. Specifically, the data interaction server may record the service number and the connection mode of the service terminal corresponding to the service number in an associated manner. The connection mode includes information such as a terminal identifier and a connection address of the service terminal.
In step S503, the user terminal 10 calls the service number or receives an incoming call of the service number. This step can refer to the above description of step S303, and is not described herein again.
In step S504, the user terminal 10 transmits a video call request to the data interaction server 30.
The request is for requesting a video call to be established with the service terminal. The video call is a video call conducted through a data channel, such as a 5G video call. The video call request includes a service number and/or a subscriber number corresponding to the subscriber terminal 10.
In step S505, the data interaction server obtains a connection mode of the service terminal corresponding to the service number, and establishes a data connection with the service terminal through the connection mode.
In the case that the video call request only includes the user number, the data interaction server may be connected to the response server, and obtain the service number currently corresponding to the user number from the response server, so that connection may be established with the service terminal according to the connection mode of the service terminal corresponding to the service number stored in advance.
In step S506, the data interaction server sends notification information to the service terminal, where the notification information includes the subscriber number of the subscriber terminal 10.
In the case that the video call request includes the user number, the data interaction server may directly obtain the user number from the video call request. In the case that the video call request only includes the service number, the data interaction server may be connected to the response server, and obtain a user number currently corresponding to the service number from the response server. After acquiring the subscriber number, the data interaction server 30 may generate notification information, where the notification information includes the subscriber number, and is used to instruct the service terminal to call back the subscriber number for the video call, and send the notification information to the service terminal.
In step S507, the service terminal sends a video call to the user terminal.
And after receiving the notification information, the service terminal dials a video call to the user number so as to send a video call to the user terminal. Thus, a dual channel interaction between the voice channel and the data channel can be enabled at the user terminal 10.
