if the mobile terminal is judged to start the reminding mode customizing function, further judging whether an incoming call ID or identity is in a special reminding mode customizing list, wherein the special reminding mode customizing list comprises the ID or identity of a specific user and corresponding reminding parameters, and the reminding parameters comprise a reminding mode, volume and incoming call times; the number of incoming calls is the number of incoming calls of which the incoming call of a specific user is not answered in the special reminding mode customized list;
if yes, searching a reminding parameter corresponding to the incoming call ID or identity in the special reminding mode customized list, and reminding the incoming call according to the reminding parameter; if not, acquiring default reminding parameters of the system, and carrying out incoming call reminding according to the default reminding parameters;
if the mobile terminal is judged not to start the reminding mode customizing function, acquiring the default reminding parameter, and carrying out incoming call reminding according to the default reminding parameter;
providing a setting interface for a user to select whether to add the incoming call ID or identity into the special reminding mode customized list; if yes, further displaying a reminding parameter setting interface for a user to select, and correspondingly recording the incoming call ID or identity selected by the user and a reminding parameter corresponding to the incoming call ID or identity in the special reminding mode customized list;
providing a setting interface when the call is finished, and if the current incoming call ID or identity is in the special reminding mode customized list, prompting a user whether to quit the incoming call ID or identity from the special reminding mode customized list; if the current incoming call ID or identity is not in the special reminding mode customized list, prompting a user whether to add the incoming call ID or identity into the special reminding mode customized list;
and if the user modifies the information of the contact persons in the address list, prompting the user whether to synchronously add the modified information of the contact persons to the special reminding mode customized list when modifying the information of the contact persons in the address list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the incoming call, the method further comprises:
providing a setting menu for a user to select whether to start a reminding mode customizing function of a special contact person and record user selection;
and displaying the address book for the user to select, and recording the user name selected by the user and the corresponding user ID or identity in the special reminding mode customized list.
3. A mobile terminal, characterized in that the mobile terminal comprises: a call module, a judgment module, an intelligent matching control module and a reminding module, an interface setting module and a reminding parameter setting module, wherein,
the call module is used for receiving an incoming call;
the judging module is used for judging whether the mobile terminal starts a reminding mode customizing function or not;
if the mobile terminal is judged to start the reminding mode customizing function, further judging whether an incoming call ID or identity is in a special reminding mode customizing list, wherein the special reminding mode customizing list comprises the ID or identity of a specific user and corresponding reminding parameters, and the reminding parameters comprise a reminding mode, volume and incoming call times; the number of incoming calls is the number of incoming calls of which the incoming call of a specific user is not answered in the special reminding mode customized list;
the intelligent matching control module is used for searching a reminding parameter corresponding to the incoming call ID or the identity in the special reminding mode customized list when the judgment result is yes, and the reminding module carries out incoming call reminding according to the reminding parameter; the intelligent matching control module is also used for acquiring default reminding parameters of the system when the judgment result is negative, and the reminding module carries out incoming call reminding according to the default reminding parameters;
when the judging module judges that the mobile terminal does not start the reminding mode customizing function, the intelligent matching control module obtains the default reminding parameter, and the reminding module carries out incoming call reminding according to the default reminding parameter;
the interface setting module is used for providing a setting interface for a user to select whether to add the incoming call ID or the identity into the special reminding mode customized list;
the reminding parameter setting module is used for displaying a reminding parameter setting interface for a user to select, and correspondingly recording the incoming call ID or identity selected by the user and the reminding parameter corresponding to the incoming call ID or identity in the special reminding mode customized list;
the interface setting module provides a setting interface when the call is finished, and prompts a user whether to quit the incoming call ID or the identity from the special reminding mode customized list if the current incoming call ID or the identity is in the special reminding mode customized list; if the current incoming call ID or identity is not in the special reminding mode customized list, prompting a user whether to add the incoming call ID or identity into the special reminding mode customized list;
and if the user modifies the information of the contact persons in the address list, prompting the user whether to synchronously add the modified information of the contact persons to the special reminding mode customized list when modifying the information of the contact persons in the address list.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
the menu setting module is used for providing a setting menu for the user to select whether to start the reminding mode customizing function of the special contact person and record the user selection;
and the address book selection module is used for displaying the address book for the user to select, and recording the user name selected by the user and the corresponding user ID or identity in the special reminding mode customized list.
