A call state display method in the embodiment of the present invention is described based on the mobile terminal.
In the prior art, a plurality of people can not place the telephone at the ear before the call is connected, so that when the opposite side hangs up the telephone, the user does not hear a specific voice prompt and the mobile terminal does not give other prompts, the user does not know that the opposite side hangs up the telephone and redials the telephone, and the embarrassment phenomenon that the opposite side refuses the telephone repeatedly is caused, and therefore the current mobile terminal has the problem of insufficient prompt information.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for displaying a call state, where when the call state is a ringing state, a second type of call state of an opposite-end user is determined according to a voice signal within a second preset duration, and the second type of call state is displayed on a display interface, so that the user can see the displayed call state when the mobile phone is not placed at the ear, for example, it is determined whether the opposite-end user rejects the call or does not answer, and the rejected call state or the unattended answer state is displayed on the display interface, so that the user can see the displayed call state when the mobile phone is not placed at the ear, thereby avoiding an embarrassment phenomenon that the opposite-end user rejects the call repeatedly due to repeated dialing of the home-end user after the opposite-end user rejects the call, and improving user experience.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a call state display method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step 201, after a call request is sent to an opposite terminal, monitoring a voice signal returned by the opposite terminal in real time;
step 202, if the voice signal is monitored not to be empty, acquiring the voice signal in a first preset time length, and determining a first type of call state of an opposite terminal according to the voice signal in the first preset time length;
in the embodiment of the invention, the home terminal sends the call request to the base station, and the base station searches the opposite terminal by using the call request, wherein the opposite terminal does not have any voice signal to return in the process of searching the opposite terminal by the base station, at the moment, the monitored voice signal is empty, after the base station searches the opposite terminal, the opposite terminal feeds back voice information to the home terminal through the base station based on the current state of the opposite terminal, and at the moment, the monitored voice signal is not empty. Therefore, the voice signal returned by the opposite end monitored in real time may or may not be empty, the fact that the voice signal returned by the opposite end is not empty indicates that there is a sound in the voice signal, and the amplitude of the sound is greater than a preset threshold, for example, the voice signal returned by the opposite end is "the phone called by you is turned off", or "the phone called by you is in a call", or "beep", or lyrics of a polyphonic ringtone, etc. The voice signal returned by the opposite terminal is not empty, which means that no sound exists in the voice signal or only a fine sound exists, and the amplitude of the sound is smaller than a preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if it is monitored that the voice signal is not empty, a first type of call state where the opposite end is located may be determined according to the voice signal within a first preset duration, where the first type of call state may be an off state, an in-call state, or a ringing state. For example, the voice signal in the power-off state is "the phone called by you is powered off", the voice signal in the on-call state is "the phone called by you is on the call", the voice signal in the ringing state is "beep", or lyrics of polyphonic ringtone, etc.
It should be noted that when it is monitored that the voice signal fed back by the opposite terminal is empty, the time length when the monitored voice signal is empty is counted, and when the time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length, it is indicated that the network and/or the device of the home terminal is faulty, the call state is determined to be the home terminal communication fault state, and the home terminal communication fault state is displayed on the display interface.
The first preset time duration is preset, and the first preset time duration can be set according to actual conditions, for example, in some places with poor networks, the value of the first preset time duration is set to be 8 seconds, and in some places with good networks, the value of the first preset time duration is set to be 4 seconds.
Step 203, if the first type of call state is a ringing state, acquiring a voice signal within a second preset duration;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the ringing state indicates that the waiting opposite end is off-hook.
The second preset time length is preset and can be set according to actual conditions, and the starting time point of the voice signal in the second preset time length is collected as the starting time point of the ringing state. For example, the first preset time duration is set to 4 seconds, the second preset time duration is set to 6 seconds, if the time point when the voice signal is not detected to be empty is 2 seconds, the voice signal in the first preset time duration (2 seconds to 5 seconds) is collected, the first type of call state where the opposite terminal is located is determined according to the voice signal in the first preset time duration, and if the first type of call state is a ringing state, the voice signal in the second preset time duration (6 seconds to 11 seconds) is collected.
And 204, determining a second type of call state of the opposite terminal according to the voice signal in the second preset duration, and displaying the second type of call state on a display interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second type of call state is a call rejection state or an unmanned state, the call rejection state indicates that the opposite terminal can reject the call request at any moment before the end of ringing, the unmanned state indicates that the opposite terminal does not reject the call request before the end of ringing, and the terminal automatically ends the call request.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a call request is sent to an opposite terminal, a voice signal returned by the opposite terminal is monitored in real time, if the voice signal is monitored not to be null, the voice signal in a first preset duration is collected, a first type of call state of the opposite terminal is determined according to the voice signal in the first preset duration, if the first type of call state is a ringing state, the voice signal in a second preset duration is collected, a second type of call state of the opposite terminal is determined according to the voice signal in the second preset duration, and the second type of call state is displayed on a display interface. Compared with the prior art, when the call state is a ringing state, the second type of call state of the opposite-end user is determined according to the voice signal within the second preset time length, and the second type of call state is displayed on the display interface, so that the user can see the displayed call state when the mobile phone is not placed at the ear, for example, whether the opposite-end user rejects the call or does not answer is determined, the call rejection state or the no-answer state is displayed on the display interface, so that the user can see the displayed call state when the mobile phone is not placed at the ear, the embarrassment phenomenon that the opposite-end user repeatedly dials to reject the call after the opposite-end user rejects the call is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a call state displaying method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step 301, after sending a call request to an opposite terminal, monitoring a voice signal returned by the opposite terminal in real time;
step 302, if the voice signal is monitored not to be empty, acquiring the voice signal in a first preset time length, and determining a first type of call state of an opposite terminal according to the voice signal in the first preset time length;
step 303, if the first type of call state is a ringing state, acquiring a voice signal within a second preset duration;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the above steps 301, 302, and 303 are the same as the contents described in the steps 201, 202, and 203 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and are not repeated herein.
Step 304, determining the end time of the second preset duration, and acquiring the initial time when the recorded voice signal is not empty;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the voice signal is monitored to be not empty, the time point when the voice signal is monitored to be not empty is recorded at first, the time point is taken as the initial time, after the voice signal in the second preset time length is collected, the ending time of the second preset time length is determined, and the initial time when the voice signal which is recorded before is not empty is obtained. For example, the first preset time duration is 4 seconds, the second preset time duration is set to 6 seconds, if the time point that the voice signal is not null is monitored to be the 2 nd second, the time point that the current voice signal is not null is recorded to be the 2 nd second, the voice signal in the first preset time duration (from the 2 nd second to the 5 th second) is collected, if the first type of call state where the opposite terminal is located is determined to be the ringing state according to the voice signal in the first preset time duration, the voice signal in the second preset time duration (from the 6 th second to the 11 th second) is collected, and the ending time of the second preset time duration is determined to be the 11 th second.
Step 305, determining a second type of call state of the opposite terminal according to the voice signal, the initial time and the end time in a second preset duration;
and step 306, displaying the second type of call state on the display interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first type of call state of the opposite terminal is determined according to the voice signal in the first preset time, and when the first type of call state is a ringing state, whether the opposite terminal rejects the call or is not answered by people is determined according to the voice signal in the second preset time, the initial time and the end time, so that the embarrassment that the opposite terminal rejects the call repeatedly due to repeated dialing of the local terminal user after the opposite terminal user rejects the call is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a detailed step of step 202 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which includes:
step 401, if it is monitored that the voice signal is not empty, acquiring the voice signal within a first preset time length, and extracting a first text keyword from the voice signal within the first preset time length;
in the embodiment of the present invention, a voice signal in a first preset duration is analyzed into a text, and the text is subjected to keyword division to obtain a first text keyword, for example, if the voice signal in the first preset duration is "the phone that you make is turned off", the voice signal in the first preset duration is analyzed into a text "the phone that you make is turned off", and the text is subjected to keyword division to obtain first text keywords "make", "call", and "turn off"; if the voice signal in the first preset time length is 'the call is being made by you', the voice signal in the first preset time length is analyzed into a text 'the call is being made by you', the text is divided into keywords, and the keywords of the first text are 'call', 'call' and 'call'; if the voice signal in the first preset time period is 'beep … …', the voice signal in the first preset time period is parsed into a text 'beep … …', and the text is keyword-divided to obtain that the first text keyword is 'beep'.
Step 402, searching a preset first keyword library, and determining whether at least one keyword matched with the first text keyword exists in the first keyword library;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the first keyword library is preset and stored in the mobile terminal, wherein different operators can set the keywords in the first keyword library according to actual situations, for example, the keywords in the first keyword library may be "dial", "call", "in call", and "power off".
Step 403, if the matched keywords exist, determining that the first-class call state is a power-off state or a call-in state;
in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in steps 401 and 402, if the voice signal in the first preset duration is "the phone call you have dialed is turned off", the voice signal in the first preset duration is analyzed into a text "the phone call you have dialed is turned off", the text is keyword-divided to obtain keywords of the first text, "dialing", "calling" and "turning off", the keywords of the first text "dialing", "calling" and "turning off" are all matched with the keywords "dialing", "calling" and "turning off" in the first keyword library, and it is determined that the first type of call state is a turning-off state or a call in-progress state; if the voice signal in the first preset duration is 'you dial', the voice signal in the first preset duration is analyzed into a text 'you dial', keywords are divided into the text, a first text keyword is 'dial', the 'dial' in the first text keyword is matched with the keyword 'dial' in the first keyword library, and the first type of communication state is determined to be a power-off state or a communication state.
It should be noted that if at least one keyword matching the first text keyword exists in the extracted keywords, it may be determined that the first type of call state is a power-off state or an in-call state.
Further, after determining that the first-type call state is the power-off state or the in-call state, the state may be displayed on the display interface, so that the user may see the displayed state when the mobile phone is not placed at the ear, for example, when the first-type call state is the power-off state, the power-off state is displayed on the display interface to prompt the user that the call cannot be connected.
Step 404, if there is no matched keyword, determining that the first type of call state is a ringing state.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the voice signal in the first preset duration is beep … … or a certain lyric in a song is a balloon, the voice signal in the first preset duration is analyzed into a text beep … … or the balloon, the text is subjected to keyword division to obtain a first text keyword which is beep or the balloon, and the first text keyword is not matched with the keywords in the first keyword library, so that the first type of call state is determined to be a ringing state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first text keyword and the preset first keyword library can be used for determining that the first type of call state is the power-off state, the call-in-process state or the ringing state, and if the first type of call state is the power-off state or the call-in-process state, the power-off state or the call-in-process state is displayed on the display interface, so that the situation that a user waits for a long time to know that the call connection fails is avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a detailed step of step 305 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, which includes:
step 501, extracting a second text keyword from a voice signal in a second preset duration;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of extracting the second text keyword from the speech signal in the second preset duration is the same as the step of extracting the first text keyword from the speech signal in the first preset duration, and is not repeated here, for example, if the speech signal in the second preset duration is "the telephone call you make is busy", the speech signal in the second preset duration is analyzed into a text "the telephone call you make is busy", the text is subjected to keyword division, and the second text keywords are "dial", "telephone" and "busy"; if the voice signal in the second preset time length is 'no one answer for the phone you make', the voice signal in the second preset time length is analyzed into a text 'no one answer for the phone you make', the text is divided into keywords, and the keywords of the second text are 'dial', 'phone call' and 'no one answer'.
Step 502, searching a preset second keyword library, and determining whether at least one keyword matched with a second text keyword exists in the second keyword library;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the second keyword library is preset and stored in the mobile terminal, wherein different operators can set the keywords in the second keyword library according to actual situations, for example, the keywords in the second keyword library may be "dial", "call", "busy", and "no-one answer".
Step 503, if the matched keywords exist, determining a second type of conversation state of the opposite terminal by using the initial time and the end time;
and step 504, if the matched keywords do not exist, returning to the step of collecting the voice signals in the second preset duration.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in steps 501 and 502, if the voice signal in the second preset duration is "you call busy", the voice signal in the second preset duration is analyzed into a text "you call busy", the text is keyword-divided to obtain "dial", "call" and "busy" in the second text keywords of "dial", "call" and "busy", the "dial", "call" and "busy" in the second text keywords are matched with the keywords "dial", "call" and "busy" in the second keyword library, the second type of call state of the opposite end is determined by using the initial time and the end time, if there is no matched keyword, the step of collecting the voice signal in the second preset duration is returned, and if there is no matched keyword in step 203, the voice signal in the second preset duration (from 6 th second to 11 th second) is collected, and if no matched keyword exists, continuously acquiring the voice signal within a second preset time length (12 th second to 17 th second).
If the second text keyword and the keyword in the second keyword library are obtained, the call is ended, but the active hang-up indicates that the opposite terminal can reject the call request at any moment before the end of the ringing, and the unattended answering indicates that the opposite terminal does not reject the call request before the end of the ringing, and the terminal automatically ends the call request only according to the fact that the second text keyword cannot sometimes determine that the opposite terminal is actively hung up or the opposite terminal does not hear the ringing, so that the initial time and the ending time can be used for determining that the opposite terminal is actively hung up or the unattended answering due to the fact that the active hang-up and the unattended answering are different in ringing duration.
The specific implementation manner of determining the second type of call state of the opposite end by using the initial time and the end time is as follows:
if the difference value between the ending time and the initial time is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the second type of call state is a call rejection state;
and if the difference value between the ending time and the initial time is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the second type of call state is an unmanned answer state.
In the embodiment of the invention, a preset threshold value is preset, an unmanned answering state (namely, the telephone is automatically hung up) indicates that the ringing time length is equal to the preset threshold value, when the ringing time length is equal to the preset threshold value or the unmanned answering state is not available, the call is ended, and the 'unmanned answering of the telephone called by you' is played at the local terminal; when the ringing time length does not reach the preset threshold value, the call request is cancelled (namely the call request is actively hung up), the terminal plays 'the call that you make is busy', namely if the difference value between the ending time and the initial time is less than the preset threshold value, the call request is actively hung up by the opposite terminal, the second type of call state is determined to be the call rejection state, if the difference value between the ending time and the initial time is more than or equal to the preset threshold value, the call request is not actively hung up by the opposite terminal, and the second type of call state is determined to be the unmanned answer state.
The end time indicates a time point of ending ringing, and after the time point of the end time, the home terminal plays "no one answer the call you made" or "the call you made is busy".
After the unmanned answering state or the active hangup state is determined, the state can be displayed in the corresponding call record, and the local terminal can conveniently check the latest call state with the opposite terminal through the call record.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ending time and the initial time are utilized to determine whether the opposite-end user refuses the call or does not answer the call, and the state is displayed in the corresponding call record, so that the local end can conveniently check the latest call state with the opposite end through the call record, the embarrassment that the opposite-end user refuses the call repeatedly because the local-end user dials repeatedly after the opposite-end user refuses the call is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a call state display device according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes:
the monitoring module 601 is configured to monitor a voice signal returned by the opposite terminal in real time after sending a call request to the opposite terminal;
a first determining module 602, configured to collect a voice signal within a first preset duration if it is monitored that the voice signal is not empty, and determine a first type of call state where an opposite end is located according to the voice signal within the first preset duration;
in the embodiment of the invention, the home terminal sends the call request to the base station, and the base station searches the opposite terminal by using the call request, wherein the opposite terminal does not have any voice signal to return in the process of searching the opposite terminal by the base station, at the moment, the monitored voice signal is empty, after the base station searches the opposite terminal, the opposite terminal feeds back voice information to the home terminal through the base station based on the current state of the opposite terminal, and at the moment, the monitored voice signal is not empty.
The collecting module 603 is configured to collect a voice signal within a second preset duration if the first type of call state is a ringing state;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the ringing state indicates that the waiting opposite end is off-hook.
The second determining module 604 is configured to determine a second type of call state of the opposite end according to the voice signal within the second preset duration, and display the second type of call state on the display interface.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the monitoring module 601 sends a call request to the opposite end, the monitoring module monitors a voice signal returned by the opposite end in real time, if it is monitored that the voice signal is not empty, the first determining module 602 collects the voice signal within the first preset duration, and determines a first type of call state where the opposite end is located according to the voice signal within the first preset duration, if the first type of call state is a ringing state, the collecting module 603 collects the voice signal within the second preset duration, the second determining module 604 determines a second type of call state of the opposite end according to the voice signal within the second preset duration, and displays the second type of call state on the display interface.
