Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without inventive step, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to terminal equipment (terminal for short), and the terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer and the like.
An implementation flowchart of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, and may include:
step S11: and identifying the information to be identified in the first application to obtain a communication identifier uniquely corresponding to the information to be identified, wherein the communication identifier is used for distinguishing second applications of different terminals. Wherein the first application is of a different application type than the second application.
In the embodiment of the application, the information to be recognized in the first application refers to information to be recognized, which is generated by processing the communication identifier by the first application, and after the information to be recognized is generated, the information to be recognized can be printed out to exist in a paper form, besides the information to be recognized is stored in an electronic form. Based on this, the identification of the information to be identified in the first application may be identification of the information to be identified in an electronic form, or identification of the information to be identified in a paper form.
Optionally, the information to be identified, which is stored in an electronic form, may be read by the first application, and when the identification instruction for the read information to be identified is obtained, the read information to be identified is identified. Or, when the first application receives the scanning instruction, the image acquisition device is called to acquire an image of the information to be identified in the paper form, and the information to be identified in the acquired image is identified.
The communication identifiers are used for distinguishing different terminals, that is, different terminals correspond to different communication identifiers, and then the second application is distinguished by different terminals.
The first application and the second application may be of different application types, for example, the first application belongs to a payment platform (e.g., pay pal), and the second application belongs to a social platform (e.g., WeChat); or the first application belongs to a social service platform, and the second application belongs to a life service platform (such as a take-out platform, an express platform, and the like); alternatively, the first application belongs to a life service type platform, and the second application belongs to a short message/voice platform (such as a short message platform or a telephone platform) of a telecom operator, or the first application belongs to a life service type platform, and the second application belongs to a social contact type platform, and so on.
Step S12: and establishing and displaying an interactive interface corresponding to the communication identifier in the first application.
And after the communication identification is obtained, establishing an interactive interface in the first application and displaying the interactive interface, and generating different interactive interfaces corresponding to different communication identifications. The generated interactive interface can have interface identification information thereon to distinguish different interactive interfaces. Optionally, the interface identification information may be different numbers assigned to the interactive interfaces according to the sequence of the interactive interfaces, or may be information generated according to the communication identification information.
Step S13: and performing information interaction with the corresponding opposite-end second application through the interaction interface based on the communication identifier.
The corresponding opposite-end second application refers to a second application in the terminal corresponding to the communication identifier.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application identifies information to be identified in a first application, obtains a communication identifier, uniquely corresponding to the information to be identified, of a second application used for distinguishing different terminals, establishes and displays an interactive interface corresponding to the communication identifier in the first application, and performs information interaction with a corresponding opposite-end second application through the interactive interface based on the communication identifier.
In addition, some existing applications, such as WeChat, require that two communication parties are friends to perform information interaction. However, in some scenarios, time is important, a connection needs to be established with an opposite end quickly, and when the friend is not a friend, the friend needs to add the friend first to perform communication, while the friend needs to perform a series of operations, and a party who is requested to add the friend may not see the friend-adding request immediately, which results in poor instantaneity of communication. According to the scheme, two communication parties do not need to be added as friends, the communication identification is directly obtained by identifying the information to be identified, and the communication connection corresponding to the opposite terminal is established based on the communication identification, so that the communication instantaneity is improved.
In addition, the communication identifier is not directly displayed but exists in the form of information to be identified, so that the information safety of the user corresponding to the communication identifier is improved.
Further, after the information interaction with the corresponding opposite-end second application is finished, the interaction interface can be closed. Optionally, it may be determined that information interaction with the corresponding peer second application is ended when the end instruction is received, or it may be determined that information interaction with the corresponding peer second application is ended when the target event is monitored.
Further, after receiving the information sent by the first application, the second application on the opposite end may also send response information to the first application, where the response information may be sent to the second application local to the first application (i.e., the second application located in the same terminal as the first application) by the second application on the opposite end after the user of the second application on the opposite end inputs the second application, and the second application local to the first application sends the response information to the first application.
In an optional embodiment, the information to be identified at least includes one of a barcode and a two-dimensional code generated immediately.
In the embodiment of the application, the first application can generate the information to be identified when acquiring the communication identifier, so that the information to be identified can be acquired and identified in real time when the communication needs to be performed through the first application and a terminal corresponding to the communication identifier, and the speed of acquiring the communication identifier information is improved. Optionally, the information to be identified may be one of a barcode or a two-dimensional code, and the barcode and the two-dimensional code are easier to identify relative to the text information, so that the two-dimensional code generated by the communication identifier is more convenient for a user to determine an identification object, the speed of obtaining the communication identifier is further increased, and the speed of establishing communication connection with the second application in the terminal corresponding to the communication identifier is further increased.
In an alternative embodiment, the first application and the second application are of different application types, such that the interaction manner implemented by the first application and the second application is at least partially different.
When the application types of the first application and the second application are different, the interaction mode which can be realized by the first application and the interaction mode which can be realized by the second application are different. For example, the first application may interact by text or voice, and the second application may interact by text. Because the interaction modes of the first application and the second application are different, compared with the mode of communicating through the application of the same application type, the interaction mode of at least one of two communication parties and the user is increased, and the flexibility of communication is further improved.
In an optional embodiment, in addition to obtaining the communication identifier, the information to be recognized may also obtain user identifier information of the user to which the communication identifier belongs and other related information, such as a name and a communication address of the user.
Optionally, after the interactive interface corresponding to the communication identifier is established and displayed in the first application, the interface identifier information on the interactive interface may be at least one of the following:
a portion of the user identification corresponding to the communication identification. For example, the user identifier may be a user name, and the interface identifier information may hide information after the user's last name, such as star. Alternatively, the interface identification information may be information after hiding the user name, for example, liu star.
A portion of the communication identity. For example, if the communication identifier is a mobile phone number, the interface identifier information may be a part of the mobile phone number, for example, 197 × 1398.
By displaying part of information of the communication identifier and/or part of information of the user identifier, on one hand, the privacy of the user to which the communication identifier belongs is protected, and on the other hand, the user of the first application can conveniently confirm whether the contact object is accurate.
In an optional embodiment, identifying the information to be identified in the first application may include: and identifying the information to be identified through the sub-application in the first application. The sub-application in the first application refers to an applet taking the first application as a carrier, and the applet can open the application in the first application without downloading and installing.
Correspondingly, the above information interaction with the corresponding opposite-end second application through the interactive interface based on the communication identifier may include one of the following six ways:
the first method is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, an implementation flowchart for performing information interaction with a corresponding peer second application through an interaction interface based on a communication identifier according to an embodiment of the present application may include:
step S21: and receiving the input text information through the interactive interface. The user may enter textual information via a virtual keyboard provided with the interactive interface.
Step S22: and calling the local second application through the sub-application in the first application so as to send text information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
For convenience of description, the terminal where the first application is located is recorded as a first terminal, and the terminal corresponding to the communication identifier is a second terminal, so that after the input text information is received through the interactive interface, the second application of the first terminal can be called through the sub-application in the first application, and the second application of the first terminal can send the text information to the second application of the second terminal based on the communication identifier. In the embodiment of the application, the second application provides a calling interface for the sub-application of the first application.
The second method comprises the following steps:
and receiving the input picture information through the interactive interface. The user can input the picture information through a picture input interface provided by the interactive interface.
And calling the local second application through the sub-application in the first application so as to send the picture information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
The third method comprises the following steps:
and receiving input text information and picture information through the interactive interface.
And calling the local second application through the sub-application in the first application so as to send the text information and the picture information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
The method is as follows:
and receiving input voice information through the interactive interface.
And calling the local second application through the sub-application in the first application so as to send the received voice information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
That is, the first application and the second application can both implement three interaction modes: text, voice and pictures, and a user of the first application can select at least one of the three interaction modes to interact with the opposite-end second application.
The fifth mode is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, another implementation flowchart for performing information interaction with a corresponding peer second application through an interaction interface based on a communication identifier according to the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S31: and receiving the input text information through the interactive interface.
Step S32: converting the input text information into voice information through a sub-application of a first application;
step S33: and calling the local second application through the sub-application of the first application so as to send the converted voice information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the input text information is received through the interactive interface, the input text information can be converted into the voice information through the sub-application of the first application, and the local second application is called so as to send the converted voice information to the opposite-end second application based on the communication identifier.
Optionally, after the user of the first application inputs text information through the interactive interface and triggers the sending command, a sending mode option may be displayed for the user to select, where the sending mode option may include: and if the voice option is selected, converting the text information into voice information, and then calling a local second application to send the converted voice information. And if the text option is selected, directly calling the local second application to send the received text information.
In the embodiment of the application, considering that in some cases, a local user (i.e., a first terminal user) is inconvenient to input voice but more convenient to input text, and an opposite terminal user (i.e., a second terminal user) may be inconvenient to view text information and more convenient to listen to voice information, the text information can be converted into voice information and then sent to the opposite terminal.
The method six:
optionally, in the case that the input voice information is received through the interactive interface, the input voice information may be converted into text information through the sub-application of the first application, and the local second application is invoked to send the converted text information to the peer second application based on the communication identifier.
Optionally, after the user of the first application inputs the voice information through the interactive interface and triggers the sending command, a sending mode option may be displayed for the user to select, where the sending mode option may include: and if the text option is selected, converting the voice information into text information, and then calling a local second application to send the converted text information. And if the voice option is selected, directly calling the local second application to send the received voice information.
In the embodiment of the application, in consideration of the fact that under some conditions, a local user is inconvenient to input text information and input voice information more conveniently, and an opposite-end user is inconvenient to listen to the voice information and check the text information more conveniently, the voice information can be converted into the text information and then sent to the opposite end.
In this embodiment, the interaction modes of the first application and the second application are the same, and then the second application on the opposite end may receive information sent by the sub-application of one application through the sub-application of the second application on the opposite end. After receiving the information sent by the sub-application of the first application, the sub-application of the opposite-end second application can establish and display an interactive interface in the opposite-end second application, and display the received information in the interactive interface. In particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
if the received information is voice information, the voice information can be stored, the voice identification information corresponding to the voice information is displayed on the interactive interface, and the sub-application of the opposite-end second application plays the voice information after receiving a playing instruction aiming at the voice identification information. Or after receiving the conversion instruction for the voice identification information, the sub-application of the opposite-end second application converts the voice information into text information, and displays the text information obtained through conversion in an interactive interface in the second application.
And if the received information is text information, directly displaying the text information in the interactive interface. And if the sub-application of the opposite-end second application receives a conversion instruction aiming at the displayed text information, converting the text information into voice information and playing the voice information.
Further, after receiving the information sent by the sub-application of the first application, the sub-application of the second application on the opposite terminal may also send response information to the sub-application of the first application. The response information is input by a user of the sub-application of the opposite-end second application through an interactive interface in the opposite-end second application. When the user of the sub-application of the opposite-end second application inputs the response information, text information, voice information or picture information can be input through an interactive interface in the opposite-end second application according to the input habit of the user, and when the response information is sent, a specific sending mode can be selected. Specifically, the method for sending information by sub-applications of the first application may be referred to, and details are not repeated here.
Optionally, if the response information received by the sub-application of the first application is text information and/or picture information, the text information and/or the picture information may be output by the local first-type first application, in addition to displaying the response information in the interactive interface. The communication link between the local first application of the first type and the peer first application of the first type (for example, may be a short message transmission link in a mobile communication network) is different from the communication link between the sub-application of the first application and the peer second application (for example, may be the internet). Therefore, if the communication link between the sub-application of the first application and the opposite-end second application is abnormal and information interaction cannot be carried out, the sub-application of the first application can call the interface provided by the first-type first application and transmit response information to the local first-type first application, so that a user can interact with the opposite-end first-type first application through the local first-type first application based on the communication identifier, and the opposite-end first-type first application can directly output the received interaction information after receiving the interaction information, or the received interaction information is transmitted to the opposite-end second application for display through the interface between the first-type first application and the opposite-end second application.
In the above embodiment, the first application and the second application implement the same interaction mode. In practical applications, the first application and the second application may interact only partially in the same way. For example, the first application supports three interaction modes of text, voice and picture, and the second application (such as short message) supports only text or picture, or the second application (such as telephone) supports only voice, and the like.
In this embodiment, the information to be identified may be identified by the first application or a sub-application of the first application, so as to obtain the communication identifier.
In an optional embodiment, the performing, based on the communication identifier, information interaction with the corresponding peer second application through the interaction interface may include one of the following six ways:
the first method is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, a further implementation flowchart for performing information interaction with a corresponding peer second application through an interaction interface based on a communication identifier according to the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S41: and receiving the input text information through the interactive interface. The user may enter textual information via a virtual keyboard provided with the interactive interface.
Step S42: and calling the local first-class second application through the first application or the sub-application of the first application so as to send text information to the opposite-end first-class second application based on the communication identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, the first-class second application provides a call interface for the first application, or the first-class second application provides a call interface for a sub-application of the first application.
The second method comprises the following steps:
and receiving the input picture information through the interactive interface. The user can input the picture information through a picture input interface provided by the interactive interface.
And calling the local first-class second application through the first application or the sub-application of the first application so as to send the picture information to the opposite-end first-class second application based on the communication identifier.
And if the first type of second application is short message application, the picture information is sent to the opposite end first type of second application in a multimedia message mode.
The second method comprises the following steps:
and receiving input text information and picture information through the interactive interface.
And calling the local first-class second application through the first application or the sub-application of the first application so as to send text information and picture information to the opposite-end first-class second application based on the communication identifier.
The third method comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 5, a further implementation flowchart for performing information interaction with a corresponding peer second application through an interaction interface based on a communication identifier according to the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S51: and receiving the input text information through the interactive interface.
Step S52: converting the text information into voice information through the first application or a sub-application of the first application;
step S53: and calling the local second-class second application through the first application or the sub-application of the first application so as to send the converted voice information to the opposite second-class second application based on the communication identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, the second application of the second type provides a calling interface for the first application. The first type of second application can realize the interactive mode of texts and pictures but not the interactive mode of voice, and the second type of second application can realize the interactive mode of voice but not the interactive mode of texts and pictures.
Considering that the opposite-end user may not conveniently view the text, the text information can be converted into voice information and sent to the second application of the second type of the opposite end. Specifically, after a user of the first application inputs text information through the interactive interface and triggers a sending command, sending mode options may be displayed for the user to select, where the sending mode options may include: and if the voice option is selected, converting the text information into voice information, and then calling a local second-type second application to send the converted voice information. And if the text option is selected, calling the local first-type second application to send the received text information.
Optionally, if the second type of second application is a phone, invoking the local second type of second application to send the converted voice information to the opposite-end second type of second application based on the communication identifier may include:
and calling the local second type second application through the first application or the sub-application of the first application, sending a telephone call to the opposite-end second type second application based on the communication identifier, and sending voice information to the opposite-end second type second application in a voice message mode when the opposite-end second type second application answers the telephone call.
The method is as follows:
and receiving input text information and picture information through the interactive interface.
