Based on the call answering method executed by the calling terminal provided in the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention further provides an embodiment of a device for realizing the steps and the method in the embodiment of the method.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a call answering apparatus corresponding to a call answering method performed by a calling terminal in one-to-one embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the call answering apparatus includes a call request initiation module 10', an editor activation request reception module 20', a content editor generation module 30', and a call parameter transmission module 40'. The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for answering a call performed by a called end in the embodiments is implemented, or when the computer program is executed by the processor, the method for answering a call performed by the calling end in the embodiments is implemented, which is not repeated herein to avoid repetition. Alternatively, the computer program is executed by the processor to implement the functions of each module/unit in the call answering device executed by the calling terminal in the embodiment, or the computer program is executed by the processor to implement the functions of each module/unit in the call answering device executed by the calling terminal in the embodiment, which is not repeated herein to avoid repetition.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a computer device provided by an embodiment of the invention. The Processor 81 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 82 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 80, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 80. The memory 82 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 80, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the computer device 80, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 82 may also include both internal storage units of the computer device 80 and external storage devices. The memory 82 is used to store computer programs and other programs and data required by the computer device. The memory 82 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules, so as to perform all or part of the functions described above.

Claims (10)

1. A call answering method, comprising the steps of a called terminal:
starting an incoming call differential mode according to an editor starting instruction input by a user, wherein the incoming call differential mode requests a calling terminal to start a content editor when the calling terminal calls, and the content editor is used for acquiring theme information input by a calling terminal user;
receiving a call request of the calling terminal, interrupting the call of the call request, and initiating an editor enabling request to the calling terminal;
receiving a calling parameter sent by a calling terminal, and recovering the calling of the calling request, wherein the calling parameter comprises subject information and a calling terminal user ID (identity) input by a calling terminal user;
performing keyword matching on the subject information and a preset emergency condition comparison table, and determining a ringing state and a ratio of the ringing state according to a keyword matching result, wherein the emergency condition comparison table stores keywords for comparison, each keyword has a corresponding emergency level, and the ringing state comprises ringing, vibration and flashing;
querying a preset contact type table by using the ID of the calling end user, determining the contact type of the calling end user, and acquiring a corresponding priority factor according to the contact type of the calling end user, wherein the contact type table stores a mapping relation between the user ID and the contact type, the contact type and the priority factor are preset with a mapping relation, and the priority factor is a weight factor representing the priority level of the contact type;
multiplying the ratio of the ringing states by the priority factor to obtain a target ratio of the ringing states;
and prompting a user to answer the phone according to the ringing state and the target ratio of the ringing state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said initiating an incoming call differentiation mode according to an editor launch instruction entered by a user, the method further comprises:
establishing a monitoring service, wherein the monitoring service is used for monitoring whether a call request exists;
establishing an editor enabling request, wherein the editor enabling request is triggered when the monitoring service monitors that a call request exists and is sent to the calling terminal, so that the calling terminal starts the content editor on a calling terminal interface according to the content editor enabling request;
establishing the incoming call differentiation mode based on the listening service and the editor enablement request, the incoming call differentiation mode being turned on by the editor launch instruction control.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the matching the subject information with the preset emergency situation comparison table for keywords, and determining the alarm status and the ratio of the alarm status according to the result of the keyword matching comprises:
segmenting the subject information by adopting a word segmentation tool to obtain words to be compared;
matching the words to be compared with the preset emergency situation comparison table to obtain matched keywords, wherein the matched keywords refer to keywords which are successfully matched;
taking the matched keyword with the highest emergency level as a first target keyword;
and determining the ringing state and the ratio of the ringing state according to the emergency level corresponding to the first target keyword.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the matching of the theme information with a preset emergency situation comparison table is performed by a keyword, and a ring status and a ratio of the ring status are determined according to a result of the keyword matching, further comprising:
segmenting the subject information by adopting a word segmentation tool to obtain words to be compared;
matching the words to be compared with keywords in the preset emergency situation comparison table, if matched keywords are not obtained, adopting a semantic analysis tool to perform matching analysis on the words to be compared and the keywords in the emergency situation comparison table, and judging whether words with the same meanings as the keywords in the emergency situation comparison table exist in the words to be compared or not;
if yes, taking words with the same meanings as the keywords in the emergency situation comparison table as semantic matching keywords, wherein the semantic matching keywords refer to the keywords which are successfully matched by adopting semantic analysis;
taking the semantic matching keyword with the highest emergency level as a second target keyword;
and determining the ringing state and the ratio of the ringing state according to the emergency level corresponding to the second target keyword.
5. A call answering method is characterized by comprising the following steps executed by a calling terminal:
initiating a call request to a called terminal;
when the called terminal is in an incoming call differential mode, receiving an editor starting request sent by the called terminal;
acquiring a determination instruction input by a calling end user, and starting a content editor based on the editor starting request;
obtaining the subject information input by a calling end user through the content editor, and sending calling parameters to the called end, wherein the calling parameters comprise the subject information input by the calling end user and a calling end user ID;
the subject information is used for indicating the called terminal to carry out keyword matching on the subject information and a preset emergency condition comparison table, and determining a ringing state and a ratio of the ringing state according to a keyword matching result, wherein the emergency condition comparison table stores keywords for comparison, each keyword has a corresponding emergency level, and the ringing state comprises ringing, vibration and flashing;
the calling end user ID is used for indicating the called end to query a preset contact type table by adopting the calling end user ID, determining the contact type of the calling end user, and acquiring a corresponding priority factor according to the contact type of the calling end user, wherein the contact type table stores the mapping relation between the user ID and the contact type, the contact type and the priority factor are preset with the mapping relation, and the priority factor is a weight factor representing the priority level of the contact type; multiplying the ratio of the ringing state by the priority factor to obtain a target ratio of the ringing state; and prompting a user to answer the phone according to the ringing state and the target ratio of the ringing state.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein initiating a content editor based on the editor launch request comprises:
acquiring a word prompting instruction input by a calling terminal user;
and displaying prompt contents on an interface according to the word prompt instruction, wherein the prompt contents are example information for guiding a calling end user to input the theme information.
7. A call answering apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the incoming call differential mode starting module is used for starting an incoming call differential mode according to an editor starting instruction input by a user, wherein the incoming call differential mode requests a calling terminal to start a content editor when the calling terminal calls, and the content editor is used for acquiring theme information input by a calling terminal user;
an editor enabling request initiating module, configured to receive a call request of the calling end, interrupt a call of the call request, and initiate an editor enabling request to the calling end;
a calling parameter receiving module, configured to receive a calling parameter sent by a calling end, and recover a call of the calling request, where the calling parameter includes subject information and a calling end user ID input by a calling end user;
a ringing state ratio determining module, configured to perform keyword matching on the theme information and a preset emergency comparison table, and determine a ringing state and a ratio of the ringing state according to a result of the keyword matching, where the emergency comparison table stores keywords for comparison, each keyword has a corresponding emergency level, and the ringing state includes ringing, vibration, and flashing;
a priority factor determining module, configured to query a preset contact type table by using the ID of the calling end user, determine the contact type of the calling end user, and obtain a corresponding priority factor according to the contact type of the calling end user, where the contact type table stores a mapping relationship between a user ID and a contact type, the contact type and the priority factor have a preset mapping relationship, and the priority factor is a weight factor representing a priority level of the contact type;
the target proportion determining module is used for multiplying the ratio of the ringing states by the priority factors to obtain the target ratio of the ringing states;
and the answering prompting module is used for prompting a user to answer according to the ringing state and the target ratio of the ringing state.
8. A call answering apparatus, comprising:
a calling request initiating module for initiating a calling request to a called terminal;
the editor starting request receiving module is used for receiving an editor starting request sent by the called terminal when the called terminal is in an incoming call differentiated mode;
the content editor generation module is used for acquiring a determination instruction input by a calling end user and starting a content editor based on the editor starting request;
a calling parameter sending module, configured to obtain, through the content editor, subject information input by a calling end user, and send a calling parameter to the called end, where the calling parameter includes the subject information input by the calling end user and a calling end user ID;
the subject information is used for indicating the called terminal to carry out keyword matching on the subject information and a preset emergency condition comparison table, and determining a ringing state and a ratio of the ringing state according to a keyword matching result, wherein the emergency condition comparison table stores keywords for comparison, each keyword has a corresponding emergency level, and the ringing state comprises ringing, vibration and flashing;
the calling end user ID is used for indicating the called end to query a preset contact type table by adopting the calling end user ID, determining the contact type of the calling end user, and acquiring a corresponding priority factor according to the contact type of the calling end user, wherein the contact type table stores the mapping relation between the user ID and the contact type, the contact type and the priority factor are preset with the mapping relation, and the priority factor is a weight factor representing the priority level of the contact type; multiplying the ratio of the ringing state by the priority factor to obtain a target ratio of the ringing state; and prompting a user to answer the phone according to the ringing state and the target ratio of the ringing state.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the call answering method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program or implements the steps of the call answering method according to any one of claims 5 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a call answering method according to one of claims 1 to 4, or which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a call answering method according to one of claims 5 to 6.
