Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to solve the defects of high time cost, high labor cost and low efficiency of a conference check-in mode adopted in the related art, a first embodiment of the present application provides a conference check-in method, which can be applied to conference check-in management equipment in a conference room, for example, fig. 1 is a basic flow chart of the conference check-in method provided by the embodiment, and the conference check-in method includes the following steps:
step 101, detecting a positioning tag of the mobile terminal to obtain positioning information of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the conference check-in management device actively detects a positioning tag (e.g., a radio frequency tag) configured on the mobile terminal, and locates the participant by detecting a signal transmitted by the positioning tag on the positioning target. It should be understood that the positioning information of the present embodiment may be any one of coordinate information and distance information.
It should be noted that, the positioning tag of this embodiment may be an Ultra Wide Band (UWB) tag, where the UWB is a wireless carrier communication technology, and uses nanosecond-level non-sine wave narrow pulse to transmit data, and transmits a very low-power signal over a wide frequency spectrum, so that the UWB can achieve a data transmission rate of hundreds of M bits/s to several G bits/s within a range of about 10 meters, and has the characteristics of strong anti-interference performance, high transmission rate, large system capacity, and small transmission power.
It should be noted that, in practical application, taking a conference scene inside a company as an example, not all company employees have meeting participation requirements, and may be only a department conference, then it is not necessary to locate mobile terminals of all company employees, based on which, the embodiment may obtain a mobile terminal identifier to be located according to a list of meeting participants, and then only detect a location tag of a mobile terminal corresponding to the obtained mobile terminal identifier to be located, thereby effectively saving system resources and improving processing efficiency.
And 102, acquiring the identity verification information of the participant corresponding to the mobile terminal when the positioning information is matched with the position information of the conference place.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the positioning information is compared with the position information of the meeting location, and if the positioning information is matched with the position information of the meeting location, it is indicated that the participant holding the mobile terminal arrives at the meeting location at this time. It should be understood that, in practical applications, the location information of the meeting place is not limited to a single-point location, but may also be a location range, and when the location information of the meeting place is a single-point location, and when determining whether the positioning information matches the location information of the meeting place, the determination condition may be whether the two are completely matched, or whether the difference in location between the two is within a preset difference range.
It should be noted that, because the present embodiment performs the position detection on the mobile terminal, it cannot be guaranteed whether the participant arriving at the meeting location is the owner of the mobile terminal, that is, there may exist a situation that another person has a mobile terminal of the owner to replace the meeting in practical application, based on this, when determining that the mobile terminal is at the meeting location, the present embodiment further requests the mobile terminal to acquire the authentication information (for example, facial identification information, fingerprint identification information, and the like) of the participant, and then performs the validity verification on the authentication information to determine whether the user currently holding the mobile terminal is the owner.
And 103, generating conference check-in information of the participants when the authentication information passes the authentication.
Specifically, in the embodiment, when the identity authentication of the participant is passed, the user holding the mobile terminal is determined to be the owner, so that the participant arriving at the meeting place is signed in, and the authenticity of the meeting sign-in result is ensured. It should be understood that the conference check-in information generated by the present embodiment includes unique identifiers (such as names) of the participants, arrival times of the participants, departments to which the participants belong, and the like.
Further, after generating the conference check-in information for each participant, the embodiment can summarize the conference check-in information of all participants, and generate an abnormal identifier for the participants who do not check in on time according to the arrival punctuality of each participant, so as to be traced later.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of the method for reminding a meeting provided in this embodiment, in some embodiments of this embodiment, after detecting the location tag of the mobile terminal to obtain the location information of the mobile terminal, the method further includes the following steps:
step 201, comparing the acquired positioning information with position information of a conference place in a preset time period before the conference holding time;
step 202, if the distance between the mobile terminal and the meeting place is determined to be larger than a preset distance threshold according to the comparison result, meeting participation reminding information is generated;
and step 203, sending the participation reminding information to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in practical applications, the situation that the participants forget the holding time of the conference may exist, so that the participants cannot participate on time. Based on this, the embodiment locates the mobile terminal held by the participant at the specific time between the conference holding times, determines whether the participant is far away from the conference place at the moment, and sends the participant reminding information to the mobile terminal held by the participant if the participant is far away from the conference place, so as to prompt the participant to participate in time, and improve the meeting rate of the participant. It should be noted that, further, before generating the meeting participation reminding information, in this embodiment, the positioning information of the mobile terminal may be intermittently acquired in a preset time period before the meeting holding time, and the positioning information is respectively compared with the position information of the meeting place, so as to analyze whether the meeting staff approaches the meeting place before the meeting is held, and if the meeting staff is far away from the meeting place and does not approach the meeting place, the meeting participation reminding information is generated and sent to the corresponding mobile terminal.
Further, in some embodiments of this embodiment, the sending the participation reminding information to the mobile terminal includes: acquiring participant role information of participants; determining a corresponding reminding mechanism based on the participant role information; and sending meeting participation reminding information to the mobile terminal according to a reminding mechanism.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in consideration of the fact that the participants with different roles have different degrees of influence on the conference, for example, the leader and leader have a large influence on the conference progress, and the common staff have a small influence on the conference progress, the corresponding reminding mechanism is set according to the different roles of the participants, and corresponding reminding is performed on the relevant participants according to the determined reminding mechanism. The reminding mechanism of the embodiment may include a reminding type, a reminding frequency, etc., and the reminding intensity of different reminding mechanisms is different; the reminding type comprises short message reminding, telephone reminding and the like, and the reminding frequency is the frequency of sending the meeting participation reminding information in a preset time period.
In other embodiments of this embodiment, the conference check-in method may further include: determining target participants with attendance abnormal rates higher than a preset abnormal rate threshold value based on historical conference attendance results; and sending meeting reminding information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the target meeting personnel at a preset time before the meeting holding time.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the abnormal check-in refers to that the participant is absent from the conference or the participant is not checked in time when the conference is late, and this embodiment determines the participant who frequently checks in the abnormal check-in based on the conference check-in result counted when the conference is held in the historical time period.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic flow chart of a method for starting a conference associated device provided in this embodiment, in some embodiments of this embodiment, after generating conference sign-in information of participants, the method further includes the following steps:
301, acquiring participant role information of participants;
step 302, when the participant role information accords with the target participant role information, generating a device starting instruction;
step 303, sending a device start instruction to the conference associated device.
Specifically, the conference associated device of this embodiment may include devices required for a conference, such as a computer, an air conditioner, and a projector, in a conference room, and the target participant role information may be a conference manager, a director, and the like. At present, meeting management personnel are usually relied on to manually open meeting associated equipment, which is time-consuming, labor-consuming and delays meeting time. Therefore, in the embodiment, after the participant of the target participant role is confirmed to sign in, the device starting instruction is immediately generated, the conference associated device in the conference room is controlled to be automatically started, and the conference preparation is completed in advance.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, after generating the conference check-in information of the participants, the method further includes: when the mobile terminal is determined to leave the meeting place based on the positioning information, recording the meeting content during the leaving of the mobile terminal; and sending the recorded conference content to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in practical applications, a participant may temporarily leave a conference room due to an objective condition (for example, answering a call, etc.), and in order to ensure that the participant does not miss conference content during leaving, in this embodiment, when determining that the participant leaves a conference location by detecting positioning information of a mobile terminal held by the participant, conference content recording is triggered, the conference recording may be implemented in an audio acquisition manner, the recorded conference content may be an audio file or an audio-recognized text file, and when detecting that the participant returns to the conference location, conference content recording is ended, and then the recorded conference content is sent to the mobile terminal held by the participant to trace back a main point of the conference during leaving.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic flow chart of a meeting guiding method provided in this embodiment, in some embodiments of this embodiment, after generating meeting sign-in information of meeting personnel, the method further includes the following steps:
step 401, obtaining the meeting seat information corresponding to the meeting personnel;
step 402, generating meeting guiding information based on the meeting seat information;
and step 403, sending the participation guide information to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in practical application, a specific conference seat is usually arranged for each participant, and since the conference seat is usually arranged by special conference managers, the participant may not know the own conference seat in advance, and usually needs to search in a conference room by himself, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. Based on this, in this embodiment, after the participant signs in, the participant generates the participant guidance information based on the participant seat information of the participant and sends the participant guidance information to the mobile terminal, so as to prompt the user about the specific position of the participant seat. It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the meeting guiding information may also be generated by combining the meeting seat information and the positioning information of the mobile terminal held by the meeting personnel, and the presentation form of the meeting guiding information may be a navigation route to assist the user to find the meeting seat more easily.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, after generating the conference check-in information of the participants, the method further includes: acquiring a sound mode of the mobile terminal; and when the sound mode is the ringing mode, sending a sound mode switching instruction to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, it is considered that the conference should be prevented from being interfered by external factors as much as possible in the conference process, so that in this embodiment, after the participant signs in, the sound mode of the mobile terminal held by the participant is acquired, where the sound mode may include a mute mode and a ring mode, and if the sound mode of the mobile terminal is the ring mode, a sound mode switching instruction is sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is automatically controlled to switch to the mute mode, and the conference call is prevented from being interfered by the ring tone in the conference process.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the positioning label of the mobile terminal is detected to obtain the positioning information of the mobile terminal; when the positioning information is matched with the position information of the conference place, acquiring the identity verification information of the participant corresponding to the mobile terminal; and generating conference check-in information of the participants when the authentication information passes the authentication. By implementing the scheme, the conference attendance can be automatically checked in when the terminal positions of the participants are detected to accord with the conference place, so that the conference attendance efficiency can be effectively improved, and the time cost and the labor cost can be saved; moreover, the identity of the participants is verified, so that the situation that other people replace the participants can be effectively avoided, and the authenticity of the conference sign-in result is improved.
The method in fig. 5 is a refined conference check-in method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, where the conference check-in method includes:
step 501, detecting a positioning tag of the mobile terminal at a preset time before the conference holding time to obtain positioning information of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the positioning tag may be a UWB tag, and the participant is positioned by detecting a signal transmitted by the positioning tag on the positioning target.
Step 502, comparing the acquired positioning information with the position information of the conference place.
And 503, if the distance between the mobile terminal and the meeting place is determined to be greater than the preset distance threshold according to the comparison result, generating meeting participation reminding information and sending the meeting participation reminding information to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal held by the participant is positioned at a specific time between the conference holding times, whether the participant is far away from the conference place at the time is determined, and if the participant is far away from the conference place, the participant reminding information is sent to the mobile terminal held by the participant to prompt the participant to participate in the conference in time, so that the meeting rate of the participant is improved.
And step 504, acquiring the identity verification information of the participant corresponding to the mobile terminal when the positioning information is matched with the position information of the conference place.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when it is determined that the mobile terminal is located at the meeting location, the mobile terminal is further requested to acquire the authentication information of the participant, and then the validity of the authentication information is verified to determine whether the user currently holding the mobile terminal is the owner.
And 505, generating conference check-in information of the participants when the authentication information passes the authentication.
In the embodiment, when the identity authentication of the participants is passed, the user holding the mobile terminal is determined as the owner, so that the participants arriving at the conference place are signed in, and the authenticity of the conference sign-in result is ensured.
And step 506, acquiring the participant role information of the participants, and generating a device starting instruction when the participant role information is determined to be in accordance with the target participant role information.
And step 507, sending a device starting instruction to the conference associated device.
Specifically, the conference associated device of this embodiment may include devices required for a conference, such as a computer, an air conditioner, and a projector, in the conference room, and in this embodiment, after it is determined that a specific participant signs in, a device start instruction is immediately generated, so that the conference associated device in the conference room is controlled to be automatically started, and conference preparation is completed in advance.
Step 508, upon determining that the mobile terminal leaves the meeting location based on the positioning information, performing meeting content recording during the leaving of the mobile terminal.
Step 509, when it is determined that the mobile terminal returns to the meeting location based on the positioning information, ending the meeting content recording, and sending the recorded meeting content to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the participants do not miss the meeting content during the leaving period, in this embodiment, when it is determined that the participants leave the meeting location by detecting the positioning information of the mobile terminals held by the participants, the recording of the meeting content is triggered, and the recording of the meeting content is ended when it is detected that the participants return to the meeting location, and then the recorded meeting content is sent to the mobile terminals held by the participants, so that the participants can trace the meeting key point during the leaving period.
It should be understood that, the size of the serial number of each step in this embodiment does not mean the execution sequence of the step, and the execution sequence of each step should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not be limited uniquely to the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a conference sign-in method, wherein before a conference is held, if the terminal position of a participant is detected to be far away from a conference place, a participant prompt is sent to a terminal to prompt the participant to participate in the conference in time, so that the meeting rate of the participant is improved; moreover, when the terminal positions of the participants are detected to accord with the meeting place, the participants automatically sign in, so that the meeting signing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the time cost and the labor cost are saved; in addition, the identity of the participants is verified, so that the situation that other people replace the participants can be effectively avoided, and the authenticity of the conference sign-in result is improved; moreover, meeting content records are triggered during the leaving period of the participants and pushed to the terminals of the participants, so that the traceability of the meeting content is improved.
