s104, processing the archive filing application information according to the archive identification data to generate a feedback signal, and feeding the feedback signal back to an initiator of the archive filing application information.
Referring to fig. 2, in practical work, the specific application flow of the above embodiment, taking banking as an example, is as follows:
s201: after the business is handled, the bank staff arranges the business data into a book to be used as a business file to be filed in a storehouse for storage. The file administrator classifies the file books, binds the classified file books, and attaches RFID electronic tags or other electronic tags with sensors to each file book.
S202: the file administrator selects an empty file box to place the file book, and records the file information of the book in the management terminal, wherein the recorded content comprises the serial number of the file box. The management terminal stores the data and writes the related data into the RFID chip of the file box and the electronic tag of the file book respectively.
S203: the file administrator places the file box in any free sub-compartment position in the file cabinet. The RFID electronic tag read-write device on the file cabinet device senses the file box 100, reads the RFID chip data of the file box, acquires the information of the file box, and drives the automatic baffle to automatically extend upwards to clamp the bottom of the file box.
S204: the main control unit of the filing cabinet device 600 sends the information of the filing box and the physical location of the current compartment of the filing cabinet to the filing management module of the banking server 400 through the communication unit, checks the filing application record of the file according to the unique number of the filing book, and automatically updates the physical location of the compartment of the filing cabinet where the file is located.
S205: after the data is updated successfully by the file management module of the bank system server 400, the result information of successful file filing is returned to the main control unit of the file cabinet device 600 through the communication unit, the main control unit controls the indicator light to flicker green, and controls the loudspeaker to perform voice broadcasting of information of successful "XXX file filing".
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
s301, acquiring file borrowing application information and identity information of a borrower, and acquiring biological characteristic data of the borrower according to the identity information;
s302, according to the biological characteristic data and the identity information, identity authentication is carried out through prestored information;
s303, after the identity authentication is passed, matching corresponding file identification data according to file information in the file borrowing application information, and opening a corresponding file box according to the file box information in the file identification data to generate a prompt signal;
s304, starting an acousto-optic prompt at the position of the file box according to the prompt signal.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in the above embodiment, after the sound and light prompt is turned on at the file box position according to the prompt signal, the method further includes:
s401, detecting the electronic tag through an electronic tag reader-writer arranged on the file cabinet;
s402, after the electronic tag leaves the monitoring area of the electronic tag reader-writer, generating borrowing information according to the identity information, updating a preset archive storage record through the borrowing information and generating a feedback signal, and feeding the feedback signal back to an initiator of the archive borrowing application information. Further, when the electronic tag leaves the monitoring area of the electronic tag reader/writer, the method may further include: and updating the use state of the corresponding file box in the file cabinet.
In practical operation, the management process of the borrowing file can be referred to as shown in fig. 5, which includes the following steps:
step S501: the bank staff submits a file borrowing application, the file borrowing application is sent to the management terminal to verify the identity and the authority of the applicant and return to the position of the storehouse file rack corresponding to the file, and the bank staff clicks the 'borrowing' file.
Step S502: the file administrator enters the storehouse, collects file administrator face image and discerns file administrator identity, controls automatic baffle and warning light on the target archives position after authentication passes. The automatic baffle plate automatically retracts into the rack, the target file is to be taken out, and meanwhile the prompting lamp is turned on and flickers.
Step S503: the file administrator conveniently finds the sub-compartment of the flashing green light and takes out the file box at that position. (because other non-target files are blocked by automatic baffles, the file manager can not take away other file boxes at will, so as to avoid the situation that the files are taken by mistake, taken in disorder or made a case inside.)
Step S504: the RFID electronic tag reading and writing device on the file cabinet device senses that the file box is taken out, the management terminal is informed through the communication unit to automatically update the file according to the unique file number, the file is borrowed and taken out, and the physical position occupied by the file box in the file cabinet device is recovered.
Step S505: the file administrator takes out the file box and opens the box cover to take out the file book through the identity verification (password or fingerprint, etc.) of the file box; filing cabinet device control loudspeaker carry out voice broadcast "XXX archives borrow success" information.
In order to prevent the files from being illegally accessed and ensure that the files are continuously tracked and monitored by a monitoring system after being taken away from a file cabinet, the best monitoring video is obtained; in addition, the system can automatically judge whether the condition is misreported, can establish an independent video file for the abnormal condition of the file, avoid long-time invalid monitoring video, improve the later-stage checking work efficiency and save the storage space of the monitoring video. In an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 6, the method further includes:
s601, acquiring a collision signal generated by collision through a collision sensor arranged on the file box, triggering and broadcasting preset positioning label data according to the collision signal, and establishing an alarm task triggered by a preset delay period;
s602, acquiring position information of the archive box according to the positioning tag data, and acquiring audio and video data of a corresponding area through one or more audio and video acquisition devices according to the position information;
s603, analyzing according to the audio and video data through a preset identification algorithm to obtain an abnormal risk assessment value, terminating the alarm task according to the abnormal risk assessment value, or starting the alarm task and storing the audio and video data to a preset position. Wherein, triggering broadcasting preset positioning tag data according to the collision signal comprises: when the collision signal is higher than a preset threshold value, generating an ultra-wideband pulse signal according to preset positioning tag data; broadcasting the ultra-wideband pulse signal to a plurality of positioning base stations in a predetermined area.
As shown in fig. 7, in the above embodiment, the obtaining of the abnormal risk assessment value by analyzing the audio/video data through the preset recognition algorithm includes:
s701, determining personnel information through a face recognition algorithm according to image data in the audio and video data, and obtaining behavior data corresponding to the personnel information through a depth vision algorithm according to the personnel information;
s702, converting audio data in the audio and video data into text data, and identifying the text data through a semantic identification algorithm by means of preset abnormal keywords to obtain abnormal semantic identification data;
s703, obtaining an abnormal risk assessment value through a risk calculation model according to the behavior data and the abnormal semantic identification data.
In the above embodiment, step S701 mainly includes capturing a face image from the image, performing face recognition according to a similarity between a pre-stored face image and the captured face image, acquiring depth three-dimensional information of a target person from the image based on a depth vision algorithm, and performing abnormal behavior analysis according to the depth three-dimensional information of the target person, where the process may be performed as follows:
calculating the similarity between the captured face image and a prestored face image, judging that the face recognition is successful if the similarity between the captured face image and a prestored certain image reaches a preset similarity threshold value, and determining the information of the captured face image according to prestored image information;
based on a depth vision algorithm, depth three-dimensional information (target height information, accuracy of target behavior analysis and multi-target detection, target position information, multi-target detection, especially target distance detection and target depth information, and judgment of multi-target position distance) of a target person is obtained from the image, and abnormal behavior analysis such as border crossing, entering/leaving area, area intrusion, loitering, person focusing, quick movement, illegal parking, object leaving/taking and the like is realized. For example, at this time, the time is night non-business hours, but a face which is not on the white list appears in the monitoring picture or video, namely, the suspicious state is judged, and the remote security monitoring agent equipment is notified to carry out follow-up processing. And if the picture shows that the baton is in a static state or no suspicious people exist nearby the user, judging that the baton is misinformed.
Specifically, the first step: preprocessing the collected video data, defining behavior categories, searching source videos, collecting data, and storing in a classified manner; and determining a video key behavior interval, determining a frame rate, an image position and an image resolution, and extracting and storing an image frame of the trimmed video.
The second step is that: and cleaning and training video light stream data, including light stream branch training, light stream feature transfer and RGB training.
Firstly, the optical flow branch training utilizes a full variation 1 model algorithm to calculate RGB image frames of a source video, and optical flow image frames in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are respectively obtained from two adjacent frames. And 3-dimensional convolution and pooling expansion are carried out on the pre-trained optical flow image classification model according to the expansion 3D operation. Inputting corresponding horizontal optical flow diagrams and vertical optical flow diagrams into the model for training, and obtaining trained optical flow branches by adopting cross entropy as a loss function;
secondly, the optical flow feature transfer firstly fixes the trained optical flow branch weight parameters, and then establishes the bridge connection between the optical flow branch and the RGB branch to realize the transfer of the optical flow feature information. Adding intermediate layer features, namely optical flow features, obtained by branching the optical flow of the same video, into intermediate layer features of RGB branches in a distillation calculation mode for splicing to obtain intermediate layer features with increased dimensionality, and then training according to a normal path; performing gradient reduction on the weighting loss function, and optimizing training parameters in multiple rounds to obtain trained RGB branches; and integrating the optical flow branch and the RGB branch through a full connection layer to obtain final output. The transfer comprises two bridging links, the first bridging link being a transfer during the 3D convolutional layer, the bridging link being selected from 9 links a to i according to the experimental results of a particular video set, denoted Feature1flowTo Feature1RGBTransferring;
finally, performing RGB training, selecting a pre-trained RGB image classification model, performing 3-dimensional convolution and pooling expansion according to expansion 3D operation, and inputting RGB image frames; connecting the optical flow branches, calculating the characteristics of the RGB branches and the optical flow branches by using a full-connection classifier, and outputting classification probability; and constructing a loss function, wherein the loss function consists of three parts, namely the 2 norm of the first transfer line, the 2 norm of the second transfer line and the cross entropy of the final classification.

=α1||Feature1RGB-Feature1flow||21||Feature2RGB-Feature2flow||21CroSSEntropy(p,y)
The loss function includes three terms, the first term represents the portion of the first transmission line, L1 is the 2 norm of the difference between the RGB feature and the optical flow feature at this stage, alpha1Is L1 corresponds to a weight; the second term represents the second portion of the transmission line, L2 being the 2 norm, β, of the difference between the two characteristics at this stage1Is L2 corresponds to a weight; the third term L3 is the cross entropy of the final classification, γ1Is L3 corresponds to a weight; feature1RGBIs a first piece of RGB information; feature1flowIs a first piece of optical flow information; feature2RGBFeature2 as a second piece of RGB informationflowIs the second optical flow information.
The third step: and respectively inputting the RGB image and the optical flow image into the trained RGB branch and optical flow branch to obtain behavior classification.
The step S702 may include converting the speech into words, and performing abnormal semantic analysis on the words according to a deep learning algorithm and preset abnormal keywords. Specifically, voice information in a certain range around the patrol route can be collected through the omnidirectional high-sensitivity sound pickup. The intelligent voice analysis module can complete abnormal semantic analysis and recognition of disputes, calls for help and the like based on a deep learning algorithm, and transmits an analysis result to the processing device, wherein abnormal semantic keywords such as rescue, robbery and the like can be set in advance according to actual needs, the voice analysis module can convert voice into characters after the voice is collected by the omnidirectional high-sensitivity sound pickup, and the converted characters are subjected to abnormal semantic analysis based on the deep learning algorithm and the abnormal semantic keywords.
In another embodiment of the present invention, initiating the alert task comprises: generating an alarm control signal according to the alarm task; and sending a warning signal to a preset terminal according to the warning control signal, and/or controlling the locking of one or more preset safety doors to limit the personnel in the area where the file cabinet is located to leave a preset range. In order to more clearly understand the early warning process of the abnormal behavior according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 8, in practice, the specific application process of the above embodiment is as follows:
step S801: when the abnormal condition takes place (the automatic baffle of filing cabinet device is unauthorized to be opened by force, the file box takes place to remove), the control module of file box passes through wireless communication module and sends the enabling signal to the outside, and the enabling signal includes location label data. And the N (N > -3) positioning base stations deployed at the periphery of the room acquire the wireless communication modules and the positioning tags on the archive box device to send data. The positioning calculation module analyzes and calculates by using data collected by different positioning base stations, calculates the current position of the label according to the time difference of information reaching the N base stations, and obtains X, Y, Z three-dimensional coordinates of the file box equipment.
Step S802: the camera shooting control module adjusts the direction and the focal length of the camera according to the three-dimensional coordinates of the file box device obtained through calculation of the positioning calculation module, so that the image information of the position of the file box device and the surrounding environment can be clearly and accurately captured, and the main control module controls the camera to collect field video images and voice data. The main control module collects the image data until the archive box recovers the static state or the abnormal state is removed for a period of time (for example, 5 minutes), names and numbers the short video data files according to requirements, and stores the short video data files in the video storage module.
