The following describes a file management system, a file management method, a storage medium, and a read/write apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an archive management system according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to FIG. 1, the archive management system may include: near field antenna 110, light-emitting electronic tag 120, read-write device 130 and server 140.
Wherein, the near field antenna 110 is arranged on the file cabinet; the luminous electronic tag 120 is arranged on the file box, and the luminous electronic tag 120 stores identification information of the luminous electronic tag; the read-write device 130 is connected with the near-field antenna 110, and the read-write device 130 communicates with the light-emitting electronic tag 120 through the near-field antenna 110; the server 140 is in communication with the read-write device 130, and the server 140 is configured to generate a control instruction in response to a file management instruction of a user and send the control instruction to the read-write device 130, so that the read-write device 130 reads the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 according to the control instruction and performs light-emitting control on the light-emitting electronic tag 120 to perform file management.
It should be noted that one or more large-sized near field antennas 110 may be laid on each shelf of the filing cabinet, specifically determined according to the size of the filing cabinet, for example, when the size of the filing cabinet is small, one large-sized near field antenna 110 may be laid on each shelf; when the size of the filing cabinet is large, two or more near field antennas 110 may be provided. The position of the near field antenna 110 may be determined according to practical situations, and may be, for example, the top, the bottom, or the inner side of each shelf, which is not limited herein. Since the light-emitting electronic tag 120 has a light-emitting function, the light-emitting electronic tag 120 is mounted on the back of the file box, so as to well realize the function of giving a light-emitting prompt to the user. The read/write device 130 may be a reader/writer, and may be disposed on or outside of the file cabinet, which is not limited herein. The server 140 may be a stand-alone server, an integrated server, or the like, and is not limited herein.
When the files are stored, the files can be put into the file box, the file identification data of the files and the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the file box are correspondingly stored in the server 140, wherein the file identification data can include the file name, the file type, the file creation date, the file update date and other related information which are convenient for file management, and then the files are randomly stored under certain requirements (for example, the files are stored in corresponding file cabinets based on the file type). During file management, the server 140 may generate a control command based on a file management command of a user and send the control command to the read-write device 130, the read-write device 130 is connected to the near-field antenna 110 on the file cabinet via a feeder, and reads the identification information of the electronic tag 120 on the file box via the near-field antenna 110, so as to manage the file, for example, borrow, store, return, add the file, and the like.
Take file lending as an example. When the user needs to loan the file, a file management command, which may include a file loan request and file identification data (e.g., a file name) of the file to be loaned, may be sent to the server 140. After receiving the file management command, the server 140 may generate a corresponding control command, which may include a file lending request and identification information of the electronic tag 120 on the file box corresponding to the file to be lent, and send the control command to the read/write device 130. After receiving the control instruction, the reading and writing device 130 reads the identification information of each light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the archive cabinet through the near-field antenna 110, and when the read identification information is the same as the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the archive that the user wants to borrow, the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the identification information is controlled to emit light, and at this time, the user can quickly find the desired archive under the indication of the light-emitting electronic tag 120, and does not need to correspondingly find the archive according to the text prompt information displayed by the user terminal.
Take the archive as an example. When the user needs to perform the archive, an archive management command, which may include an archive request and an archive cabinet to be archived, may be sent to the server 140. After receiving the archive management command, the server 140 may generate a corresponding control command, which may include an archive request and an archive cabinet requiring an archive, and send the control command to the read/write device 130. After receiving the control instruction, the read-write device 130 reads the identification information of each light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the file cabinet through the near-field antenna 110 and sends the identification information to the server 140. The server 140 receives the identification information of each of the light-emitting electronic tags 120 and compares the identification information with the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tags 120 stored in itself to perform a disc library.
Take file return as an example. When the user needs to return the file, a file management command can be sent to the server 140, where the file management command can include a file return request and file identification data (such as a file name) of the file to be returned, and the file to be returned is randomly stored in a file cabinet. After receiving the archive management instruction, the server 140 may generate a corresponding control instruction and send the control instruction to the read-write device 130, where the control instruction may include an archive return request and identification information of the electronic tag 120 on the archive box corresponding to the archive to be returned. After receiving the control instruction, the read-write device 130 reads the identification information of each of the light-emitting electronic tags 120 on the archive cabinet through the near-field antenna 110, and when the read identification information is the same as the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the archive that the user wants to return, sends the relevant information that the archive has been returned to the server 140. After receiving the relevant information of the file returned from the read/write device 130, the server 140 performs file borrowing and verification, and records the file return date and other information.
Take the file addition as an example. When a user needs to add a file, the file can be placed into the file box first, and a file management instruction is sent to the server 140, where the file management instruction can include a file addition request, file identification data (such as a file name) of the file to be added, and identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the file box corresponding to the file to be added, and the file to be returned is randomly stored on the file cabinet. After receiving the archive management instruction, the server 140 may generate a corresponding control instruction, which may include an archive adding request and identification information of the electronic tag 120 emitting light on the archive box corresponding to the archive to be added, and send the control instruction to the read-write device 130. After receiving the control instruction, the read-write device 130 reads the identification information of each of the light-emitting electronic tags 120 on the archive cabinet through the near-field antenna 110, and when the read identification information is the same as the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the archive that the user wants to add, sends the information related to the added archive to the server 140. After receiving the information related to the added file sent by the read/write device 130, the server 140 correspondingly stores the file identification data of the file and the identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the file box corresponding to the file, and records the file addition date and other information.
In the embodiment, the near-field antenna is arranged on the file cabinet, the luminous electronic tag is arranged on the file box, and disordered storage of files can be realized through the near-field antenna and the luminous electronic tag, so that shelves on the file cabinet (for beauty and the like, the shelves can be arranged) and shielding among the shelves can be omitted, the space utilization rate is high, and the problem of inaccurate searching caused by the shielding problem among the shelves is avoided; meanwhile, the antenna has the advantages of less using amount, simple wiring, convenient installation, no need of too many power dividers or even no power divider, good matching between the antenna and the read-write equipment, small standing-wave ratio, difficult occurrence of the phenomena of scalding and even crash of the read-write equipment and lower cost; meanwhile, the user is indicated to search by controlling the luminous electronic tag, so that the method is more convenient and efficient, the user does not need to search according to the text prompt information in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the quick disordered search is realized; meanwhile, when the file is searched by adopting a polling searching mode, the searching speed can be improved because of the used antenna.
In some embodiments, the archive management instruction includes an archive lending instruction, the control instruction includes first identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the archive to be borrowed in the archive lending instruction, and the read-write device 130 is configured to read second identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the archive cabinet according to the control instruction, and control the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the first identification information to light up when it is determined that the second identification information matches the first identification information.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the archive management system may further include: the indicator light 150, the indicator light 150 is set up on the filing cabinet; the reading and writing device 130 is further connected to the indicator light 150, and the reading and writing device 130 is further configured to control the indicator light 150 of the corresponding file cabinet to light up when the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the first identification information is controlled to light up.
Further, the read-write device 130 is further configured to continue to read the second identification information of the light-emitting electronic tag 120 on the archive cabinet after controlling the light-emitting electronic tag 120 corresponding to the first identification information to be lit, and send the file loaned information to the server 140 when it is determined that the second identification information does not match the first identification information; the server 140 is further configured to perform a file loan management according to the file loaned information, and send a file loaned reminder to the user equipment 160.
