Abstract
The invention relates to a sand control mechanical device which can roll grass squares in desert and sand environment for controlling sand dune flow caused by wind sand. Four grass placing boxes are arranged in the device and are divided into a front part and a rear part according to the structure. Laying and fixing longitudinal forage on the front half part: the forage falls to the conveyor belt, is controlled by the conveyor belt, uniformly falls to the sharp-tooth chain, is uniformly paved on the sand along with the chain, is pressed down by the pressing wheel, and is further fastened by the roller; laying and fixing transverse forage in the rear half part: like the previous part, the forage is spread flatly, and the pressing plate exerts pressure to vertically fix the forage on the sand and vertically draw out the forage to do intermittent motion. The device adopts a PLC to control a stepping motor, and utilizes the characteristics and the layout of different grass laying directions, the cyclic intermittent motion of the sliding block and the separation work of the front part and the rear part. A grass grid sand barrier is a sand control method for preventing wind, fixing sand and conserving water, and is made up of wheat straw, rice straw and reed through binding in desert to form a grid. The grass grid sand barrier can roughen the ground, reduce wind power, intercept moisture such as rainwater, improve the water content of a sand layer and facilitate the survival of sand-fixing plants. After the grass grid sand barriers are laid, drought-resistant grass trees such as artemisia desertorum, husked rice, flower sticks, Calligonum mongolicum and the like can be sown, and after the hay is weathered, nutrients can be provided for seeds or vegetation, so that the sand has a layer of crust which can contain moisture and oxygen, and the ecological restoration effect is achieved. The existing grass grid laying machine can only lay longitudinal hay, cannot directly become grass grids, needs to change directions, is time-consuming, labor-consuming and expensive, and can break the originally laid hay in the running process when the device lays the transverse hay, so that the grass grid sand barrier is unstable, the wind prevention and sand fixation effects are not strong, and the effect of recovering a desert ecosystem cannot be achieved.

As shown in figure 4, the sliding block and the sliding rail are mechanical devices for connecting the front part and the rear part, so that the grass square sand barrier can be planted continuously in the whole device. As shown in FIG. 5, the front section tine chain has 40 teeth, a total length of 203.36CM, the rear section tine chain has 108 teeth, and a total length of 551.2CM, allowing the hay to be spread on sand.
In this example, the slide rail and the slide block can be adopted to enable the rear part mechanical device to do intermittent motion, so that the working efficiency of the whole mechanical device is improved.

A wind-proof sand-fixation grass square laying machine according to claim 1, wherein a mechanical device is connected with a front part and a rear part by a slide rail (6), a slide block (7) is intermittently moved on the slide rail (6) according to PLC control, the slide block stops at every 1M interval, a lower pressing plate (12) is driven by a hydraulic pressure (11) to vertically fall and insert into sand, and then vertically pull up, and the cycle is repeated, so that grass square sand barriers can be planted on the whole mechanical device in the horizontal direction and the longitudinal direction without stopping, the working efficiency is improved, and the loss is reduced.
