After cutting, the roller 194 is rotated to be attached to the paperboard, the mounting block 38 is moved, the roller 394 is pushed to roll on the paperboard, the elastic block 395 pushes the cut waste to the placing plate 191, the first mounting plate 21 and the second mounting plate 22 are controlled to move reversely, the placing plate 191 is inclined through the straight rod 152 and the push rod 192, and the waste on the placing plate 191 is poured into the discharging groove 102.
Rotating the rotating shaft 32 again, moving the sheared paper board to the second processing table 150, slotting the paper board, installing handles on the slotted holes to form buckles, rolling the roller 194 across the surface of the paper board again, enabling waste generated by slotting to directly fall into the blanking groove 102 from the second processing groove 100, and finally moving the processed paper board to the second conveyor belt 112 for discharging by the material moving frame.
The waste falls into the treatment box 4 through the blanking 102, the swing rod 42 enables the first vertical rod 61 and the second vertical rod 62 to reciprocate, the moving plate 63 slides, the pushing plate 67 pushes the waste into the cutting grass 66, the waste is cut through the blade and the cutter 68, the waste is treated into paper sheets, the shifting plate 48 rotates to push the waste into the packing box 5, the second hydraulic rod 51 pushes the U-shaped plate 53 to pack the paper sheets, the blanking plate 57 is used for blanking, and then the second hydraulic rod 51 is contracted, and the paper sheets are continuously collected for packing.

a swing rod (42) for moving the treatment piece (6) is arranged on the treatment box (4);
the treatment piece (6) is provided with a crushing mechanism, and the crushing mechanism comprises cutters (68) and cutting grooves (66) which are arranged in a staggered manner;
the device is characterized in that symmetrically-distributed limiting blocks (16) are arranged on the first processing table (15), symmetrically-distributed penetrating holes (17) are formed in one end of each limiting block (16), a first gear (18) is rotatably arranged on one side of each limiting block (16), a first processing groove (19) is formed in the first processing table (15), and a second processing groove (100) is formed in the second processing table (150);
one side of the first processing table (15) is provided with a through groove (151), a straight rod (152) is arranged in the through groove (151) in a sliding mode, connecting rings (153) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the straight rod (152), a placing plate (191) is rotationally arranged in the first processing groove (19), one end of the placing plate (191) is rotationally connected with the first processing groove (19), and a push rod (192) is rotationally arranged at the other end of the placing plate (191);
one end of the push rod (192) is rotationally connected with the straight rod (152), one side of the workbench (11) is provided with a mounting frame (101), one side of the workbench (11) is provided with a plurality of discharging grooves (102) distributed in an array, and one discharging groove (102) is communicated with the second processing groove (100);
