Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food and health-care food, in particular to a probiotic composition for relaxing bowel.
Background
Constipation refers to the reduction of stool frequency, generally less than 3 times per week, with difficulty in defecation and dry stool. Common laxatives include probiotics, fibers, prebiotics, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, a lubricating laxative and the like, but the common laxatives generally have the following problems in the using process:
the product has the advantages that the product has certain effect of relaxing the bowels and small side effect, but most of the product has slow onset time and is difficult to meet the requirement of people suffering from constipation for quickly relieving the constipation.
② the purgative Chinese medicinal herb products can have the function of relaxing bowels in a short time, but the purgative medicaments have more intense action and larger dosage, and need to be used with caution for some weak and weak people. After being eaten by many constipation people, the constipation people are easy to have tolerance, cannot achieve the effect of fundamentally improving the intestinal environment, and are easy to relapse after the eating is stopped; if the food is eaten for a long time, toxic and side effects are easy to generate, and adverse reactions such as diarrhea, black bowel disease and the like are caused.
Third, lubricating purgative agents, such as some oil and fat products, generally require a large dosage to relieve constipation, and cannot relieve constipation and improve the intestinal environment.
CN103652855A discloses a special diet for relaxing bowel, which is prepared by mixing a plurality of probiotics and a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine components, is safe and effective, has small toxic and side effects, takes common food as a main raw material, has low price and is easily accepted by people. The patent document prepares special diet containing probiotics into liquid, capsule, tablet or biscuit and other forms by adding sweetener, black sesame powder, yam powder. On one hand, probiotics are very sensitive to the external environment, and can be quickly activated and attenuated in a liquid environment, so that the efficacy of the probiotics is influenced; on the other hand, the special diet is prepared into solid forms such as capsules and tablets, the traditional Chinese medicine components contained in the special diet are very complex, and under the condition of long-term storage, the survival rate of probiotics is reduced by the complex traditional Chinese medicine components, so that the effect of the probiotics on regulating the intestinal health is influenced.
