Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of foods and health-care foods, in particular to a probiotic composition for relaxing bowel.
Background
Constipation refers to a decrease in the number of stools, generally less than 3 times per week, with difficulty in defecation and dry stool. Common cathartic drugs such as probiotics, fibers, prebiotics, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, lubricating laxatives and the like, but the common cathartic drugs generally have the following problems in the use process:
(1) the unilateral or compound bowel relaxing products such as probiotics, fibers, prebiotics and the like have certain bowel relaxing effects and small side effects, but most of the products have slower onset time, and are difficult to meet the rapid relief demands of constipation people.
(2) Although the traditional Chinese medicine products with purgation function can play a role in relaxing bowels in a short time, the purgation medicines have a relatively strong effect, and the dosage is relatively large, so that the purgation medicines are required to be used with cautions for some people with weak body and weak body. Many people with constipation easily develop tolerance after eating, can not achieve the effect of fundamentally improving the intestinal environment, and is easy to relapse after stopping eating; if the food is eaten for a long time, the food is easy to produce some toxic and side effects, and causes some adverse reactions, such as diarrhea, jejunosis and the like.
(3) Lubricating laxatives, such as some greasy products, generally require a relatively large dosage to relieve constipation, and cannot follow up to relieve constipation, improving intestinal environment.
CN103652855a discloses a special diet for relaxing bowel, which is prepared by mixing a plurality of probiotics and a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine components, is safe and effective, has small toxic and side effects, takes common food as main raw materials, has low price, and is easy to accept by people. The patent document prepares special diet containing probiotics into liquid, capsules, tablets or forms of biscuits by adding sweetener and black sesame powder, yam powder and the like. On the one hand, probiotics are very sensitive to the external environment, and can be quickly activated and attenuated in the liquid environment, so that the efficacy of the probiotics is affected; on the other hand, the special diet is prepared into solid forms such as capsules, tablets and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine components contained in the special diet are very complex, and under the condition of long-term storage, the survival rate of probiotics can be reduced by the complex traditional Chinese medicine components, so that the effect of the probiotics on intestinal health regulation is affected.
