Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of a compound Chinese medicinal residue fermentation broth for preventing and treating colibacillosis of poultry is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one: lactobacillus rhamnosus PC30-2-1 is obtained by separating from commercial pickle, and strain identification is carried out through 16S rDNA, so as to obtain lactobacillus rhamnosus PC30-2-1 (Lactobacillus rhamnosus PC-2-1) with the preservation number of CCTCC NO: M2022083, wherein the preservation unit is: china center for type culture collection, with the preservation addresses: the preservation date of the university of Chinese Wuhan is: inoculating lactobacillus rhamnosus PC30-2-1 into a culture medium at 37 ℃ for 12-18h under shaking culture at 150r/min at 2022, 1 month and 17 days to obtain seed culture solution;
