S1: firstly, ginseng roots are used as raw materials and added into a stirring barrel 1 from a feeding bin 101, then purified water with the mass 8-15 times that of the raw materials is added, a motor 8 is started, the motor 8 drives a third rotating shaft 9 to rotate through a transmission mechanism 4, stirring of the ginseng roots and the purified water is realized through rotation of a stirring rod 10, a material blocking inserting plate 12 is drawn out after stirring is finished, blanking is carried out through a blanking port 11, filtering is carried out through a filtering plate 3, the non-polar resin on liquid falls onto a heat conducting plate 6, the lower column liquid and water washing liquid fall into a collecting disc 7, and the non-polar resin on liquid on the heat conducting plate 6 is purified;
s2: after the loading of the nonpolar resin on the solution is finished, washing with 2-4 times of water, resolving with 2-4 times of 60-75% ethanol, placing the resolving solution on a heat conducting plate 6, drying the resolving solution by conducting heat generated by the motor 8 through the heat conducting plate 6, and drying to obtain ginsenoside extract;
s3: and opening the valve 72, collecting the lower column liquid and the water washing liquid, adding a proper amount of protease, performing enzymolysis at 30-50 ℃ for 2-4h, and decomposing the protein in the liquid into peptide and amino acid which are easier to absorb. And subsequently, continuously clarifying the enzymolysis liquid by a 50-100nm ceramic membrane, passing through a 100-plus 5000-molecular-weight ultrafiltration membrane, controlling the pressure to be 0.1-0.2MPa, adding water with the volume being 1-2 times of the volume of the liquid, repeating for 3-6 times, finally collecting ultrafiltration membrane trapped fluid, and freeze-drying a sample to obtain the natural feed containing the ginseng source.
Meanwhile, the scheme provides that the natural feed containing the ginseng source is subjected to detection on chemical components, heavy metal content and amino acid content, and the detection results are shown in the following tables 1-3:

Grouping experiments: selecting healthy chicks with consistent varieties, consistent sexes, consistent ages in days and similar initial weights;
experimental groups: adding the prepared ginseng byproduct feed into conventional daily ration of broiler chicken according to the proportion of 10% for feeding;
control group: feeding with equivalent amount of conventional daily ration;
the experimental process comprises the following steps: cage-rearing with a rearing period of 30 days, and weighing on empty stomach in the morning of 30 days, the results are shown in the following table 4:

The ginseng lower column washing liquid is analyzed to find that the by-product contains rich ginseng polysaccharide, micromolecular polypeptide and amino acid and has the effect of promoting the growth of broiler chickens. On the other hand, as the membrane technology is utilized, most heavy metals and pesticide residues in the ginseng raw material can be effectively removed theoretically, and no burden is caused to livestock and poultry.
The process has low temperature treatment in the whole process, has no obvious energy consumption, and can furthest reserve nutrient substances such as protein, polysaccharide and the like; the original waste liquid-lower column washing liquid is developed and applied to the feed by utilizing the membrane technology, the waste is fully changed into valuable, the environment is protected, the comprehensive utilization of the product is realized, the cost is further reduced, and the method has wide development and application prospect

the motor (8), the said motor (8) is fixed to the bottom of the heat-conducting plate (6); and
and the transmission mechanism (4) is connected with the motor (8) and the third rotating shaft (9) to drive the third rotating shaft (9) to rotate when the motor (8) rotates.

The ginseng byproduct feed preparation device according to claim 3, wherein the transmission mechanism (4) comprises two first rotating shafts (41), two first bevel gears (42), two second bevel gears (43), a support sleeve (44), two second rotating shafts (45), two spools (46) and a conveyor belt (47), the first rotating shafts (42), the second bevel gears (43) and the spools (46) are respectively provided, the first rotating shafts (41) are rotatably connected to the top of the base (5), the two spools (46) are respectively and fixedly connected to the output shaft of the motor (8) and the bottom of the circumferential surface of the first rotating shaft (41), the conveyor belt (47) is rotatably connected between the circumferential surfaces of the two spools (46), the two first bevel gears (42) are respectively fixed on the upper portion of the circumferential surface of the first rotating shaft (41) and on one side of the circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft (45), and the two first bevel gears (42) are meshed with each other, the support sleeve (44) is rotatably connected to the middle part of the circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft (45), the bottom of the support sleeve (44) is fixed with the top of the stirring barrel (1), the two second bevel gears (43) are respectively fixed to the other side of the circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft (45) and the circumferential surface of the extending end of the third rotating shaft (9), and the two second bevel gears (43) are meshed with each other.

The ginseng byproduct feed preparation device, according to claim 4, characterized in that a feed opening (11) is formed in the bottom wall of the stirring barrel (1), one side of the feed opening (11) outwards penetrates through the outer surface of the stirring barrel (1), a material blocking insertion plate (12) is movably inserted into the feed opening (11), and a pull ring (121) is fixed to one side end of the material blocking insertion plate (12).
6. The ginseng byproduct feed preparation device according to claim 5, wherein a feed inlet is formed in the top of the stirring barrel (1), and a feed bin (101) is fixed at the feed inlet.
7. The ginseng byproduct feed preparation device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a funnel (14) is fixed at the bottom of the stirring barrel (1), and the bottom outlet of the funnel (14) is positioned right above the filter plate (3).

The ginseng byproduct feed preparation device according to claim 7, wherein a discharge pipe (71) is fixed on the circumferential surface of the collection tray (7), one end of the discharge pipe (71) movably penetrates through the circumferential inner wall of the collection tray (7), a valve (72) is installed on the discharge pipe (71), two inclined support rods (61) are fixed at the bottom of the heat conduction plate (6), and the bottoms of the two inclined support rods (61) are fixed at one side end of the base (5).

S1: firstly, ginseng roots are used as raw materials and added into a stirring barrel (1) from a feeding bin (101), then purified water with the mass 8-15 times that of the raw materials is added, a motor (8) is started, the motor (8) drives a third rotating shaft (9) to rotate through a transmission mechanism (4), the ginseng roots and the purified water are stirred through rotation of a stirring rod (10), a material blocking inserting plate (12) is drawn out after stirring is completed, blanking is carried out through a blanking port (11), filtering is carried out through a filtering plate (3), the on-liquid nonpolar resin falls onto a heat conducting plate (6), the lower column liquid and the washing liquid fall into a collecting disc (7), and the on-liquid nonpolar resin on the heat conducting plate (6) is purified;
s2: after the loading of the nonpolar resin on the solution is finished, washing with 2-4 times of water, then resolving with 2-4 times of 60-75% ethanol, placing the resolving solution on a heat conducting plate (6), conducting the heat generated by the motor (8) through the heat conducting plate (6) to dry the resolving solution, and obtaining the ginsenoside extract after drying;
s3: opening the valve (72), collecting the lower column liquid and the water washing liquid, adding a proper amount of protease, performing enzymolysis at 30-50 deg.C for 2-4h, and decomposing the protein in the liquid into peptide and amino acid which are absorbed more easily. And subsequently, continuously clarifying the enzymolysis liquid by a 50-100nm ceramic membrane, passing through a 100-plus 5000-molecular-weight ultrafiltration membrane, adding water with the volume of 1-2 times of that of the liquid, repeating for 3-6 times, finally collecting ultrafiltration membrane trapped liquid, and freeze-drying a sample to obtain the natural feed containing the ginseng source.
