4) feeding the donkey-hide gelatin paste obtained in the step 2) and the clear paste and dextrin obtained in the step 3) into an inner tank 3 through a feed hopper 4 in a part ratio of 2-4: 1:0.8, adding a proper amount of soluble starch, starting a driving motor 510, stirring and mixing the donkey-hide gelatin paste, the clear paste, the dextrin and the soluble starch by a stirring claw 52, starting a hot water circulating pump 74 to heat the inner tank 3 to 65 ℃ and keep the temperature for 30-50 minutes, and after the mixing is finished, feeding the raw materials out through a discharge pipe 61 and collecting the raw materials.
