背景技术
为了尤其能够在木质的框架的支柱上固定不同配件而已知的是,保持器卡箍式地夹紧在支柱上,这具有以下优点,即一方面,支柱不必被钻孔,另一方面能够实现保持器沿支柱的无级的移位。为此,已知的保持器具有两个U形的钳板,这些钳板通常从对置的侧面包围在横截面中矩形的支柱,所述钳板在其对接面上形成向外弯曲的法兰形式的连接附件,保持器的两个钳板通过连接附件借助螺钉连接,从而两个钳板在预紧情况下安置在支柱的与法兰平行的表面上。不利的是,从钳板凸出的法兰以破坏性的方式需要空间,并且保持器的钳板不能够在没有工具的情况下夹紧在支柱上。

发明内容

从上述类型的保持器出发,所述技术问题按照本发明如此解决,即,这些连接附件在其背离对接面的一侧上形成相互倾斜延伸的楔形面,并且这些连接附件分别与夹紧靴共同作用,所述夹紧靴将楔形的连接附件包围在楔形的插接容纳部中,并且两个钳板在其内侧分别具有导引接片,所述导引接片朝另一个钳板的方向突伸超出对接面并且嵌入另一个钳板的导引槽中。
基于这些设计条件,在两个钳板围绕支柱合拢后,只需要将夹紧靴移动到两个钳板的楔形的连接附件上,以便通过夹紧靴的楔形的插接容纳部相向地拉动两个钳板,并且将钳板夹紧式地固定在支柱上。夹紧靴在此可以具有很小的结构深度,因为只需要将钳板的楔形的连接附件安置在夹紧靴的楔形的插接容纳部中。
为了将两个钳板相互沿支柱的纵向固定在其包围支柱的位置中,两个钳板相互可横向于支柱纵向移动地导引,即,借助朝另一个钳板突伸超出对接面的并且嵌入另一个钳板的导引槽中的导引接片导引,从而两个钳板在合拢时相互自动对准,并且即使在夹紧靴移动时也保持在该对准位置中。
所述夹紧靴的楔形的插接容纳部构成侧凹的导引槽,楔形的连接附件形状接合地嵌入该导引槽中,由此产生特别简单的操作条件,因为在这种情况下通过钳板的连接附件与夹紧靴的侧凹的导引槽之间的形状接合,阻止夹紧靴横向于支柱松开。
所述夹紧靴具有与楔形的连接附件的卡止齿部共同作用的、弹性的卡止舌片,由此夹紧靴相对于钳板的楔形连接附件的相应位置可以通过卡止齿部固定。嵌入卡止齿部中的弹性的卡止舌片防止夹紧靴与夹紧靴的插入方向相反地从钳板的楔形的连接附件拉出。
因为通常木质支柱的通常对机械应力敏感的表面不应受到由保持器导致的损伤风险,所以两个钳板在其朝向支柱的内侧设有摩擦衬片。通过相应的摩擦衬片明显改进支柱与钳板之间的摩擦接合并且同时保护支柱表面。
配件可以支撑或固定在钳板上。然而,如果两个夹紧靴中的至少一个夹紧靴是待固定在支柱上的结构元件的一部分,则针对一些配件产生特别简单的固定条件。通过至少一个夹紧靴的负载转移还具有以下优点,即当重量负载沿夹紧靴的插入方向作用到支柱的楔形的连接附件上时,夹紧靴的重量负载可以用于稳定或增大钳板和支柱之间的夹紧力。

根据本发明的保持器具有两个包围方形的、优选木质的支柱1的U形的钳板2,钳板在其相互对置的形成对接面3的端部上设有连接附件4。这些成对地彼此对置的连接附件4在其背离对接面3的一侧成形出彼此倾斜延伸的楔形面5,这例如尤其可以从图3得到。

Claims (5)

4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,两个钳板(2)在其朝向支柱(1)的内侧设有摩擦衬片(13)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,两个夹紧靴(8)中的至少一个夹紧靴是待固定在支柱(1)上的结构元件的一部分。
