Abstract

本发明涉及一种板材封边结构及封边方法,其中板材封边结构,包括板材本体,该板材本体包括填充物和连接在该填充物顶部和底部的装饰板,所述板材本体的外周包覆有一圈金属带材,该金属带材的宽度方向与所述板材本体的厚度方向一致;且所述金属带材内壁与所述板材本体的外壁胶接。本发明的板材封边结构,使用金属带材胶接在板材本体的外周,这种封边工艺制程简单,生产成本较低,适用性强,能生产各种不规则外形的板材;且成形的板材外形美观,六面无焊点。

一种板材封边结构及封边方法
技术领域
本发明涉及板材封边工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种板材封边结构及封边方法。
背景技术
现有的需要封边的板件,通常加工效率较低,难以实现自动化生产,如以铝材为基材,采用铝制装饰条或蜂窝板折边封边,或以不锈钢为基材,采用折弯或焊接封边,采用以上的封边方式,成品边缘处不可避免的会出现明显的焊点和拼缝,影响美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种板材封边结构,在封边完成后,成品边缘处没有焊点;本发明要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种板材封边结构的封边方法,以使得成品的封边更加美观。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明提供的一种板材封边结构,包括板材本体,该板材本体包括填充物和连接在该填充物顶部和底部的装饰板,所述板材本体的外周包覆有一圈金属带材,该金属带材的宽度方向与所述板材本体的厚度方向一致;且所述金属带材内壁与所述板材本体的外壁胶接。
本发明的板材封边结构,使用金属带材胶接在板材本体的外周,这种封边工艺制程简单,生产成本较低,适用性强,能生产各种不规则外形的板材;且成形的板材外形美观,六面无焊点。
优选地,所述板材本体的厚度方向的棱边处设置有圆角或倒角。圆角或倒角的过渡设计,可以减小金属带材自身的回弹力,使得金属带材与板材本体更加贴合。
优选地,所述装饰板与所述填充物胶接。
优选地,所述金属带材的宽度与所述板材本体的厚度一致。
优选地,所述装饰板的边界和所述填充物的边界齐平。
优选地,所述金属带材与所述板材本体通过双面胶连接。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明提供的一种板材封边结构的封边方法,包括如下步骤:板材本体胶接步骤:将两块所述装饰板分别通过双面胶粘接在所述填充物的顶部和底部;封边步骤:在所述金属带材的内周或所述板材本体的外周粘接第一双面胶带,并选取所述板材本体外周任意一点为基点,将所述金属带材围绕所述板材本体缠绕一周,使得所述金属带材胶接在所述板材本体的外周。
本发明中,将第一双面胶带粘贴在金属带材的内周,可以组成金属胶带,便于与板材本体连接,这种工艺过程更加简单可靠,使得成品的封边更加美观。
优选地,在所述板材本体胶接步骤之前还包括如下步骤:预处理步骤:使用宽度大于所述板材本体厚度的第二双面胶带围绕所述板材本体缠绕一周,且保持所述第二双面胶带的宽度方向与所述板材本体的厚度方向一致,再将所述第二双面胶带伸出所述板材本体的顶部和底部的部分分别粘接在所述板材本体的顶部和底部。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例提供了一种板材封边结构,包括板材本体,该板材本体包括填充物1和胶接在该填充物1顶部和底部的装饰板2,且装饰板2的边界和填充物1的边界齐平。板材本体的外周包覆有一圈金属带材3,该金属带材3的宽度方向与板材本体的厚度方向一致,且金属带材3的宽度与板材本体的厚度相等。上述金属带材3的内壁与板材本体的外壁通过双面胶胶接。
本实施例中,填充物1可以为铝蜂窝板、木塑板、竹纤维板等,装饰板2可以为金属板、木板等,且该装饰板2与填充物1通过双面胶连接。
进一步地,为了减小金属带材3自身的回弹力,本实施例的板材本体的厚度方向的棱边处均设置有圆角或倒角。
上述板材封边结构的封边方法如下:
板材本体胶接步骤:将两块装饰板2分别通过双面胶粘接在填充物1的顶部和底部;
封边步骤:在金属带材3的内周粘接第一双面胶带31,撕下第一双面胶带31的离型纸,并选取板材本体外周任意一点为基点,将金属带材3围绕板材本体缠绕一周,使得金属带材3胶接在板材本体的外周。
在上述封边步骤中,也可以将第一双面胶带31粘接在板材本体的厚度方向的外周。
此外,对于填充物1的厚度方向的侧边没有足够面积的固定面的情况下(如填充物1为蜂窝板的情况),在板材本体胶接步骤之前还包括预处理步骤:使用宽度大于板材本体厚度的第二双面胶带11围绕板材本体缠绕一周,且保持第二双面胶带11的宽度方向与板材本体的厚度方向一致,再将第二双面胶带11伸出板材本体的顶部和底部的部分分别粘接在板材本体的顶部和底部。则预先采用第二双面胶带11包裹在板材本体的外周,可以增加后期第一双面胶带31与板材本体的接触面积,以使得金属带材3与板材本体的连接更加牢固。

1.一种板材封边结构,包括板材本体,该板材本体包括填充物和连接在该填充物顶部和底部的装饰板,其特征在于:
所述板材本体的外周包覆有一圈金属带材,该金属带材的宽度方向与所述板材本体的厚度方向一致;
且所述金属带材内壁与所述板材本体的外壁胶接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构,其特征在于:
所述板材本体的厚度方向的棱边处设置有圆角或倒角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构,其特征在于:
所述装饰板与所述填充物胶接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构,其特征在于:
所述金属带材的宽度与所述板材本体的厚度一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构,其特征在于:
所述装饰板的边界和所述填充物的边界齐平。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构,其特征在于:
所述金属带材与所述板材本体通过双面胶连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材封边结构的封边方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
板材本体胶接步骤:将两块所述装饰板分别通过双面胶粘接在所述填充物的顶部和底部;
封边步骤:在所述金属带材的内周或所述板材本体的外周粘接第一双面胶带,并选取所述板材本体外周任意一点为基点,将所述金属带材围绕所述板材本体缠绕一周,使得所述金属带材胶接在所述板材本体的外周。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种板材封边结构的封边方法,其特征在于,在所述板材本体胶接步骤之前还包括如下步骤:
