In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the outer link plate 127 of the link fixedly connected to the mounting plate 119 is provided with a wing plate 121, and the wing plate 121 is integrally formed with the outer link plate 127. In this embodiment, the plate surface of the wing 121 is attached to the plate surface of the mounting plate 119, and the wing 121 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 119 by a fastener 123, for example, the wing 121 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 119 by bolts and nuts.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the supporting mechanism further includes a supporting plate 120, the supporting plate 120 is located above the mounting plate 119, and a positioning member is disposed between the supporting plate 120 and the mounting plate 119, and the positioning member is used to fix the supporting plate 120 on the mounting plate 119.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the support plate 120 is connected to the mounting plate 119 by a bearing 124, and the support plate 120 can rotate relative to the mounting plate 119.
Through setting up the setting element, can prevent that bearing board 120 from rotating at will to guarantee the quality of polishing.
In one embodiment, the positioning element is a spring plunger 122, the spring plunger 122 is mounted on the upper surface of the mounting plate 119, and the lower surface of the support plate 120 is provided with a positioning slot for receiving the balls of the spring plunger 122.
When the support plate 120 rotates, the groove wall of the positioning groove can press the ball downward, so that the ball is separated from the positioning groove, and the support plate 120 and the wheel 100 are ensured to turn over together.
In this embodiment, the number of the positioning grooves is two, and the two positioning grooves are arranged at two ends of the diameter along the radial direction of the bearing 124. Accordingly, the number of the spring plungers 122 is also two. When the bearing plate 120 and the wheel 100 are turned 180 degrees, the ball at the same position is just limited in the other positioning groove.
It should be noted that the spring plunger 122 is prior art, and the structure thereof will not be described in detail.

Claims (8)

1. The polishing device for the workpiece with the round hole is characterized by comprising a supporting mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a turnover mechanism, wherein the supporting mechanism is used for placing the workpiece with the round hole, and the rotating mechanism can be in transmission connection with the supporting mechanism so as to enable the workpiece with the round hole to rotate around the axis of the round hole; the turnover mechanism is configured to drive the supporting mechanism to turn over a set angle when the rotating mechanism is separated from the supporting mechanism; the set angle is 180 degrees;
the first telescopic device is connected with the rotating mechanism so as to enable the rotating mechanism to be connected with the supporting mechanism or enable the rotating mechanism to be separated from the supporting mechanism;
the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting wheel and a first transmission piece, the supporting wheel is used for placing the workpiece with the round hole, the first transmission piece is fixedly connected with the supporting wheel, the rotating mechanism comprises a rotary driving mechanism and a second transmission piece, the rotary driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the second transmission piece, and the second transmission piece can be in transmission connection with the first transmission piece, so that the supporting wheel drives the workpiece with the round hole to rotate around the axis of the round hole;
the first transmission part comprises a first gear, the second transmission part comprises a second gear, a driving chain wheel, a driven chain wheel and a transmission chain, the first gear is meshed with the second gear, the rotary driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the driving chain wheel, the driven chain wheel is in transmission connection with the driving chain wheel through the transmission chain, and the second gear is in coaxial fixed connection with the driven chain wheel.
2. The grinding device for the workpiece with the round hole as recited in claim 1, further comprising a frame, wherein one end of the first telescopic device is hinged with the frame, and the other end of the first telescopic device is hinged with the rotating mechanism.

The polishing device for the workpiece with the circular hole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism further comprises a frame and a turnover driving mechanism, the frame is provided with a containing space for containing the supporting mechanism, and the turnover driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the frame to drive the supporting mechanism located in the containing space to turn over for a set angle.
4. A sanding device for round hole workpieces as defined in claim 1, further comprising a dust extraction device and a second expansion device, said second expansion device being connected to a suction nozzle of said dust extraction device so that said suction nozzle is opposite said round hole.

The grinding device for the workpiece with the round hole as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a conveyor and a mounting part, wherein the mounting part is fixedly connected with a traction part of the conveyor, and the supporting mechanism is rotatably connected with the mounting part.

A grinding device for workpieces with round holes according to claim 5, characterized in that the mounting part is provided with a guide roller, the conveyor is provided with a guide rail, the length direction of the guide rail is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveyor, and the guide roller rolls along the length direction of the guide rail.
7. A grinding device for round hole workpieces as recited in claim 5, characterized in that the conveyor is a chain conveyor, and the traction member is a chain; the installation department includes the mounting panel, the mounting panel with chain fixed connection.

The polishing device for the workpiece with the circular hole as claimed in claim 7, wherein the supporting mechanism further comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is located above the mounting plate, a positioning member is arranged between the supporting plate and the mounting plate, and the positioning member is used for fixing the supporting plate on the mounting plate.
