The reinforcing steel bar mesh manufacturing device is characterized by comprising a support (8), a reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2) and a reinforcing steel bar fixing cover plate (3), wherein the reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2) is arranged on the support (8) and used for placing transverse reinforcing steel bars and longitudinal reinforcing steel bars of a reinforcing steel bar mesh (1), the reinforcing steel bar fixing cover plate (3) is arranged above the reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2), and a reinforcing steel bar mesh overturning mechanism (4) is arranged at one end of the reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2);
the reinforcing steel bar net turnover mechanism (4) comprises limiting rods (401) arranged on two sides of a reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2) and a limiting rod driving unit for turning over the limiting rods (401), the limiting rods (401) are arranged close to two sides of the reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2), the lengths of the limiting rods (401) and the reinforcing steel bar fixing base (2) are equal, and the two limiting rods (401) clamp the end parts of reinforcing steel bar net pieces (1) respectively;

horizontal limiting plates are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (402), and a limiting groove (11) corresponding to the limiting plate in shape is formed in the limiting rod fixing end (408).

The device for manufacturing the steel mesh according to claim 1, wherein the steel bar fixing base (2) is horizontally arranged, a cover fixing end (301) is fixedly arranged at an end of the steel bar fixing cover plate (3) far away from the limiting rod driving unit, a cover rotating shaft is fixedly arranged inside the cover fixing end (301), the cover rotating shaft is driven by a cover rotating shaft driving motor (303), and the cover rotating shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the cover rotating shaft driving motor (303).

The reinforcing mesh piece manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of transverse reinforcing bar clamping grooves (5) matched with transverse reinforcing bars of the reinforcing mesh piece (1) are formed in the upper surface of the reinforcing fixing base (2), a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing bar clamping grooves (6) matched with longitudinal reinforcing bars of the reinforcing mesh piece (1) are formed in one surface, attached to the reinforcing fixing base (2), of the reinforcing fixing cover plate (3), and the transverse reinforcing bar clamping grooves (5) and the longitudinal reinforcing bar clamping grooves (6) are in a cross shape.

The mesh reinforcement manufacturing device according to claim 4, wherein the intersection points of the transverse reinforcements and the longitudinal reinforcements of the mesh reinforcement (1) placed on the reinforcement fixing base (2) are longitudinal and transverse reinforcement binding points, and a plurality of working grooves (7) are formed in the reinforcement fixing base (2) at positions corresponding to the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement binding points.

A mesh reinforcement manufacturing device according to claim 5, wherein the width of the reinforcement fixing base (2) is larger than the distance between two longitudinal and transverse reinforcement binding points at the two side ends of the transverse reinforcement, and the width of the reinforcement fixing base (2) is smaller than the length of the transverse reinforcement.
7. The mesh reinforcement manufacturing device of claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the limiting rods (401) is provided with a plurality of inclined baffles (409) which are linearly arranged, and the inclined baffles (409) on the two limiting rods (401) are inclined in opposite directions.

The reinforcing mesh manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing mesh collection box (9) is further arranged on one side of the limiting rod driving unit, the reinforcing mesh (1) is tiled in the reinforcing mesh collection box (9), and a plurality of limiting columns (10) are arranged at the bottom of the reinforcing mesh collection box (9);
