技术领域
本发明属于催化工程技术领域,具体涉及一种钛-氧材料的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
环境污染和能源危机是阻碍科技发展的关键问题;光催化技术是解决上述问题的有效途径之一,开发高效、经济的光催化剂至关重要。
二氧化钛(TiO2)是一种半导体材料,具有光电化学稳定性好、环境友好、生物相容性好、成本低和氧化还原能力高等优点,因此在光电、生物医学和光催化等领域具备巨大的应用潜力,在过去的几十年里受到了研究者广泛的关注。
在TiO2纳米材料中引入缺陷可有效拓宽其光吸收范围,并提高其光生载流子的分离效率。在已发现的缺陷中,氧空位的含量及分布对TiO2光催化性能的影响至关重要。一般认为,表面和次表面的缺陷能充当催化反应的活性位点,对半导体材料的光催化性能有促进作用;然而,表面缺陷尤其是氧空位极易被空气和溶液中的氧化性物质(例如氧气)氧化,形成光腐蚀,进而大大降低光催化剂的稳定性。与之相反,体相氧空位则通常扮演光生载流子复合中心的角色,若浓度过高,会抑制半导体材料的光催化性能。
传统技术中,制备氧空位型半导体材料的方法主要有高温高压纯氢气还原法、置换反应法、激光合成法。上述方法,一方面对设备要求高,制备过程成本高,存在一定的安全隐患,易引入难以消除的杂质元素;另一方面,氧空位的含量及分布难以控制。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种钛-氧材料的制备方法,由于依次进行了带电粒子辐照和γ射线辐照,因此氧空位分布在钛-氧材料的体相和表面,从而可提升所得钛-氧材料的催化活性,且不会引入复杂杂质。
本发明还提出一种由上述制备方法制备的钛-氧材料。
本发明还提出一种包含上述钛-氧材料的催化剂。
本发明还提出一种上述催化剂在光催化中的应用。
根据本发明的一个方面,提出了一种钛-氧材料的制备方法,包括:
在无氧的环境中,依次采用带电粒子和γ射线辐照制备原料;
所述制备原料包括钛氧化合物和自由基淬灭剂。
根据本发明的一种优选的实施方式,至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的制备方法中,带电粒子具有电离能力强、穿透力弱的特点,因此辐照过程中可在钛氧化合物表面产生氧空位,γ射线具有电离能力弱、穿透力强的特点,因此辐照过程中可在钛氧化合物体相中产生氧空位;
因此,本发明采用不同种类辐射源进行组合辐照,可以得到氧空位分布范围可调的钛-氧材料;通过调整两次辐照的剂量,还可获得氧空位分布及含量可调的钛-氧材料;调节更加灵活,解决了传统技术中,氧空位分布、含量不可调的问题;
表面氧空位和体相氧空位相互协调,克服了单纯的表面氧空位易腐蚀及单纯体相氧空位抑制半导体材料光催化性能的问题,整体提升了所得钛-氧材料的光催化性能。
(2)由于钛氧化合物表面产生氧空位后会产生晶相无序,所以产生表面氧空位后更易产生体相氧空位,因此发明中带电粒子辐照在产生表面氧空位的基础上,还对体相氧空位的产生起到了促进作用。
(3)本发明提供的制备方法,还具有安全可靠性高、对设备要求低、试剂易得、工艺流程简单、易于推广、不引入复杂试剂等优点,解决了传统技术中易存在安全隐患、对设备要求高、工艺工程复杂、制备过程中会引入难以消除的杂质元素的问题。
(4)通过本发明制备方法制备得到的钛-氧材料,光催化降解活性高于相关技术制备的同类材料,也高于仅采用一种辐照处理所得的钛-氧材料。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述带电粒子包括正电子、负电子(β粒子)、质子和重离子中的至少一种。

本发明提供的钛-氧材料中,由于氧空位不仅仅分布在表面/次表面,因此可具有长时间、高活性的光催化性能,进一步的可应用于光催化分解微生物以及难降解有机物,催化活性显著高于同类产品。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述应用,包括光催化分解微生物和难降解有机物中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述难降解有机物包括抗生素、染料和苯酚中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述染料包括罗丹明。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述抗生素包括四环素。
若无特殊说明,本发明中的“约”表示误差范围为±2%,例如“约为100kGy”,实际表示的含义是:“在98~102kGy之间”。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例制备了一种钛-氧材料,具体过程为:
A1.称取0.2g TiO2(10~25nm)放入40ml乙醇体积比为70%的乙醇-水混合物中,超声30min;
A2.向步骤A1所得混合物中通N2,以排除其中溶有的氧气后,密封;
A3.将步骤A2所得混合物放入β射线辐射场中,接受剂量为60.6kGy的辐照;
A4.将步骤A3所得混合物放入γ射线辐射场,接受剂量为30.6kGy的辐照;
A5.用乙醇和去离子水反复清洗步骤A4所得固体产物,真空干燥,即得钛-氧材料。实施例2~4以及对比例1~6分别制备了一种钛-氧材料,具体与实施例1的区别为:步骤A3~A4所用辐射场种类以及接受的辐照剂量不同,具体如表1所示。

表1中空白处,表示该步骤未进行。
试验例1
本试验例首先对实施例制备过程中样品的颜色进行了观察,发现在实施例1~4中,步骤A2所得混合物的颜色为乳白色,步骤A4所得混合物的颜色变黑,说明两次辐照使二氧化钛发生了变化(产生了氧空位),光吸收波长范围变宽,对可见光有强烈的吸收,进而导致混合物颜色变深。
本试验例还测试了实施例1~2所得钛-氧材料的透射电镜图,测试结果如图1~2所示。图中显示,实施例1~2所得钛-氧材料的晶格会被部分破坏,出现部分褶皱和破碎,这进一步佐证了氧空位的引入。其他实施例所得钛-氧材料的透射电镜图与图1~2相似。
本试验例还测试了实施例1所用二氧化钛原料(未辐照)、步骤A3所得固体材料(β射线)和A4所得固体材料(β射线+γ射线)的EPR(电子顺磁共振),其中步骤A3所得材料的EPR图谱如图3所示,其中显示了氧空位对应的特征峰(Ov),对应的g=2.0020,说明经过β射线辐照产生的氧空位主要集中在表面;步骤A4所得材料的EPR图谱如图4所示,其中氧特征峰的g=1.9986,说明经过β及γ射线辐照组合产生的氧空位分布在表面及体相。其他实施例对应的EPR图谱与实施例1相似。
试验例2
本试验例测试了实施例和对比例所得钛-氧材料的光催化性能,具体测试方法为:
B1.取20mg实施例或对比例所得的钛-氧材料加入到50mL浓度为10mg/L苯酚溶液中;超声分散10min并且在无光照条件下持续搅拌1h,以便达到吸附-解析平衡;容器为100mL的石英反应容器;
B2.搅拌状态下,采用300W的氙灯模拟太阳光的光源(装备有420nm的滤光片,以得到波长大于420nm的可见光)照射步骤B1所得混合物;氙灯距样品为20cm,光强为412.33mw·cm-2;
B3.每隔特定的时间取一次样(每小时1次),离心分离出固体钛-氧材料,得到上清液;使用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC,Zorbax),SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40,v/v),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为270nm测定苯酚浓度。
实施例1~2以及对比例1~3所得钛-氧材料对苯酚的催化性能结果如图5所示,实施例3~4以及对比例4~6所得钛-氧材料对苯酚的催化性能结果如图6所示。
结果显示,相较于未进行辐照的二氧化钛原料,对比例1~6所得钛-氧材料经单一种类射线辐照后,或在表面,或在内部产生了氧空位,因此光催化性能明显提升,但是由于其氧空位的分布不可调整,分布位置较为单一,因此光催化性能明显劣于本发明实施例1~4所得钛-氧材料,这是因为由于引入氧空位后,形成了中间能级,反应活性位点增多,所以钛-氧材料的光催化性能增强,在可见光下,降解苯酚的速率增强,同时多种分布位置的氧空位相互协同,进一步提升了其对苯酚的降解速率。具体的,360min催化后,各体系中C(被催化分解物质的浓度)与C0(催化分解前苯酚的原始浓度)的比值罗列如下:实施例1是0.05497,实施例2是0.2198,实施例3是0.3123,实施例4是0.3756。
本试验例的第二方面,还测试了实施例1~2以及对比例1~3所得钛-氧材料放置(干燥状态)一段时间后对苯酚的光催化降解性能,具体测试催化分解6h后的苯酚去除率;测试结果如图7所示。结果显示带电粒子和γ射线联合使用获得的钛-氧材料的光催化降解性能没有明显的降低,但是单独采用β射线或α离子射线辐照处理的光催化剂,光催化降解苯酚的性能随放置时间的增长明显降低,进一步验证了表面氧空位容易被空气中的氧腐蚀,光电性能明显降低,需与体相氧空位相互配合,方能充分提升其光催化的活性和稳定性。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
Claims (11)
1.一种钛-氧材料在光催化降解苯酚中的应用,其特征在于,所述钛-氧材料的制备方法包括:
在无氧的环境中,依次采用带电粒子和γ射线辐照制备原料;所述带电粒子包括β粒子和α粒子中的至少一种;所述带电粒子的辐照剂量为10-80kGy;所述γ射线的辐照剂量为5~50kGy;
所述制备原料包括钛氧化合物和自由基淬灭剂;所述钛氧化合物的化学式为TiO2-x,其中x的范围是0~0.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述带电粒子和γ射线的辐照剂量之和为15~130kGy。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述钛氧化合物的粒径≤200nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述自由基淬灭剂为醇-水混合物和酸-水混合物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述醇-水混合物中醇的种类包括甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇和乙二醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述醇-水混合物中醇的体积百分比为5~90%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述酸-水混合物中酸的种类包括甲酸和水杨酸中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述酸-水混合物中酸的体积百分比为5~90%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述钛氧化合物与所述自由基淬灭剂的质量比为(0.1~10):100。
10.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,无氧环境,营造方法为通入惰性气体。
11.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括在所述γ射线辐照后,清洗并干燥所得固体。
