The wet cleaning device further comprises a cleaning liquid supply system. The cleaning liquid supply system comprises a clean water tank 2 for storing cleaning liquid and a fluid distributor 9 for supplying cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned. The fresh water tank 2 is mounted in a fresh water tank-receiving chamber 111 defined by the housing 1. The fluid dispenser 9 may be a water pump, and the fluid dispenser 9 may be other structures capable of performing a dispensing function, not limited to electric or manual operation. In this embodiment, the fluid distributor 9 is an electromagnetic pump, and the electromagnetic pump is installed in the water pump accommodating chamber 114 defined by the housing 1. The wet cleaning apparatus further comprises a soil recovery system. The waste recovery system comprises a waste tank 3 for recovering waste, a fan 4 for generating an air flow and a suction duct 5. The suction duct 5 comprises an air inlet 51 and an air outlet 52, the air outlet 52 being in communication with a blower inlet 451 of the blower 4, the air inlet 51 being connectable to an accessory (not shown) or being directly usable for cleaning a surface to be cleaned. The wastewater tank 3 is installed in a wastewater tank accommodating chamber 112 defined by the housing 1. The waste water tank 3 is disposed between the air inlet 51 and the air outlet 52 of the suction duct 5. An air inlet pipe 32 and an air outlet pipe 33 are arranged in the sewage tank 3, the gas-liquid mixture enters the sewage tank 3 through the air inlet pipe 32, then gas-liquid separation is carried out, liquid is collected to the bottom of the sewage tank 3, and air is discharged from the air outlet pipe 33.
The fan 4 is disposed in the fan accommodating chamber 113 for generating an air flow flowing along the suction duct 5, and the air flow enters the suction duct 5 from the air inlet 51 and is discharged from the air outlet 52 of the suction duct 5. The fan 4 comprises a motor 41 and an impeller 42 connected with the motor 41, an inner fan cover 43 is arranged on the periphery of the motor 41, the inner fan cover 43 comprises an inner fan cover peripheral wall 432 and an inner fan cover top wall 431, an impeller cover 45 is arranged on the outer side of the impeller 42 in a covering mode, and a fan air inlet 451 and a fan air outlet 452 are formed in the impeller cover 45.
Since the sucked air contains a large amount of water vapor, in order to protect the fan 4, the fan 4 is provided with the double-air-duct fan 4, that is, the fan 4 comprises a main air duct 47 and a fan cooling air duct 48 which are isolated from each other. The main duct 47 enters from the fan inlet 451 and exits from the fan outlet 452. The wind of the fan cooling air duct 48 is used to cool the inside of the motor 41. The fan cooling air duct 48 includes an outer fan cooling air duct 481 and an inner fan cooling air duct 482, the outer fan cooling air duct 481 is communicated with outside air, and the inner fan cooling air duct 482 includes a cooling air duct air outlet 4821 and a cooling air duct air inlet 4822. In this embodiment, the cooling air duct outlet 4821 is disposed on the inner shroud peripheral wall 432, and the cooling air duct inlet 4822 is disposed on the inner shroud top wall 431. A cooling impeller 49 is provided in the fan 4 for generating a cooling air flow circulating along the fan cooling air duct 48.
In operation of the wet cleaning device, cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned, and then the fan 4 is activated to generate a suction air flow which draws the liquid with dirt together with air into the waste water tank 3 between the air inlet 51 and the air outlet 52 via the attachment suction air flow connected to the air inlet 51. The sewage tank 3 has a gas-liquid separating device 31 for separating gas and liquid, most of the liquid is retained in the sewage tank 3, and the gas after gas-liquid separation enters the fan 4 through the fan inlet 451 and is discharged to the outside of the wet cleaning device through the fan outlet 452.
Referring to fig. 6-8, and also to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment discloses a sump tank 3 for containing dirt, the sump tank 3 comprising an inlet pipe 32, an outlet pipe 33, and a gas-liquid separation device 31 at an outlet 321 of the inlet pipe. The gas-liquid separation device is used for gas-liquid separation of the fluid flowing out from the outlet 321 of the inlet pipe. The outlet 321 of the inlet pipe may face any direction, and it is only necessary to dispose the gas-liquid separation device at the outlet. The gas-liquid separation device includes a body 311 and a plurality of liquid guides 312 provided in the body 311. A plurality of liquid guides 312 are arranged at intervals at the outlet 321 of the air inlet tube. The liquid guide 312 serves to collect and guide the liquid toward the bottom of the wastewater tank 3. The gas outlet 313 is disposed between two adjacent liquid guides 312. The number of the gas outlets 313 is at least one. Wherein the bottom end of the liquid guiding part 312 is lower than the top end of the gas outlet 313 in the gravity direction. Specifically, after the water-air mixture is discharged through the outlet 321 of the air inlet pipe, most of the water mist and water drops collide with the liquid guiding part 312, are reduced in speed due to the wall attachment characteristic, are collected together and flow downwards along the inner wall of the liquid guiding part 312 along the air flow direction and under the influence of gravity, and because the top end of the air outlet 313 is higher than the bottom end of the liquid guiding part 312, part of the air can be separated from the liquid from the air outlet 313 at the first time, so that the gas-liquid separation is realized.
In order to improve the liquid collecting capability of the liquid guiding portion 312, the liquid guiding portion 312 includes two collecting sidewalls 3122 connected at a predetermined angle, and a liquid flow passage 3121 for flowing liquid is defined between the two collecting sidewalls 3122. The liquid flow passage 3121 can collect the liquid more rapidly, leaving the liquid guiding portion 312 quickly. The collecting side wall 3122 includes oppositely disposed long sides 3133 and short sides 3134 extending substantially in the direction of liquid flow; wherein the long sides 3133 of two adjacent collecting side walls 3122 are connected to the long side 3133 and the short sides 3134 of two adjacent collecting side walls 3122 are connected to the short side 3134. With this structure, the gas outlet 313 may be formed between the two liquid guides 312. Specifically, the liquid guiding portion 312 extends downward and outward relative to the body 311, so that the liquid can move downward under the action of gravity and can be attached to the inner wall of the liquid guiding portion 312 under the action of the pressure of the gas to accelerate the downward movement. The long side 3133 and the short side 3134 are close to each other at the body 311 so that the entire liquid guiding portion 312 has a parabolic shape. Further, the cross-sectional area of the liquid flow passage 3121 is gradually reduced in the liquid flow direction, which facilitates rapid separation of the liquid from the liquid flow passage 3121.
In a preferred embodiment, the liquid guiding portion 312 is V-shaped, so that the liquid is gradually gathered during the downward movement, the downward speed of the water flow is accelerated, and further, the gas outlet 313 is inverted V-shaped and is matched with the liquid guiding portion 312.
When the outlet 321 of the air inlet pipe faces the side, the body 311 may be a part of the air inlet pipe 32, and the plurality of liquid guiding parts 312 are disposed on the air inlet pipe 32. The body 311 may also be mounted with a plurality of liquid guides 312 or integrally formed therewith and then mounted to the outlet 321 of the air inlet pipe.
When the outlet 321 of the inlet pipe is directed upward, the body 311 defines an inverted cavity 3111 that opens toward the outlet 321 of the inlet pipe, and the gas-liquid separator is housed vertically above the outlet 321 of the inlet pipe. The inverted cavity 3111 is positioned above the outlet 321 of the air inlet conduit, and it will be appreciated that the body 311 is in the form of an inverted bowl that fits over the outlet, with a plurality of liquid deflectors 312 spaced at least partially around the opening of the inverted cavity 3111. The inverted cavity 3111 is used for collecting fluid from the outlet, wherein most of the water mist and water droplets collide with the inner wall of the inverted cavity 3111, are reduced in speed and then are collected together and flow downwards along the inner wall of the liquid guiding portion 312 under the influence of the airflow direction and gravity due to the wall attachment characteristic, and the liquid automatically collects in the liquid flow channel 3121 limited by the liquid guiding portion 312 under the influence of the wind pressure from inside to outside of the airflow, and accelerates downwards according to the path planned by the liquid flow channel 3121 until the liquid flows back to a plurality of liquid backflow portions separated from the gas-liquid separation device, and falls into the bottom of the sewage tank 3. Under the influence of the negative pressure, part of the gas flows out of the body 311 from top to bottom under the constraint of the body 311 and flows out of an inverted V-shaped gas outlet 313 formed among the liquid guiding parts 312; part of the gas and the water flow in the liquid guiding part 312 flow in the same direction as the liquid to accelerate the downward speed of the water flow, so that the gas and the water flow are ensured to be quickly separated from the collecting part of the water collecting device in the process and reach the bottom of the sewage tank 3, and then the gas separated from the liquid flows upwards to the upper side of the sewage tank 3 under the action of negative pressure and is discharged out of the sewage tank 3 through the exhaust pipe 33.
In one embodiment, the plurality of liquid guides 312 may be evenly spaced along the outlet 321 of the air inlet conduit, i.e. around the outlet 321 of the air inlet conduit. In other embodiments, the plurality of liquid deflectors 312 are also spaced around the outlet of the air inlet, but partially around the outlet 321 of the air inlet pipe, and need not be around the outlet.
In a further embodiment, the top end of the gas outlet 313 is lower than the bottom end of the outlet 321 of the gas inlet pipe, so that the liquid can be quickly attached to the inner wall of the body 311 and/or the liquid guiding part by using the pressure of the gas, the liquid can be effectively collected to the liquid guiding part 312 and then separated from the gas and the liquid,
the invention also provides a surface cleaning apparatus comprising a dirt recovery system comprising a sump 3 for recovering dirt, a fan 4 for generating an air flow and a suction duct 5 in any of the embodiments described above.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, and also to fig. 1-5, in a further embodiment, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, a user will generally add a quantity of cleaning solution to clean water tank 2, and spray the cleaning solution with the cleaning solution onto the surface to be cleaned, so as to effectively remove the dirt from the surface to be cleaned. In the present embodiment, the fan 4 is a wet and dry motor 41, and includes a main air duct 47 and a fan cooling air duct 48, the main air duct 47 is mainly used for generating suction, and the main function of the fan cooling air duct 48 is to cool the motor 41 portion of the fan 4. The fan cooling duct 48, including the fan outer cooling duct 481 and the fan outer cooling duct 481, is at least partially defined by the housing 1. The fan 4 is used to generate an air flow. The inside of the fan 4 defines an in-fan cooling air duct 482. The out-fan cooling air duct 481 and the in-fan cooling air duct 482 are in fluid communication to form a fan 4 cooling channel to cool the fan 4. A cartridge receiving chamber 122 defined by the housing 1 of the wet cleaning apparatus for receiving a cartridge 124. Storage box 124 stores a detergent such as a cleaning liquid, and a user can directly take out the detergent from storage box 124 and put it into clean water tank 2 when using the apparatus. This arrangement may be more user friendly. Further, the outer cooling air duct 481 of the fan and the storage box accommodating cavity 122 have an overlapping portion, that is, the outer cooling air duct 481 of the fan and the storage box accommodating cavity 122 are at least partially overlapped, so that the occupied volume of the storage box accommodating cavity 122 can be effectively reduced, and the volume of the whole equipment is further reduced.
Further, the fan outside cooling air duct 481 includes a fan front cooling air duct 4811 and a fan rear cooling air duct 4812. The pre-fan cooling air duct 4811 is a passage through which air flows from outside the housing 1 into the housing 1 to the front of the fan 4. The after-fan cooling air duct 4812 refers to a passage between the cooling air discharged from the fan 4 and discharged to the outside of the housing 1. The front cooling air duct 4811, the inner cooling air duct 482 and the rear cooling air duct 4812 are connected in sequence to form a complete cooling air duct 48. The storage box 124 at least partially overlaps the fan front cooling air duct 4811. Further, the storage box 124 may be completely disposed within the pre-fan cooling air duct 4811. Therefore, the two devices share one space, and the volume is reduced, and meanwhile, the cost of the device is effectively reduced.
The housing 1 is provided with a fan accommodating chamber 113 for accommodating the fan 4, and at least a part of the fan front cooling air duct 4811 is disposed above the fan accommodating chamber 113. The storage box 124 is disposed above the blower receiving chamber 113. This has the advantage of locating the storage box 124 as close to the top of the apparatus as possible for easy access by the user. Further, a receiving box 124 may be placed between the blower receiving cavity 113 and the handle 121. Since the storage box accommodating chamber 122 is disposed above the blower 4 or disposed at the upstream of the cooling passage in the blower 4, there is a possibility that water may enter the motor 41, and therefore, the storage box accommodating chamber 122 overlapped with the front cooling air duct 4811 of the blower includes an accommodating chamber air inlet 125 and an accommodating chamber air outlet 126 (i.e., the air inlet and the air outlet of the front cooling air duct of the blower), and the position of the accommodating chamber air outlet 126 in the vertical direction is higher than the bottom wall 127 of the storage box accommodating chamber. This can effectively prevent water droplets from entering the motor 41 through the fan external cooling air duct.
Further, in order to prevent the liquid on the peripheral wall of the housing case 124 from entering the inside of the motor 41 through the fan outside cooling air path 481. At least a portion of the receiving chamber inlet 125 is disposed below the receiving box 124, such that the liquid flows from the receiving chamber inlet 125 to the outer wall of the housing. At least a part of the housing inlet 125 of the receiving chamber is formed by being depressed inward. The liquid can be effectively prevented from entering the fan outer cooling air duct 481 from the gap between the two.
An air flow passage is formed between the bottom wall 128 of the storage box and the bottom wall 127 of the storage box accommodating cavity to communicate the accommodating cavity air inlet 125 and the accommodating cavity air outlet 126. The bottom wall 128 of the storage box is recessed inwardly to form a groove, and an airflow channel communicating the storage cavity air inlet 125 and the storage cavity air outlet 126 is formed between the groove and the bottom wall 127 of the storage box storage cavity. The second elastic component 402 is used for enabling the fan 4 to move in a small range in the radial direction, and is matched with the first elastic component 401 and the flexible pipe 6 to play a role in shock absorption and noise reduction. The second elastic member 402 is annularly arranged around the outer periphery of the fan 4, and the outer periphery of the second elastic member 402 abuts against the inner periphery of the fan cover 44. In a preferred embodiment, the second elastic members 402 contacting with the blower housing are respectively disposed at both axial ends of the blower, and also perform the sealing and damping functions.
In one embodiment, the fan 4 is vertically disposed within the housing 1, and the fan inlet 451 and the air outlet 52 of the fan 4 are disposed opposite to each other in the vertical direction. Referring to fig. 17-19, and also to fig.
20 to 21 and also to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment discloses a fan mounting device, which is not limited to the wet cleaning device described in the above embodiments, but can also be applied to a vacuum cleaner or other equipment requiring the installation of the fan 4. The fan mounting device comprises a fan mounting plate 442, and a first magnetic part 404 is arranged on the fan mounting plate 442; the first magnetic member 404 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The fan 4 is used for generating air flow, a second magnetic part 405 is arranged on the fan 4, and the second magnetic part 405 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. There is a mutually repulsive force between the first magnetic member 404 and the second magnetic member 405 to keep the distance between the fan 4 in the direction of gravity thereof with respect to the fan mounting plate 442 within a first preset range. The gravity direction herein refers to a vertical direction in which gravity is located, and is not particularly limited to a direction toward the ground, but may be a direction away from the ground. Specifically, the two magnetic members are arranged substantially opposite to each other, and can only move relatively along the gravity direction, and can not move along the direction perpendicular to the gravity direction. Produce the repulsion force along the gravity direction between the two, this repulsion force is the same with the gravity of fan 4 basically, and two reach a state of basic balance, can make fan 4 for the unsettled setting of fan mounting panel 442 like this, also be that fan 4 does not support and lean on fan mounting panel 442, can effectively avoid both contacts like this, and then reduce the noise that produces because of fan 4 vibrations. The first predetermined range is not limited in detail, and it is only necessary to ensure that the fan 4 does not directly contact the mounting plate.
Further, in order to stably mount the motor to the fan mounting plate 442, an elastic member may be provided between the fan 4 and the fan mounting plate 442. Specifically, the fan 4 includes an inner fan cover, and a first elastic member 401 is disposed between the inner fan cover and the fan mounting plate 442. First elastic component 401 presss from both sides between fan mounting panel 442 and fan inner cover, and like this, there is mutual repulsion's power to be greater than the total gravity of fan 4 between first magnetic part 404 and the second magnetic part 405, under the effect of repulsion, fan 4 extrudes first elastic component 401, and first elastic component 401 supports and leans on fan mounting panel 442, and like this, fan 4, do not need the rigid coupling (connect through fasteners such as bolt promptly) between first elastic component 401 and the fan mounting panel 442, reduce the noise that produces because of fan 4 vibrations.
In one embodiment, the first magnetic member 404 and the second magnetic member 405 are disposed on the same side of the fan mounting plate 442. By this arrangement, it is ensured that there is no obstacle between the two magnetic members to ensure maximum repulsion therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, the first magnetic member 404 is installed on the upper surface of the fan installation plate 442, and the second magnetic member 405 is disposed above the first magnetic member 404 in a vertical direction. The fan 4 is disposed below the fan mounting plate 442, the second magnetic member 405 is fixedly connected to the fan 4 through the connecting member 406, at this time, the first magnetic member 404 is equivalently fixed to the fan mounting plate 442, since there is a repulsive force between the second magnetic member 405 and the first magnetic member 404, the second magnetic member 405 is located above the first magnetic member 404, and the second magnetic member 405 is suspended above the first magnetic member 404 by the upward repulsive force, so that the fan 4 is suspended above the fan mounting plate 442. In a further embodiment, the first elastic member 401 is disposed between the fan mounting plate 442 and the fan 4, so that the requirement for the repulsive force between the two magnetic members is not required to be very precise, and it is only required to ensure that the repulsive force is greater than the gravity of the fan 4, so as to ensure that the fan 4 receives a force towards the fan mounting plate 442 as a whole.
In another embodiment (not shown in the figures), the fan mounting plate 442 includes a fan 4 upper mounting plate and a fan 4 lower mounting plate, the fan 4 lower mounting plate can be located below the fan 4, two magnetic members are located above the fan mounting plate 442 and below the fan 4, and the magnetic force between the two magnetic members pushes the fan 4 away from the fan mounting plate 442. Preferably, the top of fan 4 can set up fan 4 and go up the mounting panel, is provided with the elastic component between fan 4 goes up the mounting panel and fan 4, and fan 4 supports the elastic component and leans on the mounting panel on fan 4 under the effect of repulsion. The fan both can set up perpendicularly between two mounting panels, can also the level set up between two mounting panels.
Further, in one embodiment, the first elastic member 401 includes a cross member 4011 extending in a radial direction of the blower 4 and a longitudinal member 4012 extending in an axial direction of the blower 4, the cross member 4011 serves to restrict the movement of the blower 4 toward the blower mounting plate 442, and the longitudinal member 4012 serves to restrict the movement of the blower 4 in the radial direction. The limitation is not complete limitation, and one point can not move, but the fan 4 is limited to move within a certain range, so that the functions of shock absorption and noise reduction are realized. Specifically, the longitudinal part 4012 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the fan 4, where the outer periphery may be the outer periphery of the inner fan cover, or the outer periphery of the connecting part 406 between the fan 4 and the second magnetic part 405. Of course, the same effect can be obtained by providing the longitudinal parts 4012 at both of the upper positions. Preferably, transverse component 4011 and longitudinal component 4012 are integrally formed, and transverse component 4011 and longitudinal component 4012 are coaxially disposed. The upper and lower ends of the cross member 4011 are in contact with the fan mounting plate 442 and the fan 4, respectively. The outer periphery of the longitudinal part 4012 contacts the blower mounting plate 442.
Further, the outer periphery of the fan 4 is provided with a second elastic member 402 for restricting the fan 4 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity. The limitation is not complete limitation, and one point can not move, but the fan 4 is limited to move within a certain range, so that the functions of shock absorption and noise reduction are realized. The second elastic member 402 may also be disposed at the outer circumference of the connection 406 between the fan 4 and the second magnetic member 405. The specific position of the second elastic member 402 is not limited in detail, and only the fan 4 is limited to move in a direction perpendicular to the gravity direction. In yet another specific embodiment, the fan may be restricted from moving in its radial direction.
In one embodiment, the fan mounting arrangement further comprises a fan housing 44 for housing the fan 4, the fan housing 44 comprising a fan housing peripheral wall 441 and a fan housing top wall 442, the fan 4 being disposed substantially vertically relative to a horizontal plane within the fan housing 44. The first magnetic member 404 is disposed on a side of the fan housing top wall 442 away from the fan 4; the second magnetic member 405 is disposed directly above the first magnetic member 404.
Further, one end of the fan 4 away from the fan housing top wall 442 is provided with a third elastic member 403, and the third elastic member 403 is in contact with a structure below the fan 4. Further playing a role in shock absorption and reducing noise. The third elastic member 403 may be a flexible hose.
Referring to fig. 22-24, and also to fig. 1-5, this embodiment discloses a surface cleaning apparatus, which is not limited to the wet cleaning apparatus of the above embodiments, but also includes a cleaning apparatus such as a vacuum cleaner. The surface cleaning device comprises a shell 1, wherein an accommodating space is defined in the shell 1, and a reel 8 can be placed in the accommodating space. The housing 1 is provided with a wire passing hole 84. The cable 81 of the reel 8 extends through the wire passage hole 84 along the length direction thereof, and one end of the cable 81 is provided with a connection terminal 82 for connecting a power source. The wire hole 84 is provided with a scraper 83 for scraping off at least part of foreign matters attached to the outer wall of the cable 81 when the cable 81 moves relative to the wire hole 84, wherein the foreign matters can be liquid or some other objects attached to the cable 81. When the surface cleaning device of the tape winder 8 is used, the cable 81 is generally arranged outside the housing 1, the surface of the cable is easy to be adhered with some objects, especially liquid, when the cable 81 is collected, at least part of foreign matters can be scraped due to the scraping piece 83, the foreign matters are prevented from entering the inside of the housing 1, especially the liquid is prevented from entering the inside of the housing 1, and therefore electric devices inside the housing 1 can be effectively protected.
In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the wire passing hole 84 is smaller than the outer diameter of the wire connecting terminal 82, wherein the outer circumference of the wire passing hole 84 is opened with an opening 85 for the cable 81 to enter the wire passing hole 84 along the radial direction of the wire passing hole 84. Thus, the cable 81 can be easily installed in the wire passing hole 84.
In another embodiment, the housing 1 includes an inner housing 11 and an outer housing 12 disposed outside the inner housing 11; the outer housing 12 includes an outer wire passing hole 842, the inner housing 11 includes an inner wire passing hole 841, an inner diameter of the outer wire passing hole 842 is larger than an outer diameter of the connection terminal 82, and the inner wire passing hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the connection terminal 82. The inner wire passing hole 841 is opened with an opening 85 for the cable 81 to enter the wire passing hole 84 along the radial direction of the wire passing hole 84. Further, a liquid collecting portion (not shown) is provided between the inner case 11 and the outer case 12 for collecting the liquid scraped by the scraper 83.
In one embodiment, the scraper 83 is generally annular (with an opening for the entry and exit of cables) and defines a passage 831 through which the cables 81 pass. The scraper 83 is composed of a flexible material, and the scraper 83 is configured such that the scraper 83 can be bent in the moving direction of the cable 81 when the cable 81 moves in the axial direction. That is, when the wire 81 is drawn out, the scraper 83 is bent outward, and when the wire 81 is drawn in, the scraper 83 is bent inward, so that it is possible to prevent the wire 81 from being drawn out or stored smoothly due to a large frictional force generated between the scraper 83 and the wire 81. Further, the thickness of the scraping member 83 is gradually reduced toward the center of the wire passing hole 84. Therefore, the friction force can be reduced, and the function of scraping foreign matters can be achieved. The scraping member 83 may be an integrally formed annular scraping member 83, or the scraping member 83 may be a plurality of segments forming an annular scraping member 83.
In another embodiment, the scrapers 83 are a plurality of bristles extending in a radial direction of the wire passing hole 84. The diameter of the passage 831 formed by the ends of the plurality of bristles is equal to or smaller than the diameter of the cable 81. The plurality of bristles form a ring structure with a passage 831 formed therein to scrape the surface of the wire 81 when the wire 81 moves.
Because the force generated by the winder 8 during winding is larger, the wiring terminal 82 collides with the wiring hole 84, which not only generates noise, but also damages the housing 1 after long-term use. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an elastic buffer member at a side of the wire through hole 84 facing the wire connecting terminal 82.
Referring to fig. 25, and also to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment discloses a wet type cleaning apparatus with an automatic reel 8, which includes a cleaning liquid supply system, a contamination recovery system, and a housing 1. The cleaning liquid supply system comprises a clean water tank 2 for storing cleaning liquid and a fluid distributor 9 for supplying cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned. The waste recovery system comprises a waste tank 3 for recovering waste, a fan 4 for generating an air flow and a suction duct 5. The housing 1 defines a fan accommodating chamber 113 for accommodating the fan 4 therein, and the fan 4 is connected to an external power source through a cable 81 to obtain power. Wherein, the housing 1 is also provided with an automatic winder 8 for recovering the cable 81 outside the housing 1 into the housing 1. With automatic winder 8 set up in the inside of casing 1, can accomodate the cable 81 in casing 1 voluntarily for it is more pleasing to the eye to watch outside the whole.
In a specific embodiment, the fresh water tank 2 and the foul water tank 3 are provided at opposite sides of the automatic reel 8 in the axial direction thereof. Specifically, a winder accommodating cavity is arranged in the middle of the wet type cleaning device, the winder accommodating cavity and the fan accommodating cavity 113 are arranged adjacently and are both arranged in the middle of the wet type cleaning device, and the water purification tank 2 and the sewage tank 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the wet type cleaning device, so that the weight of the whole machine is relatively uniform. Further, an automatic winder 8 is arranged between the water purifying tank 2 and the fan 4; or the automatic winder 8 is arranged between the sewage tank 3 and the fan 4. Specifically, automatic winder 8 sets up perpendicularly in winder holding chamber, and automatic winder 8 is the annular structure generally, and the perpendicular setting is automatic winder 8's axis and gravity direction basic vertical, can effectively reduce wet-type cleaning device's lateral distance like this.
In one embodiment, the housing 1 includes a blower housing 444 defining the blower receiving cavity 113, and the blower housing 444 may separate the blower 4 from the automatic reel 8 and may also perform a shock absorbing function. The housing 1 further includes a mounting bracket for mounting the automatic winder 8, and a part of the mounting bracket and a part of the fan housing 444 share a wall, thereby effectively saving space and increasing the heat conductivity of the fan housing 444. Specifically, the mounting bracket includes two oppositely disposed side walls 86 and a front wall 87 and a rear wall 88 oppositely disposed between the two side walls 86. The rear wall 88 is higher than the reel height to prevent liquid carried by the cable 81 from splashing elsewhere. The front wall 87 is provided with a wire passing hole 84 through which the cable 81 passes. The wire passing hole 84 is provided with a scraping member 83 for scraping the liquid attached to the outer periphery of the cable 81. In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the wire passing hole 84 is smaller than the outer diameter of the wire connecting terminal, wherein the outer periphery of the wire passing hole 84 is opened with an opening for the cable 81 to enter the wire passing hole 84 along the radial direction of the wire passing hole 84. Thus, the cable 81 can be easily installed in the wire passing hole 84. In one embodiment, the scraper 83 is generally annular (an opening is provided for the entry and exit of the cable 81) and defines a passage therein for the cable 81 to pass through. The scraper 83 is composed of a flexible material, and the scraper 83 is configured such that the scraper 83 can be bent in the moving direction of the cable 81 when the cable 8181 moves in the axial direction.
The wet cleaning device further comprises an outer fan cooling air duct 481, and at least part of the outer fan cooling air duct 481 is arranged above the accommodating cavity of the winder. Further, the fan outside cooling air duct 481 includes a fan front cooling air duct 4811 and a fan rear cooling air duct 4812, and at least a part of the fan 4 cooling air duct is disposed around the automatic winder 8. With this arrangement, the space inside the housing 1 can be effectively utilized.
Referring to fig. 27, in another embodiment, the foul water tank 3 and the clean water tank 2 are both disposed in the accommodating space on one side of the fan 4, wherein the automatic winder 8 is disposed between the accommodating space and the fan 4, or the automatic winder 8 is disposed on the other side of the fan 4 opposite to the accommodating space.
Referring to fig. 26, in one embodiment, the wet cleaning device further comprises a suction duct 5, at least a portion of the suction duct 5 being disposed below the reel receiving chamber. The automatic reel 8 is disposed above the suction duct 5, and the space in the vertical direction can be effectively utilized. In particular, the fan 4 and the reel are arranged substantially in the same plane, below which a housing chamber is defined in which at least part of the suction duct 5 can extend. Meanwhile, the water pipe communicated with the water purifying tank 2 can also be arranged in the accommodating cavity.
In other embodiments (not shown in the figures), the automatic winder 8 may also be horizontally disposed below the fan 4, and the suction duct 5 passes through the shaft hole of the automatic winder 8. The horizontal arrangement of the automatic reel 8 means that the ring-shaped automatic reel 8 is arranged below the fan 4, i.e. the axis of the automatic reel 8 is substantially parallel to the gravity direction. Furthermore, a through hole penetrating along the axial direction is defined in the center of the automatic winder 8, and the suction pipeline 5 can penetrate through the through hole, so that the volume of the whole machine is effectively reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structures made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings, or applied directly or indirectly to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
