s4, placing the cleaned black fungus into a cooking pot, adding an additive, and cooking for 30-40min to further reduce pesticide residues and trace heavy metal harmful substances of the black fungus, wherein the temperature of the cooking pot is controlled to be 70-80 ℃;
s5, cooking for 10min, and adding 5% of edible corn starch;
s6, putting the black fungus after being steamed into a dryer to be dried for 10-12 h.
2. The preparation method of health-care seasoning black fungus according to claim 1, wherein the formula of the black fungus, the additive and the edible corn starch is as follows:
66% of black fungus, 3% of lentinan, 7% of salt, 5% of star anise, 2% of fennel, 1% of pepper, 1% of clove, 2% of liquorice, 2% of nutmeg, 2% of cassia bark, 1% of bay leaf, 2% of cumin, 1% of galangal and 5% of edible corn starch.
