Description

Preparation and comprehensive feeding method of land-sealed salmon opening feed
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture, and particularly relates to a preparation method and a comprehensive feeding method of a land-sealed salmon opening feed.
Background

The fish has the advantages of luxurious body state, elegant and bright color, tender and fresh meat, high growth speed, strong disease resistance and the like, and is well received by the masses. Under the condition that the culture cost is almost the same, the economic benefit of the fish is 5 times that of rainbow trout, the market price at present far exceeds that of rainbow trout, the selling price of each kilogram of the fish can reach more than 100 yuan generally, and the land-sealed type salmon roe is more valuable food, and the selling price of each kilogram of the fish can reach more than 5000 yuan. Therefore, the land seal type salmon has unique market advantages, provides a new high-quality culture variety for fish structure adjustment, and has positive influence and promotion effect on regional fishery economic development.
In recent years, the breeding of the seedlings of the Luseal type salmon has made a breakthrough, and the weight of commercial fishes in two years in adult fish culture can reach 500-. However, in the fry rearing process, the initial feeding rate of the young fishes is not high all the time, and the fry rearing survival rate is seriously influenced. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an open feed capable of improving the feeding rate of the young salmon of the land seal type salmon according to the feeding habit of the land seal type salmon.

5) after the larval fish of the Oncorhynchus marmala of the land seal type is fed indoors and the feed is opened for 50 days, the larval fish is caught for outdoor culture or sale.
Example 6
The experiment was carried out in a certain cold water fish farm in Yanbian of Jilin province.
1. 30 land-sealed fry rearing ponds of salmon of the great salmon type of the masson were selected as comparison tests, and the rearing ponds were indoor running water cement ponds with a diameter of 2.0 meters and a depth of 0.6 meters. The cement pond is provided with a filtering net pipe which can feed water from the side and can adjust the water level in the middle. The flow of the pond water is exchanged once for 1-2 hours. The dissolved oxygen is kept at 6mg/L or more.
2. Thoroughly disinfecting the culture ponds, adjusting the water depth to about 0.5 m, discharging water for 2 days, and stocking 3 thousands of tails of land-sealed type salmon to be opened in each culture pond;
3. after most of the land-sealed type salmon can float upwards to feed, 10 ponds are randomly selected as test ponds to feed the opening materials of the land-sealed type salmon mentioned in the example 1 for domestication feeding, represented by S1 and numbered as No. 1-10; then 10 ponds are selected as test ponds to feed the opening materials of the land-sealed type mahalanobis cusia provided in the example 4 for domestication feeding, represented by S2 and numbered as No. 1-10; the last 10 ponds were acclimatized and fed with a conventional salmon-dedicated feedstuff crushed material, denoted by D and numbered 1-10, for comparative tests. Feeding for 12 times every day;
4. after 3 days of feeding habit, 100 larval hamas of the landseal type salmon are randomly extracted from each pond for feeding rate detection, and the feeding rate of the larhamas is calculated.
Open feeding rate = (open feeding mantissa ÷ number of spot check) × 100%
Note: the standard of open feeding is based on the food fed in the abdomen of the spot-checked fish.
5. Feeding the larval salmon indoors for 50 days, taking the larval salmon out of the pond, fishing for outdoor culture or selling, and calculating the pond rate.
The pond outlet rate is not larger than (the total number of fished-out ponds, the number of the fishes put into the culture ponds for feeding) x 100 percent

As can be seen from the statistics in tables 1, 2 and 3 above, the open feed rate of the experimental group was greater than 95% and the pond exit rate was greater than 89%; the control group had an open feeding rate of 79.1 and a pool discharge rate of 70%; the experimental group has higher open feeding rate and pond outlet rate than the control group; the difference between the two is obvious.
The result shows that the feed opening material of the land-sealed salmon has obvious food calling effect on the juvenile salmon of the salmon, and the opening rate is obviously improved; and the nutrition of the feed is more comprehensive, so that the pond-outlet rate of fry breeding is higher.
