When the plant seeds need to be sprayed, a water source is connected with the sewer pipe 73, then the motor 74 is started, the motor 74 drives the sleeve 72 to rotate through the bevel gear 75, water enters the sleeve 72 through the sewer pipe 73 and is sprayed out through the through holes 76, then the plant seeds on the net plate 42 are sprayed, after the water spraying is finished, the connection between the water source and the sewer pipe 73 is disconnected, and then the motor 74 is closed.
