Abstract

一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,其制作步骤如下,精选棉籽备用;按体积比1:1取粘性土巴粉或膨润土与育苗蛭石,搅拌均匀备用;将50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂和2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂分别加入土巴粉与蛭石混合物或膨润土与蛭石混合物中搅拌均匀;向糖衣机转鼓内加入棉籽,并分次加入已添加噻虫胺和咯菌腈的土巴粉与蛭石混合物,用喷雾器向糖衣机转鼓内间歇喷海藻酸钠胶水或黄原胶水,待棉籽变成直径约1.8‑2cm圆珠形停止,得到棉花种子球。本发明解决了现有棉花毛籽播种造成的缺苗断垄现象,能够有效减少苗期病虫害的发生,同时避免硫酸脱绒对环境造成的污染,达到节本增效的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及棉花栽培方法,尤其是一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法。
技术背景
近年来,为了保护环境及安全生产,棉花生产上多采用轻简化栽培方式,省略传统的棉种硫酸脱绒工序,采用毛籽直接播种,但由于棉种属于圆锥体,加上棉籽表面附着的短绒互相缠绕,使棉籽在播种机内流动性较差,经常出现卡顿现象,最终导致棉田缺苗断垄现象比较严重,使得收获株数大幅减少,并造成棉花减产。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,该方法能减少种子空穴率,减少补种补苗用工,避免棉田缺苗断垄现象发生,还能避免使用泡沫酸脱绒,减少对环境造成破坏。
本发明的一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、精选棉籽,选晴天将棉籽精选晾晒2-3天,去除瘪籽、大毛籽、光籽备用;
2、取50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂,按照药、种重量比 2-4:1备用;
3、按照每1kg棉种取2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂 6-8ml备用;
4、按体积比1:1取粘性土巴粉或膨润土与育苗蛭石,搅拌均匀备用;
5、将50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂和2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂分别加入土巴粉与蛭石混合物或膨润土与蛭石混合物中搅拌均匀;
6、开动糖衣机,向糖衣机转鼓内加入棉籽,并分次加入已添加噻虫胺和咯菌腈的土巴粉与蛭石混合物,用喷雾器向糖衣机转鼓内间歇喷0.5%海藻酸钠胶水或0.5%黄原胶水,以增加棉籽与混合物的粘着性,待棉籽变成直径约1.8-2cm圆珠形停止,得到棉花种子球;
7、将得到的棉花种子球进行25~35℃烘干或晾干。
本发明的一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,采用咯菌腈杀菌剂为棉种包衣,对子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌等许多病原菌引起的种传和土传病害有非常好的防效。咯菌腈在土壤中几乎不移动,因此能够一直保留在种子周围的区域,对作物根部提供长期的保护。另外咯菌腈优良的剂型使得种子包衣成膜快、不脱落,且咯菌腈对作物种子耐受性好,包衣种子可直接播种。它既能克服棉花毛籽播种时短绒的相互粘连引起的空穴率增大,又能避免使用泡沫酸脱绒,减少对环境造成的破坏,为精准农业起到很好的示范作用,对实现农业标准化具有重要的意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、精选棉籽,选晴天将棉籽精选晾晒2-3天,同时去掉瘪籽、大毛籽、光籽,获得净籽100kg备用;
2、取50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂,按照200g备用;
3、取2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂600ml备用;
4、按体积比1:1取粘性土巴粉与育苗专用蛭石100kg,充分搅拌均匀形成土巴粉与蛭石混合物备用;
5、将50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂200g和2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂600ml分别加入土巴粉与蛭石混合物中搅拌均匀备用;
6、向糖衣机转鼓内加入棉籽,并分次加入已添加噻虫胺和咯菌腈的土巴粉与蛭石混合物,开动糖衣机,用喷雾器向糖衣机转鼓内间歇喷0.5%海藻酸钠胶水,增加棉籽与混合物的粘着性,待棉籽变成直径为1.8-2 cm的圆珠形停止,得到棉花种子球;
7、将得到的棉花种子球进行烘干25-35℃或晾干。
实施例2
一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、精选棉籽,制作棉花种子球之前,选晴天将棉籽精选晾晒2-3天,同时去掉瘪籽、大毛籽、光籽,获得净籽100kg备用;
2、取50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂200g备用;
3、取2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂600ml备用;
4、按体积比1:1取膨润土与育苗专用蛭石,充分搅拌均匀形成粘性膨润土与蛭石混合物备用;
5、将50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂200g和2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂600ml分别加入膨润土+蛭石混合物中搅拌均匀;
6、向糖衣机转鼓内加入棉籽,并分次加入已添加噻虫胺和咯菌腈的膨润土与蛭石混合物,开动糖衣机,用喷雾器向糖衣机转鼓内间歇喷0.5%黄原胶水,增加棉籽与混合物的粘着性,待棉籽变成直径为1.8-2 cm的圆珠形停止,得到棉花种子球;
7、将得到的棉花种子球进行25-35℃烘干或晾干。

1.一种棉花毛籽丸粒化制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
(1)、精选棉籽,选晴天将棉籽精选晾晒2-3天,去除瘪籽、大毛籽、光籽备用;
(2)、取50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂,按照药、种重量比 2-4:1备用;
(3)、按照每1kg棉种取2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂 6-8ml备用;
(4)、按体积比1:1取粘性土巴粉或膨润土与育苗蛭石,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)、将50%噻虫胺水分散粒剂和2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂分别加入土巴粉与蛭石混合物中搅拌均匀;
(6)、开动糖衣机,向糖衣机转鼓内加入棉籽,并分次加入已添加噻虫胺和咯菌腈的土巴粉与蛭石混合物,用喷雾器向糖衣机转鼓内间歇喷0.5%海藻酸钠胶水,待棉籽变成直径约1.8-2cm圆珠形停止,得到棉花种子球;
(7)、将得到的棉花种子球进行25~35℃烘干或晾干。
