技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的无水马桶。
背景技术
由现有技术中已知无水马桶。无水马桶尤其是指存在薄膜软管或相应的容器用来容纳排泄物的马桶。为此,装有排泄物的薄膜软管通常在装满后焊接成节段,以便随后可以专业地予以处理。
已知的无水马桶有时是有问题,即,无法监控可用的薄膜软管的数量,从而进行手动监控或提前更换,以确保操作准备就绪。另一个缺点在于,可能会使用与马桶未最佳配合作用的薄膜软管,这例如可以反映在焊接质量上。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提出一种可用薄膜软管操作的无水马桶,其中,可实现无水马桶的优化操作,特别是薄膜软管的最佳焊接结果。
本发明基于一种无水马桶。该无水马桶包括至少一个薄膜软管、用于输送薄膜软管的输送单元以及用于检测薄膜软管的检测机构,其中,薄膜软管具有在其整个长度上可由检测机构检测的图案。
可检测的图案能实现识别出或辨别地检测出无水马桶的薄膜软管。通过这种方式,可以检测确定的薄膜软管或薄膜软管组合,并将其与给无水马桶关联。这可以在封闭薄膜软管时对焊接结果产生积极影响,因此也对无水马桶的操作可靠性产生积极影响。
可能的检测机构在此由光电的传感部特别是光栅、对比度传感器等产生,其交替地被图案中断和允许。也可想到其他类型的这种图案检测,尤其是在可见的和不可见的光谱中的光栅和对比度传感器。
在本发明的有利改进中可以规定,图案包括图案区段,优选地具有规定的数据内容的图案区段,特别是用于识别起始区域和/或中间区域和/或末端区域。
通过沿着薄膜软管的长度标记不同的区域,确保向用户通知仍然足够可用的薄膜软管,特别是可以通报需要更换薄膜软管。此外,通过数据内容,可以获得关于薄膜软管的其它信息,例如其用于检测材料老化的工作时间或其制造日期等。
在本发明的改进中可以规定,图案至少部分地、优选连续地或在薄膜软管的起始区域和/或中间区域和/或末端区域之间形成为周期性的图案。
周期性图案的使用允许简单的计数过程,这是一种简单且可重复的方式,以便监测薄膜软管的输送并获得关于所采用的输送路径的信息。在此,对于计数过程,不需要特殊的计算能力或评估能力,因此可用廉价的组件可靠地实现该计数过程。
在起始端、中间或末端布置信息段的构造中,必要时仅在这些区域之间构造周期性计数图案。
在生产技术上可以有利的是,整体地连续地施加周期性图案,并且除了周期性图案外,在规定和分离所需长度的薄膜软管后,还在起始区域和/或中间区域和/或末端区域布置数据段。在此,出于成本原因,如果例如要仅检测薄膜的一端,则例如也可以省去这些区域中的一个或多个。
在本发明的一种改进中可以规定,特别是在图案组成部分的长度和/或图案组成部分的信息内容上,周期性图案包括至少两个不同的图案组成部分。
通过不同的图案组成部分,可以提供关于图案沿着薄膜软管的位置的信息,这些信息又可以容易地检测和计数。这种图案组成部分例如可以是QR码、具有信息段的代码或条形码部分等。
由此可以实现识别特定马桶的正确的薄膜软管、识别生产运行(生产批次)或类似数据,但也可以实现识别进给、进给速度和沿着薄膜软管的位置。
在本发明的改进中可以规定,图案包括编码。通过这种方式,例如可以检查是否正在使用经过认证的薄膜软管,该薄膜软管可以最佳地与无水马桶配合作用。特别是当薄膜软管要例如通过焊接装置在工作中工艺可靠地焊接时,这尤其重要,如DE 10 2017 108556 A1所示。
在本发明的改进中还可以规定,图案被设计为光电可读的、尤其是IR可读的标记。
这种标记可容易地施加到薄膜软管上,并且可以相应简单地评估,如果薄膜软管对于可见光不应透明地设计,这在接纳排泄物的区域中通常是需要的。
在本发明的改进中还可以规定,图案(7)至少部分地包括具有信息段的代码,尤其是光电可读代码的形式。由此可以实现对信息的快速电子评估。信息段可以(但在这里不是必须)沿着整个长度布置。也可想到,以ID的形式对信息段进行编码,并通过接口查询薄膜软管的具体数据,例如通过互联网与数据库连接来查询。这种信息段例如可以是QR码、具有数据内容的代码或条形码部分等。
此外,提出了一种用于控制根据前述设计之一的无水马桶的方法,其中,图案用作允许马桶工作的钥匙。由此可以在薄膜软管和马桶之间产生明确的关联,并且可以避免在处理薄膜软管时出现故障。这提高了在这种马桶工作时的过程可靠性。

具体实施方式
由图1和图2示意性地可看到根据本发明的无水马桶1的座部单元或者具有检测机构的薄膜软管的一部分。为明了起见,这里仅显示了马桶的一部分。
无水马桶1包括薄膜软管2。该薄膜软管存放在马桶座部5中的接纳区域4中,并在边缘处向上从该接纳区域4中引出。在当前实施例中,薄膜软管作为逐层堆叠的曲折状薄膜包存在,其中,被向上引导的层布置在堆叠的径向外端部6处。
此外包括未详细示出的用于输送薄膜软管2的输送单元,该输送单元例如可以设计为在座部结构下方的输送辊对。
无水马桶1还包括用于检测薄膜软管2的检测机构3。该检测机构在当前被设计为对比度传感器或光栅。根据本发明,薄膜软管2在此具有在其长度上可由检测机构3检测的图案7。在所示的实施例中(特别参见图2),图案7被设计为周期性图案。该图案在此包括长段10和短段11以及恒定的中间段12。检测机构因此能够对图案区段进行计数,并且通过检测这样的图案序列,还能够识别所使用的薄膜软管的类型。特别地,可以改进识别,其方式例如为,短图案区段不作为表面施加,而是作为信息载体施加,例如以QR码(13)的形式施加。该信息载体又可以例如含有关于制造日期和材料类型的信息,从而最佳地控制马桶的焊接单元。
QR码(13)在此可以设计为图案区段本身,或者除了周期性图案之外,如当前所示。以所描述的方式,相应地布置在薄膜软管的起始区域、中间或端部区域处也是有利的。

Claims (10)
1.无水马桶(1),至少包括薄膜软管(2)、用于输送所述薄膜软管的输送单元以及用于检测所述薄膜软管(2)的检测机构(3),该检测机构特别是带有光栅或对比度传感器,其中,所述薄膜软管(2)在其整个长度上具有能够由所述检测机构(3)检测的图案(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无水马桶(1),其中,所述图案(7)包括图案区段,优选地具有规定的数据内容的图案区段,特别是用于识别所述薄膜软管的起始区域和/或中间区域和/或末端区域。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无水马桶(1),其中,所述图案(7)至少部分地、优选连续地、或者在所述薄膜软管的起始区域和/或中间区域和/或末端区域之间,被设计为周期性图案。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无水马桶(1),其中,所述周期性图案特别是在长度和/或信息方面包括至少两个不同的图案组成部分。

7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的无水马桶(1),其中,所述图案(7)被设计为光电可读的、特别是IR可读的标记。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的无水马桶(1),其中,所述图案(7)至少部分地包括具有信息段的代码,特别是以光电可读代码的形式。
9.用于控制根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的无水马桶(1)的方法,其中,所述图案用作允许所述马桶工作的钥匙。
