Abstract

A device to enable digestive and fluid wastes being enclosed completely by plastic film, The device comprises a bed or a chair each with an opening to allow waste to go down into the plastic bag formed by heat sealing of the plastic sheet, the sheet being fed from one single roll feed or one double roll feed with a sealer at the middle for single roil and on two sides for the double roll feed, to form a cylindrical shape and sealing at the bottom and then at the top after pulling the next bag into position, this being based on the pressing of the switch button by the resting person. A sliding cover closes the opening when not in use. A microprocessor based controller controls the driver motor which pulls the plastic sheet by means of a gear drive and the sealing heaters with associated software which is custom programmed for this device.

Description

TITLE:
A RESTING CONTRAPTION FOR ELDERLY AND SICK WITH WASTE DISPOSAL BY ENCAPSULATION OF THE WASTE PLASTIC BAGS
CLAIMS OF PRIORITY
[0001] This patent application claims priority from the Provisional Patent Application No.2073 /CHE/2010 filed on 20 JULY 2010.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Dignity of the elderly and the feeling of non dependance is very important for the elderly ,the handicapped and sick people. The problem of getting rid of biological wastes until mobility is regained is addressed by the present invention. Though the prior art teaches about baging the biological waste , insertion of the bag itself is a problem which is cumbersome and not dependable and needs assistance which is elegantly solved by the present invention. Once encapsulated the relatives or friends of the elderly do not find difficulty in desposing the same into compost bins.
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0002] This disclosure relates generally to technical fields of geriatric support by encapsulating biological wastes in a plastic film enabling stress free disposal to caretakers, in one embodiment to a device to package biological wastes by means of a film feed system which encapsulates by sealing one of heat sealing and one of sealing by adhesives by mechanical pressure applied.
SUMMARY [0003] A device, system, and method to encapsulate biological wastes by forming a packet. The devise comprises of a resting system one of a chair and one of a bed having a hole covered by a sliding lid which opens to provide a passage for the biological wastes of a person, the waste material gets into a packet formed by a plastic film feeder roll which supplies the film . a double film feed system allows clean operation compared to a single film feed .
[0004] In another aspect, the devise is controlled by a microprocessor which controls the movement of the film which keeps a bag ready for use by the elderly person .After the act of passing out the waste matter pressing the button to bag actuates the one of stepper motors and one of Dc motor which moves the film to the lower position helped by gravity and seal the top after end of movement controlled by the microprocessor. The same movement is controlled by lever and cams during manual over ride operation in case of non functioning of the automatic system.
[0005] In yet another aspect, the devise has a water tank supplying water for cleaning the funnel operted by the elderly person .
[0006] The devise comprising of cot cum chair to provide resting position to the elderly person.
[0007] The device, systems, and methods disclosed herein may be implemented in any means for achieving various aspects, and may be executed in a form of a machine- readable medium embodying a set of instructions that, when executed by a machine, cause the machine to perform any of the operations disclosed herein. Other features will be apparent from the accompanying drawings and from the detailed description that follows. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0001] Example embodiments are illustrated by way of example and not limitation in the figures of the accompanying drawings, in which like references indicate similar elements and in which:
[0002] Figure 1 is a side view of entire devise with double film feed, according to one embodiment.
[0003] Figure 2 is a a side view of entire devise with single film feed .according to one embodiment
