The output end of the air cylinder 101 is provided with an air cylinder connecting block 103, the driving arm 102 is rotatably connected to the air cylinder connecting block 103, and the bottom plate 1 is provided with limiting blocks 104 on two sides of the moving direction of the air cylinder connecting block 103 so as to limit the rotating range of the swinging rail 5 and ensure the guiding accuracy of the clothes hanger and the stability of the operation of the equipment. And the limiting block 104 is provided with a limiting adjusting bolt 105, and the adjusting bolt 105 is provided with a positioning nut 106 so as to finely adjust the limiting range and improve the limiting accuracy.
The swing rail includes a merge joint portion on an upstream side, a drive portion on a downstream side, and a pivot joint portion provided between the merge joint portion and the drive portion, and the merge drive mechanism connects and pushes and pulls the drive portion. The structure prevents the confluence driving mechanism from extending to the confluence opening along with the confluence jointing part, namely, the confluence driving mechanism is prevented from interfering with the introduced clothes hanger. The length of the driving part is smaller than that of the confluence joint part so as to improve the driving efficiency of the confluence driving mechanism, namely, the push-pull driving part generates a small swing distance, and the confluence joint part can obtain a large swing distance.
And a clothes hanger baffle plate 11 extending to the position where the driving part completely swings out is arranged on the mounting rack so as to prevent the clothes hanger sliding into the swinging rail from sliding out of the rail due to inertia.
As a way of the cooperative connection of the swing rail and the upstream and downstream connection rails, as shown in the accompanying drawings: the two ends of the swing rail 5 are both provided with a plug-in connector 51, the opposite ends of the upstream connecting rail 4 and the downstream connecting rail 6 are both provided with a plug-in groove 52, the plug-in groove of the upstream connecting rail 4 is close to an opening on one side in the mounting rack, and the plug-in groove of the downstream connecting rail 6 is close to an opening on one side outside the mounting rack. The splicing structure can effectively ensure the connection tightness between the swing rail and the upstream and downstream connection rails, and simultaneously effectively ensure the position accuracy of the swing rail after the swing rail is reset through an opening on one side of the splicing groove.
As another way of coupling the swing rail to the upstream and downstream connection rails, not shown in the drawings: the two ends of the swing rail 5 are provided with inserting grooves, the opposite ends of the upstream connecting rail 4 and the downstream connecting rail 6 are provided with inserting connectors, the inserting groove at the downstream end of the swing rail 5 is close to one side opening in the mounting frame, and the inserting groove at the upstream end of the swing rail 5 is close to one side opening outside the mounting frame. The principle is the same as in the first mode described above.
In addition, the bird hook lifting plate 9 includes a mounting plate 91, a support plate 92 perpendicular to the mounting plate 91, and a guide plate 93 extending from the support plate 92 near one end of the confluence opening 7, and the guide plate 93 is provided with an arc-shaped guide portion. The bird hook lifting plate is simple in structure, the bird hook is guided into the supporting plate through the guide plate to be stably supported, and enough space is reserved for guiding the clothes hanger. The width of the guiding plate 93 is smaller than that of the supporting plate 92, and the guiding plate 93 is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 92 far away from the side plate 2, so that the interference of the guiding plate 93 on the clothes hanger is effectively avoided. The mounting plate 91 is arranged at the side of the flow closing port 7, and the guide plate 93 is positioned in the covering range of the flow closing port 7 so as to avoid interference on the clothes rack on the premise of ensuring the reliability of lifting the bird hook. The confluence opening on the bottom plate 1 extends to the lower part of the upstream connecting rail 4 so as to further avoid the interference of the bottom plate on the clothes rack.
