Referring to fig. 1-3 and 5, a multifunctional pulverizer comprises an installation box 1, wherein the outer wall of the top of the installation box 1 is provided with a rectangular opening, the inner wall of the rectangular opening is fixed with a hopper 5 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the installation box 1 is provided with an access panel 2, the outer wall of one side of the installation box 1 is fixed with a control box 3 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the installation box 1 is fixed with a fixed box 4, the outer wall of the other side of the installation box 1 is fixed with a conveying mechanism 11 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the installation box 1 is fixed with a feeding box 10 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the hopper 5 is fixed with a case 9 through bolts, the inner walls of two sides of the hopper 5 are slidably connected with the same push plate 6, the outer walls of two sides of the push plate 6 are both provided with circular grooves, the inner walls of two circular grooves are both fixed with guide wheels through bearings, one side of the hopper 5 is provided with an opening, the inner wall of the opening is fixed with a baffle 7 through a bearing, volute springs are sleeved at two ends of a transmission shaft of the baffle 7, a discharge plate 8 which is obliquely arranged is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the hopper 5 through bolts, a crushing box 12 is fixed on the inner wall of a rectangular opening through bolts, mutually meshed crushing rollers are fixed on the inner walls of two sides of the crushing box 12 through bearings, driven sprockets are sleeved at one ends of transmission shafts of the two crushing rollers, a spiral cutting pipe 13 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the installation box 1 through bolts, the spiral cutting pipe 13 is connected on the crushing box 12 through a pipeline, one end of the spiral cutting pipe 13 is connected on the conveying mechanism 11, a spiral cutting knife is fixed on the inner wall of the spiral cutting pipe 13 through a bearing, the spiral cutting pipe 13 is connected with an electromagnetic valve through a pipeline, one end of the electromagnetic valve is connected on the feeding box 10, a driving sprocket is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the installation box 1 through a bearing, and the same chain 14 is connected between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket, the inner wall of the fixed box 4 is respectively fixed with a first hydraulic motor 15 and a second hydraulic motor 16 through bolts, an output shaft of the first hydraulic motor 15 is connected on a driving chain wheel, an output shaft of the second hydraulic motor 16 is connected on a spiral cutting knife, a rectangular mounting opening is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the fixed box 4, a box door is fixed on the inner wall of the rectangular mounting opening through bolts, the conveying mechanism 11 comprises a mounting pipe 18, a conveying pipe 19 is fixed on the inner wall of the mounting pipe 18 through bolts, an auger 20 is arranged on the inner wall of the conveying pipe 19, a motor 17 is fixed on one end of the mounting pipe 18 through bolts, an output shaft of the motor 17 is connected on the auger 20, an arc-shaped opening is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the conveying pipe 19, a filter screen is fixed on the inner wall of the arc-shaped opening through bolts, a discharge hopper 21 is fixed on the inner wall of the arc-shaped opening through bolts, a discharge pipe 22 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the conveying pipe 19 through bolts, the both sides inner wall of quick-witted case 9 all is fixed with electronic slide rail 25 through the bolt, and the both sides inner wall sliding connection of two electronic slide rail 25 has the actuating lever 24 of same T shape, and the one end of actuating lever 24 passes through the bolt fastening on push pedal 6, and electronic slip 25, first hydraulic motor 15, second hydraulic motor 16 and motor 17 all are connected with the switch through the wire, and the switch is connected with the controller through the wire.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the first hydraulic motor 15 and the second hydraulic motor 16 are started firstly, the first hydraulic motor 15 drives the two crushing rollers to rotate through a chain, the second hydraulic motor 16 drives the spiral cutting knife to rotate, an object to be cut is put into the hopper 5 and is primarily crushed through the crushing rollers, the crushed object enters the spiral cutting pipe 13 for secondary crushing, the secondary crushing is to cut plastic films, paper, fiber cloth and the like which cannot be processed, the crushed object enters the conveying mechanism 11 after being crushed, the motor 17 in the conveying mechanism 11 drives the auger 20 to rotate to convey the crushed object, when the crushed object is conveyed to the filter screen, the crushed object with smaller volume is discharged from the discharge hopper 21, the crushed object with relatively larger volume is discharged from the discharge pipe 22 to complete the screening of the crushed object, carbon powder in the feed box 10 is added into the crushed object according to the dry and wet degree of the material put into the hopper 5 in practical use, absorb the moisture content in the material through carbon powder and material mixture, when appearing being difficult to the cross-section impurity in hopper 5, push pedal 6 through among pneumatic cylinder 23 or the electronic slide rail 25 promotion hopper 5 removes, release hopper 5 with the impurity in hopper 5, the volute spiral spring has been cup jointed at the both ends of 7 transmission shafts of baffle, opening baffle 7 under volute spiral spring's effect and needing great effort, prevent that broken thing from overflowing through baffle 7 when the breakage, impurity is derived through play flitch 8 when passing through baffle 7.

A multifunctional pulverizer comprises an installation box (1) and is characterized in that a rectangular opening is formed in the outer wall of the top of the installation box (1), a hopper (5) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rectangular opening, an overhauling plate (2) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the installation box (1), a control box (3) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the installation box (1), a fixed box (4) is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the installation box (1), a conveying mechanism (11) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the other side of the installation box (1), a feeding box (10) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the installation box (1), a case (9) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the hopper (5), the inner walls of two sides of the hopper (5) are slidably connected with the same push plate (6), circular grooves are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the push plate (6), and guide wheels are fixed to the inner walls of the two circular grooves through bearings, the opening has been seted up to one side outer wall of hopper (5), open-ended inner wall is fixed with baffle (7) through the bearing, volute spiral spring has all been cup jointed at the both ends of baffle (7) transmission shaft, one side outer wall fixedly connected with slope of hopper (5) sets up goes out flitch (8), case (12) are smashed to rectangle open-ended inner wall fixedly connected with, and smashes the both sides inner wall of case (12) and all be fixed with intermeshing's crushing roller, two through the bearing crushing roller transmission shaft's one end has all been cup jointed driven sprocket, one side inner wall fixedly connected with spiral cutting pipe (13) of install bin (1), and spiral cutting pipe (13) pass through the pipe connection and smash on case (12), the one end of spiral cutting pipe (13) is connected on conveying mechanism (11).

The multifunctional pulverizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the spiral cutting pipe (13) is fixed with a spiral cutting knife through a bearing, the spiral cutting pipe (13) is connected with a solenoid valve through a pipeline, one end of the solenoid valve is connected to the charging box (10), the inner wall of one side of the mounting box (1) is fixed with a driving sprocket through a bearing, and the same chain (14) is connected between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket.

The multifunctional pulverizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the fixed box (4) is fixedly connected with a first hydraulic motor (15) and a second hydraulic motor (16) respectively, the first hydraulic motor (15) is output to the drive sprocket, the second hydraulic motor (16) is output to the spiral cutter, a rectangular mounting opening is formed in the outer wall of one side of the fixed box (4), a box door is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rectangular mounting opening, the conveying mechanism (11) comprises a mounting pipe (18), a conveying pipe (19) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the mounting pipe (18), and a packing auger (20) is arranged on the inner wall of the conveying pipe (19).

The multifunctional pulverizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein one end of the installation pipe (18) is fixedly connected with a motor (17), an output shaft of the motor (17) is connected to the auger (20), an arc-shaped opening is formed in the outer wall of one side of the conveying pipe (19), a filter screen is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped opening, a discharge hopper (21) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the arc-shaped opening, and a discharge pipe (22) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the conveying pipe (19).

The multifunctional pulverizer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inner walls of two sides of the machine box (9) are slidably connected with the same T-shaped driving rod (24), one end of the driving rod (24) is fixedly connected to the pushing plate (6), the inner wall of one side of the machine box (9) is fixedly connected with the hydraulic cylinder (23), and the piston rods of the two hydraulic cylinders (23) are connected to the driving rod (24).

A multi-functional pulverizer as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the electric slide (25), hydraulic cylinder (23), first hydraulic motor (15), second hydraulic motor (16) and electric motor (17) are all connected with switches by wires, and the switches are connected with a controller by wires.
