Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic cigarette oil, in particular to herbal low-temperature atomized electronic cigarette oil without nicotine salt.
Background
With the increasing pressure of modern urban life and the attention to health, more and more people choose to smoke electronic cigarettes to replace traditional cigarettes, on one hand, the pressure and fatigue of work and life can be relieved, on the other hand, the harm and addiction of the traditional cigarettes to the body are reduced, but the existing electronic cigarettes are physically atomized at the high temperature of more than 200 ℃, the tobacco tar is atomized by heating the tobacco tar and is sucked into the lung by suction, and the electronic cigarettes have certain addiction and dependence and even harm to the throat, cardiovascular and the like because the electronic cigarettes contain special tobacco essence and nicotine components. With the rise of the concept of big health and the trend of health care for consumption, higher requirements are put on the formula of the electronic cigarette oil. At present, the formula of the electronic cigarette tobacco tar has many limitations, the electronic cigarette tobacco tar mainly focuses on the simulation of various special flavors, such as fruit flavor type, special flavor type and the like, the research on the functions, stability and the like of functional natural plant extract components in an electronic cigarette atomization solvent is less, and the requirements of refreshing, restoring consciousness, relieving fatigue, pursuing taste and the like of people through an electronic cigarette are not met.
Ginsenoside Rb2(Ginsenoside Rb2) is natural effective constituent extract of Ginseng radix or radix Panacis Quinquefolii, and its molecular formula is C53H90O 22. Ginsenoside Rb2 can inhibit nicotine-stimulated catecholamine secretion, has effects of relieving anxiety and preventing retching of central nervous system, and also has remarkable antifatigue effect, such as increasing spontaneous activity of mouse after forced walking. Taurine (Taurine) is a sulfur-containing amino acid with simple structure in animal bodies, has wide biological functions of regulating nerve conduction, increasing the heart contractility, improving the organism vitality and the like, and is widely applied to medicines and food additives.
Ginsenoside Rb2

Example 11 test for nicotine addiction withdrawal
1. Laboratory animal preparation and grouping
The rat body weight of an SPF-level adult male SD (Sprague-Dawley) rat is 300-400 g, the body weight is provided by the Guangdong province medical experimental animal center, the rat is bred adaptively for 7 d, and the rat body circulates naturally day and night, lives under indirect illumination, is well ventilated, and can eat and drink freely. Before grouping the experimental animals, rats with position preference are rejected through a Conditional Place Preference (CPP) experiment. 180 rats were randomly divided into 12 groups and subjected to a plant extract addiction test and a nicotine addiction withdrawal test using the plant extracts. The specific groups are plant extract addiction experiments, a blank control group (normal saline), a nicotine addiction control group and examples 1-9 groups.
2. Blank control group
Saline was nebulized at 70 ℃ and this group of rats was subjected to smoke exposure: 3 times/d, 40 min/time, and the interval between the two times is 3 h.
3. Control group of nicotine addiction
Rats were exposed to smoke: 3 times/d, 40 min/time, two times interval 3h, lasting 20 days. The nicotine was ignited each time of smoke exposure, and placed in a box in which the rats of the experimental group were placed, the box being placed in a windless environment, with a certain air circulation being maintained. After 20 days, a withdrawal evaluation experiment and a CPP test are carried out to detect the addiction.
