本发明公开了一种高柔性耐磨体育跳绳制作方法,由天然橡胶、耐蚀树脂、氢氧化钠、磺化蓖麻油、丙烯酸酯、氧化铝超微粉、氧化铬、氧化锆、白刚玉、石英砂、棕刚玉、碳化硅晶粒混合而成,与现有技术相比,本发明通过改性的混合橡胶材料填充至钢丝绳包覆钢丝网的型材中,能够保证钢丝绳的柔性,同时还具有一定的强度,此外,在外表面通过粘附耐磨材料粉,并通过天然橡胶固定耐磨材料粉,使得材料在跳绳时保证柔性,还具有耐磨性能,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种体育用品,尤其涉及一种高柔性耐磨体育跳绳制作方法。
背景技术
跳绳,是一人或众人在一根环摆的绳中做各种跳跃动作的运动游戏。现有技术中跳绳一般使用的是麻绳或钢丝绳之类的,但钢丝绳表面不耐磨,容易生锈,此外,采用麻绳也不耐用,采用钢绳的刚性过大,虽然耐磨,但柔性差,因此,存在改进空间。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高柔性耐磨体育跳绳制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括以下步骤:
S1:将钢丝绞成柔性钢丝绳;
S2:再将步骤S1的钢丝绳外编织一层钢丝网;
S3:将步骤S2的钢丝网包覆步骤S1钢丝绳的柔性绳浸入加热的混合橡胶材料中,并将混合材料浸入钢丝网及钢丝绳内部浸透,待冷却后取出定型备用;
S4:将步骤S3制得的绳子浸入加热的粘接材料中后迅速取出而后置入耐磨材料粉中,待冷却定型后取出备用;
S5:将步骤S4制得的绳子浸入加热的天然橡胶材料中后迅速取出,待冷却定型后制得高柔性耐磨体育跳绳。
进一步,所述步骤S3中混合橡胶材料由天然橡胶、耐蚀树脂、氢氧化钠、磺化蓖麻油、丙烯酸酯加热混合而成。
优选的,按重量份,每份所述混合橡胶材料包括天然橡胶40份、耐蚀树脂25份、氢氧化钠10份、磺化蓖麻油15份、丙烯酸酯20份。
进一步,所述耐磨材料粉由氧化铝超微粉、氧化铬、氧化锆、白刚玉、石英砂、棕刚玉、碳化硅晶粒混合而成。
优选的,按重量份,每份耐磨材料粉包括氧化铝超微粉35份、氧化铬18份、氧化锆25份、白刚玉6份、石英砂12份、棕刚玉16份、碳化硅晶粒22份。

S4:将步骤S3制得的绳子浸入加热的粘接材料中后迅速取出而后置入耐磨材料粉中,待冷却定型后取出备用;
S5:将步骤S4制得的绳子浸入加热的天然橡胶材料中后迅速取出,待冷却定型后制得高柔性耐磨体育跳绳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高柔性耐磨体育跳绳制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中混合橡胶材料由天然橡胶、耐蚀树脂、氢氧化钠、磺化蓖麻油、丙烯酸酯加热混合而成。
