Example 1:

The health wine of this embodiment was subjected to a process optimization experiment.

1. Single factor investigation:

Drug effect experiment of kidney strengthening and essence generation and yang lifting health preserving wine

1. Influence on spermatogenic ability

50 Kunming mice are selected, male mice are selected, the body mass is 18-20g, and the mice are randomly divided into 4 groups: the blank control group and the high, medium and low dosage (100, 50, 25mL/kg) groups of the health preserving wine are 10 in each group, and the stomach is perfused with the waist strengthening and kidney reinforcing, vital essence generating and yang lifting health preserving wine for 1 time per day and the medicine is continuously administrated for 4 weeks. The control group was gavaged with equal volume of distilled water. After the male mice are administered for the last 1h, the tail roots are loaded (5% of the body mass) and swim in water at 22 ℃, the swimming survival time of the mice is observed and recorded (the mice die after the head of the mice sinks for 5s and the water surface does not float), and the results are shown in table 6. The kidney-strengthening, essence-producing and yang-lifting health-preserving wine has no obvious influence on the body quality of young mice, the mice which are administrated for a long time (21d) have good development, and the body quality is normally increased. The high-dosage and medium-dosage group can obviously increase the swimming survival time (P is less than 0.05) of mice and has certain anti-fatigue effect.

The kidney-strengthening, essence-producing and yang-lifting health-preserving wine has high and medium dosage, and can obviously increase the thymus index of mice (P is less than 0.05); the high-dose group and the medium-dose group of the kidney strengthening and essence generating and yang lifting health preserving wine can increase the epididymis index (P is less than 0.05) and the epididymis index (P is less than 0.05), and have a trend of increasing the spleen and testis indexes of the mice, which indicates that the kidney strengthening and essence generating and yang lifting health preserving wine has certain functions of enhancing immunity and promoting the development of the sexual organs of the mice.

3. Study on inhibition of helicobacter pylori

3.1 gross morphological Observation of the stomach

3.2 Effect on helicobacter pylori infection of mouse antral mucosal tissue urease

3.3 HE staining of gastric tissue specimens
