Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a dishwasher, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of the method for controlling the dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring the water level in the inner container of the dish washer.
Specifically, the water level in the dish washer liner can be obtained through a water level detector in the dish washer liner.
S102: and judging whether the water level is abnormal or not.
Specifically, the following method may be adopted to determine whether the water level is abnormal: and judging whether the water level is in a preset water level range or not, and judging that the water level is abnormal when the water level is larger than the maximum value of the water level range or the water level is smaller than the minimum value of the water level range. For example, the water level range may be between H1-H2, and when the water level is not between H1-H2, it is determined that the water level in the inner container is abnormal.
S103: and when the water level is abnormal and the water inflow of the dishwasher is normal, adjusting the rotating speed of the washing pump according to the water level.
Specifically, the following scheme can be adopted for adjusting the rotating speed of the washing pump according to the water level: increasing the rotation speed of the washing pump when the water level is greater than the maximum value of the water level range; when the water level is less than the minimum value of the water level range, reducing the rotation speed of the washing pump.
That is, when the water level in the inner tub of the dishwasher is abnormal and the water inflow of the dishwasher is normal, the water level in the inner tub is adjusted according to the rotation speed of the washing pump. This is because, as a result of research, it was found that the low water level in the inner container (for example, the water level H0< H1 in the inner container) is caused by the excessive rotation speed of the washing pump under the condition that the water inflow of the dishwasher is normal. The water level in the inner bag is low excessively for a long time, causes dry combustion method to the dish washer easily, if the dish washer has the dry combustion method protection this moment, then can carry out the moisturizing, causes the total water yield of dish washer to be greater than normal value, easy overflow. In embodiment 1 of the present invention, when the water level is less than the minimum value of the water level range, the water level in the inner container can be adjusted to a normal level by reducing the rotation speed of the washing pump, and overflow caused by direct water inflow when the water level in the inner container is low is prevented.
Similarly, it has been found through research that, in the case that the water inlet amount of the dishwasher is normal, the water level in the inner container is high (for example, the water level in the inner container is H0> H2) due to the rotation speed of the washing pump being too low, specifically, the rotation speed of the washing pump is too low, the amount of water pumped is small, the water pressure and the rotation speed of the spray arm are low, and the washing effect is poor. In embodiment 1 of the present invention, when the water level is greater than the maximum value of the water level range, the water level in the inner tank can be adjusted to a normal level by increasing the rotation speed of the washing pump, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the washing pump.
Therefore, the dishwasher control method provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention judges whether the water level is abnormal or not by acquiring the water level in the inner container of the dishwasher, and adjusts the rotating speed of the washing pump according to the water level when the water level is abnormal and the water inflow of the dishwasher is normal; the water level in the inner container can be adjusted to a normal level by adjusting the rotation speed of the washing pump.
Further, whether the water inflow of the dishwasher is normal or not can be judged by the following method: acquiring the water inflow detected by a flowmeter in the water inflow process; when the water inflow belongs to a preset water amount range, judging that the water inflow of the dish washing machine is normal; when the water inflow is larger than the maximum value of the water amount range, starting a drainage pump to drain water, and restarting water inflow after drainage is finished; and when the water inflow is smaller than the minimum value of the water amount range, water is supplemented.
Specifically, the water inflow that obtains water inflow in-process flowmeter and detect includes: and when the water inlet duration reaches the preset duration, acquiring the water inlet quantity detected by the flowmeter in the water inlet process.
That is, the anti-overflow dishwasher of embodiment 1 of the present invention adds a water level detector compared to the dishwashers on the market. In the water inlet process, the water inflow is obtained through a flowmeter and is compared with the preset water inflow, and the water inflow is ensured to be a normal value; meanwhile, in the washing process, the water level inside the dish washing machine is obtained through the water level detector, the water level is compared with the preset water level, the rotating speed of the washing pump is adjusted, the water level is ensured to be normal, and the washing and cleaning effect is ensured.
To explain the control method of the dishwasher of embodiment 1 of the present invention in more detail, a specific example is given. As shown in fig. 2, the dishwasher control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a water supply stage and a washing stage.
Before the dishwasher is supplied with water, the water inlet quantity is preset to be M1-M2 in the program, the water inlet quantity is a normal value in the range, and the water level inside the dishwasher is preset to be H1-H2, and the water level is a normal value in the range. In the water inlet process, the water inflow is detected and measured through a flow meter in the respirator, after the preset water inlet time T0, the obtained water inflow M0 is compared with the preset water inflow, and if M0 is less than M1, water is continuously fed for water supplement until M0 is between M1 and M2. And if the preset water inlet time T0 is passed, M0 is greater than M2, starting the drainage pump to drain water, and restarting water inlet after drainage. When the water inflow M0 is between M1-M2, the washing pump is started and washing is started. In the washing process, the water level H0 is obtained through the water level detector and is compared with a preset water level, if H0 is smaller than H1, the situation that the rotating speed of a washing pump is too large at the moment, the water level in the dish washing machine is low, the dish washing machine is easy to dry heat for a long time, at the moment, water is supplemented if dry heat prevention protection exists, the total water quantity in the dish washing machine is larger than a normal value, and overflow is easy to occur, and the rotating speed of the washing pump is adjusted to be small until the water level H0 is between H1 and H2. If H0> H2, it is shown that the rotation speed of the washing pump is too small at this moment, which causes the water level in the dishwasher to be high, the rotation speed of the washing pump to be too small, the pumped water amount to be small, the water pressure and the rotation speed of the spray arm to be low, which easily causes poor cleaning effect, the rotation speed of the washing pump is adjusted to be large at this moment until the water level H0 is between H1-H2, which ensures that the water amount pumped by the washing pump is normal, the water pressure provided for the spray arm is normal, and the cleaning effect is ensured.
Therefore, compared with the dish-washing machines on the market, the dish-washing machine provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention can ensure normal water inflow in the water inflow process, and prevent excessive water inflow and overflow or insufficient water inflow and dry burning; meanwhile, in the washing process, the water level in the dish washer can be guaranteed to be normal, the washing effect is stable, and water inflow or water drainage cannot be judged by mistake due to the fact that the water level is abnormal.

Corresponding to embodiment 1 of the present invention, embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a dishwasher control device, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the dishwasher control device in embodiment 2 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the dishwasher control device in embodiment 2 of the present invention includes an obtaining module 20, a judging module 21, and an adjusting module 22.
Specifically, the acquiring module 20 is used for acquiring the water level in the inner container of the dishwasher.
And the judging module 21 is used for judging whether the water level is abnormal or not.
