Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a control method of a dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention specifically includes steps S11 to S13, as follows:
and S11, acquiring the water inlet flow of the dishwasher.
In particular, the control method of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for the dishwasher with the water inlet unit, the water outlet unit and the control unit.
More particularly, referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown, and as shown in fig. 2, a control unit of the dishwasher controls opening and/or closing of a water inlet valve and a water discharge pump to realize water inlet and/or water discharge of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is also provided with a water flow detection device for collecting the water inlet flow of the dishwasher and sending the water inlet flow to the control unit.
Preferably, the water flow detecting device may be a water flow sensor disposed on a water inlet pipeline of the dishwasher, when the inflow water flows through the sensor, the water flow sensor outputs a square wave pulse, the number of output pulses is in a fixed proportion to the inflow water, and the control unit may determine whether there is inflow water according to the number of received pulses and calculate the inflow water.
And S12, judging whether the inflow water flow meets a preset inflow water abnormal condition.
And S13, if the water inlet condition is met, generating a control instruction according to the water inlet abnormality of the dish washing machine, controlling the dish washing machine to process the water inlet abnormality, and giving an abnormality alarm.
Specifically, according to the requirement and the limitation of the dishwasher on the water inflow in each operation stage in the normal operation state, corresponding water inflow abnormal conditions are preset. Understandably, the complete operation of the dishwasher may have different requirements and restrictions on the water intake, and accordingly, the water intake anomaly condition may be one or more.
After the dishwasher is electrified and starts to operate, the water inflow rate of the dishwasher is monitored so as to judge whether the water inflow rate of the dishwasher meets the preset water inflow abnormal condition. If the water inlet flow of the dish washing machine meets the preset water inlet abnormal condition, a control instruction is generated corresponding to the currently met water inlet abnormal condition, the dish washing machine is controlled to process the current water inlet abnormality, and meanwhile, an abnormality alarm is given out to prompt a user that the current water inlet abnormality occurs.
The invention can judge the water inlet abnormity of the dish washing machine according to the water inlet flow, correspondingly control the dish washing machine to process the water inlet abnormity, and simultaneously, the abnormity alarm enables a user to timely know the abnormity of the dish washing machine, helps the user to timely take corresponding measures, and ensures that the dish washing machine can still maintain the safe and reliable operation of equipment when the abnormal water inlet conditions such as insufficient or excessive water inlet and the like occur.
In one embodiment of the present invention, before the step S11 of obtaining the inflow rate of the dishwasher, the method further includes the following steps S101 to S102, which are not shown in the drawings:
s101, judging whether the dish-washing machine enters a water inlet stage or not at present;
s102, when the dish washing machine enters a water inlet stage, opening a water inlet valve of the dish washing machine, and opening a water flow detection device arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the dish washing machine to obtain the water inlet flow of the dish washing machine.
In this embodiment, considering that the dishwasher requires different water inflow and non-water inflow operation programs, it is first determined whether the dishwasher enters the water inflow stage. For example, after a user puts dirty dishes into a washing tank, a water inlet process is started after washing; or a water inlet process for starting rinsing after washing is finished.
Specifically, after the dish washing machine enters the water inlet stage, a water inlet valve of the dish washing machine is opened, and meanwhile, a water flow detection device arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the dish washing machine is opened to start collecting and monitoring the water inlet flow.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S12 of determining whether the inflow water rate meets a preset inflow water abnormal condition specifically includes the following steps:
judging whether the water inflow reaches a first preset water inflow or not within a first preset time length;
if the water inlet flow does not reach the first preset water inlet amount, the water inlet valve of the dish washing machine and other working loads are closed, and a first alarm prompt tone is sent out.
Specifically, after the dishwasher enters the water inlet stage, the present embodiment will be described by taking a water inlet procedure after the washing starts as an example.
Generally, in order to ensure that the water quantity is sufficient when the dishes are washed, the dishwasher starts a washing program when detecting that the water inlet quantity reaches the water quantity required by the current washing program (for example, the water quantity required by different gears manually selected by a user or the water quantity intelligently selected by the dishwasher according to the quantity of the dishes). In this embodiment, the first preset water inflow is the water amount required by the current washing program.
In this embodiment, in the first preset time span that dish washer gets into current water inlet stage, acquire dish washer's the inflow to judge whether current inflow reaches first preset inflow, first preset time span is: under normal conditions, the time for the water inflow of the current water inflow stage to reach the first preset water inflow is obtained. Preferably, the water inlet flow of the dishwasher is monitored in real time within the first preset time span, and when the water inlet flow reaches the first preset water inlet within the time span, the water inlet valve of the dishwasher can be closed to stop water inlet, so that the condition that the water inlet of the dishwasher is normal is indicated, and the next working program can be entered according to the set control logic.
Furthermore, if the inflow water rate does not reach the first preset inflow water rate within the first preset time period, it indicates that the inflow water of the dishwasher is abnormal, so that the dishwasher cannot complete the inflow task within the required time, and abnormal conditions such as no water tap, water cut-off, low water pressure, failure of the inflow valve, and the like may occur. At the moment, the dishwasher is controlled to close the water inlet valve, abnormal water inlet is stopped, other workloads in the current operation are controlled to stop, and the condition that the dishwasher is insufficient in water inlet or does not have water inlet, the dishwasher continues to operate to cause equipment damage is avoided. Meanwhile, a first alarm prompt tone is sent out to prompt a user that the dish washing machine has abnormal conditions such as insufficient water inflow or no water inflow. Particularly, the content and the broadcasting mode of the first alarm prompt tone can be correspondingly adjusted according to the currently acquired inflow quantity or the difference value between the inflow quantity and the first preset inflow quantity, and the specific content can be selected in factory settings or can be changed and selected by a user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the steps of:
when the dishwasher enters a non-water inlet stage, closing a water inlet valve of the dishwasher and opening a water flow detection device arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the dishwasher so as to obtain the water inlet flow of the dishwasher.
In this embodiment, when the dishwasher enters a non-water-inlet stage, for example, the dishwasher enters a drying and disinfecting program after washing, or the dishwasher enters an power-on standby state, the water inlet valve of the dishwasher is closed, and the water flow detection device arranged on the water inlet pipeline of the dishwasher is opened to start collecting and monitoring the water inlet flow.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S12 of determining whether the inflow water rate meets a preset inflow water abnormal condition further includes the following steps:
judging whether the water inflow reaches a second preset water inflow or not;
and if the water inlet flow reaches the second preset water inlet flow, starting a drainage pump of the dish washing machine, closing other workloads and sending out a second alarm prompt tone.
Specifically, after the dishwasher enters the non-water-intake stage, the embodiment will be described by taking a drying and disinfecting procedure after the washing is finished as an example.
Under normal conditions, the dish washer enters into including drying and disinfecting the back at the internal non-water inlet stage, should have no water inflow again, if the water flow detection device that sets up on the dish washer water inlet pipeline detects the inflow water flow, then indicate that the dish washer probably takes place the unusual circumstances such as similar water intaking valve inefficacy is normally open this moment, lead to the dish washer still to have the water inflow in the stage of should not intaking.
It can be understood that the dishwasher is in operation or in an idle state, and therefore, in the embodiment, the preset second preset water intake amount has a relatively large value, and even if the dishwasher detects the water intake amount in a non-water intake stage, if the water intake amount does not exceed the value, the dishwasher is still considered to have no water intake abnormality.
In this embodiment, after the dishwasher enters the current non-water-intake stage, the water intake flow of the dishwasher is obtained, and whether the current water intake flow reaches the second preset water intake is determined. If the water inflow rate is always zero, the condition that the dishwasher is completely abnormal in water inflow is indicated; if in the current non-water inlet stage, the water inlet flow reaches the second preset water inlet amount, the water inlet abnormality of the dish-washing machine is indicated, the dish-washing machine is controlled to start the drainage pump to drain water, and the dish-washing machine is controlled to stop other current workloads except drainage, so that the damage to equipment caused by the fact that the dish-washing machine continues to operate under the condition that abnormal water inlet occurs or the water inlet amount is excessive is avoided. Meanwhile, a second alarm prompt tone is sent out to prompt the user that the condition of abnormal water inlet or excessive water inlet and the like of the dish washing machine occurs.
As in the foregoing embodiment, the specific content of the second alarm prompt tone may use default factory settings, or may be changed by the user. In particular, the second warning tone should have a different content from the first warning tone to help the user distinguish whether the current abnormal condition is insufficient water intake, or no water intake, or abnormal water intake, or excessive water intake.
For simplicity of explanation, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the embodiments of the invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
