Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to an overflow protection method for a washing machine and a full-automatic washing machine using the same.
Background
The existing washing machines are generally provided with a normal overflow water level, when the water inflow reaches the normal overflow water level, the computer board of the washing machine controls the water inlet valve to stop water inflow, wherein the water exceeding the overflow port automatically flows out from the overflow port along the overflow pipe. However, when the controllable silicon of the water inlet valve is abnormal, the control of the water inlet valve by the computer board is failed, so that the washing machine is not only prevented from water inflow or flooded, and a large amount of resources are wasted, and potential safety hazards are brought to normal washing of users. On the other hand, the overflow protection method adopted by the existing washing machine is to judge whether the water level of the washing machine exceeds a set value by using the accumulated times when the water level reaches the overflow water level; because the washing machine can splash in the washing process, as long as the water inflow is a little more, the preset cumulative frequency can be reached very easily, thereby causing the misjudgment of a computer board, causing the frequent water stop or overflow of the washing machine and seriously influencing the washing quality and the working efficiency of the washing machine.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is desirable to provide an overflow protection method for a washing machine, which can control the water level of the washing machine even when a thyristor of a water inlet valve fails, and has an accurate and efficient control process, and a full-automatic washing machine using the same.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an overflow protection method for a washing machine comprises the following steps:
step A: setting an overflow protection water level of the washing machine, wherein the overflow protection water level is higher than a normal overflow water level of the washing machine;
and B: detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches an overflow protection water level;
and C: judging whether the continuous time of the water level reaching the overflow protection water level exceeds a first set time, if so, starting an alarm of the washing machine, and if not, continuing the judging process;
step D: and after the alarm lasts for the second set time, the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the water level in the washing machine does not rise beyond the overflow opening of the washing machine within the total time of the first set time and the second set time.
As a preferable scheme of the washing machine overflow protection method, the overflow protection water level is arranged at 30 cm below an overflow opening of the washing machine.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the first set time in the step C is 5 minutes; the second setting time in the step D is 10 minutes.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the alarm comprises a buzzer and a digital tube.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the buzzer buzzes for 10 seconds every 2 minutes, wherein the buzzing frequency is 0.5 seconds ON and 0.5 seconds OFF; the frequency of the nixie tube flicker is 0.5 second ON and 0.5 second OFF.
As a preferable scheme of the washing machine overflow protection method, the washing machine overflow protection method is suitable for a washing machine water inlet program, a washing program or a rinsing program.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the following steps are further arranged between the step a and the step B:
step A1: detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches a normal overflow water level;
step A2: judging whether the continuous time of the water level reaching the normal overflow water level exceeds a third set time, if so, controlling the water inlet valve to stop water inlet by the host computer, and controlling the drain valve to drain water outwards; if not, the determination process is continued.
As a preferable scheme of the overflow protection method of the washing machine, the third set time in the step a2 is 5 minutes.
The invention also provides a full-automatic washing machine which uses the overflow protection method.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, the overflow protection water level of the overflow protection device is higher than the normal overflow water level of the washing machine, when the silicon controlled rectifier of the water inlet valve is broken down or abnormal, the overflow protection water level plays a role, and the phenomenon that the washing machine is not stopped from water inflow or flooded is effectively prevented. Secondly, whether the continuous time for judging whether the water level reaches the overflow protection water level exceeds the first set time or not is determined to give an alarm, the continuous timing judging mode is more accurate than a general time accumulation judging mode, the influence of misjudgment and false alarm of the washing machine on a user is avoided, and the washing quality and the working efficiency of the washing machine are improved. And thirdly, the alarm process is continued for a certain time, so that the user can be reminded of taking measures in time, and if the user fails to operate within the specified time, the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down, so that the waste of water resources and the potential safety hazard of the washing machine are reduced.

Example one
The embodiment provides a preferable washing machine overflow protection method, which is used for solving the problems that the existing washing machine is easy to have the situations of no water inflow and flooding under the condition of abnormal silicon controlled rectifier of a water inlet valve, and simultaneously solving the problems that the existing overflow protection method is inaccurate in judgment and easy to cause misoperation. The overflow protection method of the washing machine is suitable for the water inlet program, the washing program or the rinsing program of the washing machine. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment takes the overflow protection in the water inlet process of the washing machine as an example for explanation.
The overflow protection method of the washing machine comprises the following steps:
step 1: the washing machine is powered on and started.
Step 2: and setting the overflow protection water level of the washing machine according to the position of the overflow port on the outer barrel of the washing machine, wherein the overflow protection water level is higher than the normal overflow water level of the washing machine.
The overflow protection water level is set on the basis of the normal overflow water level, when the normal overflow water level is invalid, the washing machine can be still effectively prevented from entering water or flooding events, and the safety performance of the washing machine is improved.
And step 3: and selecting a water inlet program of the washing machine to start water inlet, and simultaneously resetting the result of the overflow protection timer.
And 4, step 4: and (5) detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches the overflow protection water level, if so, performing the step 5, otherwise, returning to the step to continue monitoring.
The device used for detecting the water level of the washing machine in the step is a liquid level sensor arranged in the washing machine, preferably, the liquid level sensor is a plate-inserted liquid level sensor, the size is small, the monitoring precision is high, the liquid level error is less than +/-10 mm, and the requirement of the current full-automatic washing machine on the accurate control of the liquid level can be met.
And 5: and (3) starting timing by a timer, judging whether the continuous time for the water level to reach the overflow protection water level exceeds 5 minutes, if so, performing the step 6, and if not, continuing the judging process of the step.
Since the detected water level continuously exceeds the overflow protection water level within 5 minutes, the fact that the real water level of the washing machine exceeds the overflow protection water level can be basically determined, and misjudgment caused by reasons such as splashing and the like is avoided. The continuous timing judging mode is more accurate than the general times accumulating judging mode, the influence of the judging error of the washing machine on the user is avoided, and the washing quality and the working efficiency of the washing machine are improved.
Step 6: the washing machine starts the alarm, and the alarm lasts for 10 minutes.
Further, the alarm in this embodiment includes a buzzer sound and a digital tube flashing. Specifically, the buzzer buzzes for 10 seconds every 2 minutes, and the buzzing frequency is 0.5 seconds ON and 0.5 seconds OFF; the frequency of the charactron flash was 0.5 seconds ON, 0.5 seconds OFF.
And 7: the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down.
The alarm process lasts for a certain time, so that the user can be reminded to take measures in time, and if the user fails to operate within the specified time, the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down, so that the waste of water resources and the potential safety hazard of the washing machine are reduced.

The overflow protection method of the washing machine comprises the following steps:
step 1: the washing machine is powered on and started.
Step 2: setting the overflow protection water level of the washing machine according to the position of an overflow port on the outer barrel of the washing machine, wherein the overflow protection water level is higher than the normal overflow water level of the washing machine; meanwhile, the washing inlet water level of the washing machine is set according to the amount of the clothes.
And step 3: and selecting a water inlet program of the washing machine to start water inlet, and simultaneously resetting the result of the overflow protection timer.
And 4, step 4: and (5) detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches the set washing inlet water level, if so, performing the step 5, and otherwise, skipping to the step 3.
And 5: the washing machine starts washing.
Step 6: and (5) detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches the overflow protection water level, if so, performing the step 7, and if not, skipping to the step 5.
And 7: and (5) starting timing by the timer, judging whether the continuous time for the water level to reach the overflow protection water level exceeds 5 minutes, if so, performing the step 8, and otherwise, skipping to the step 5.
And 8: the washing machine starts the alarm, and the alarm lasts for 10 minutes.
And step 9: the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down.
In the washing process of the washing machine, if the water level is normal, the washing is continued, and if the water level exceeds the maximum overflow water level for a certain time, the alarm is started and the washing machine is automatically shut down; the method effectively prevents flooding events in the washing process, improves the safety of the washing process, avoids the error of frequent overflow or shutdown of the washing machine in the washing process due to more accurate judgment, improves the working efficiency of the washing machine and saves water resources.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment proposes a third preferred overflow protection method for a washing machine, which is substantially the same as the overflow protection method described in the second embodiment, except that: this embodiment adds the setting of the normal overflow water level.
Step 1: the washing machine is powered on and started.
Step 2: setting the overflow protection water level of the washing machine according to the position of an overflow port on the outer barrel of the washing machine, wherein the overflow protection water level is higher than the normal overflow water level of the washing machine; meanwhile, the washing inlet water level and the normal overflow water level of the washing machine are set according to the amount of the clothes.
Step 6: and (5) detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches a normal overflow water level, if so, performing the step 7, and if not, skipping to the step 5.
And 7: and (5) starting timing by the timer, judging whether the continuous time for the water level to reach the normal overflow water level exceeds 5 minutes, if so, controlling the water inlet valve to stop water inlet by the host computer, and if not, skipping to the step 5.
And 8: and (4) detecting and judging whether the washing machine reaches the overflow protection water level, if so, performing the step 9, otherwise, returning to the step to continue monitoring.
And step 9: and (3) starting timing by a timer, judging whether the continuous time for the water level to reach the overflow protection water level exceeds 5 minutes, if so, performing the step 10, otherwise, returning to the step for continuous judgment.
Step 10: the washing machine starts the alarm, and the alarm lasts for 10 minutes.
Step 11: the washing machine is automatically powered off and shut down.
The normal overflow water level of the washing machine can protect the water level under the condition that the water inlet valve is effective, but when the silicon controlled rectifier of the water inlet valve is broken down or abnormal, the water inlet process cannot be stopped, the water level can continuously rise, and the overflow protection water level of the washing machine plays a role at the moment, so that the phenomenon that the washing machine is not stopped when water enters or is flooded is effectively prevented.
