The seasoning inverting mechanism 11 of the invention drives the mounting plate 67 on the second moving block 66 to move through the action of the moving motor 65, the seasoning inverting box 71 on the mounting plate 67 changes in position on the third track plate 63 and can further receive seasonings in the liquid material storage mechanism 9 and/or the solid material storage mechanism 10, after receiving the seasonings, the seasoning inverting rod 61 is driven to rotate through the action of the ninth motor 59, so that the angular position of the seasoning inverting box 71 changes, when the proper position is reached, the seasoning inverting box 71 is positioned above the frying pan 4 through the action of the moving motor 65, then the tenth motor 68 is started, the tenth motor 68 drives the third rotating shaft 70 to rotate through the action of the eighth gear 72 and the ninth gear 73, and the seasoning inverting box 71 is driven to invert during the rotation of the third rotating shaft 70, so that the seasonings can be added into the shoveling pan. Therefore, the automatic seasoning adding device can realize automatic seasoning adding and improve the automation of the cooking machine.
Principle of operation
According to the invention, the induction cooker 3 is arranged on the bottom plate frame 2, the induction cooker 3 is utilized to heat the frying pan 4, when the frying pan is used, the cover 15 is turned over from the upper end of the frying pan 4 through the pan cover turning device 5, then the food material to be fried is added into the frying pan 4 through the food material reverse mechanism 6, the drive mechanism 8 drives the frying device 7 to stir the food material in the frying pan 4, after a period of stir-frying, the corresponding seasoning is output through the solid material storage mechanism 10 and the liquid material storage mechanism, and at the moment, the seasoning reverse mechanism 11 receives the related seasoning and reversely puts the seasoning into the shovel pan to stir-fry until the seasoning is cooked. The invention can realize the automation of cooking by combining a plurality of mechanism devices and has the advantages of small structure and convenient use. The cooking steps related to the invention can be controlled by a program and are realized by related mechanisms and devices in the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A cooking machine is characterized in that: the multifunctional cooking machine comprises a rack (1), wherein a bottom plate frame (2) is arranged at the bottom of the rack (1), an induction cooker (3) is arranged on the bottom plate frame (2), and a frying pan (4) is arranged above the induction cooker (3); the bottom plate frame (2) is provided with a pot cover turning device (5) and a food material inverting mechanism (6); the base plate frame (2) is provided with a cooking device (7) and a driving mechanism (8) which are respectively positioned at two sides of the frying pan (4) and drive the cooking device (7) to operate; a liquid material storage mechanism (9) and a solid material storage mechanism (10) are arranged on a side frame body of the rack (1); and a seasoning inverting mechanism (11) for receiving seasonings in the liquid material storage mechanism (9) and/or the solid material storage mechanism (10) is also arranged on the bottom plate frame (2).

The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the pot cover turning device (5) comprises a first motor (12) and a pair of first bearing frames (13), the first motor is installed on the bottom plate frame (2), a first rotating shaft (14) is arranged on each first bearing frame (13), and a cover (15) is fixed on each first rotating shaft (14); the output end of the first motor (12) is connected with the first rotating shaft (14) through a coupler.

The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the food material overturning mechanism (6) comprises a first track plate (16) arranged on the bottom plate frame (2) and a pair of second bearing frames (17); a first screw rod (18) and first stabilizer bars (19) positioned at two sides of the first screw rod (18) are arranged on the first track plate (16); a second motor (20) is arranged on one side of the first track plate (16), and the output end of the second motor (20) is connected with the first screw rod (18); the first screw rod (20) is matched with a first moving plate (21) in a rotating mode, and the first stabilizer bar (19) penetrates through two sides of the bottom end of the first moving plate (21); a plurality of iron food material boxes (22) are arranged on the first moving plate (21); a second rotating shaft (23) is arranged on the second bearing frame (17), and an electromagnet (24) is fixed on the second rotating shaft (23) through a connecting rod; and the second rotating shaft (23) is connected with a third motor (25) through a coupler.

The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the driving device (8) comprises a fourth motor (26) arranged on the bottom plate frame (2), and the output end of the fourth motor (26) is connected with a first gear (27); the driving device (8) further comprises a rotating block (28) arranged on the bottom plate frame (2), two sector gears (29) arranged in a mirror image mode are arranged on the rotating block (28), and one sector gear (29) is meshed with the first gear (27); the sector gear (27) is connected with the cooking device (7).

The cooker of claim 4, wherein: the driving device (8) further comprises a pair of arc-shaped grooves (28) which are arranged on the bottom plate frame (2) in a mirror image mode; the dish frying device (28) comprises a first vertical shaft (74) penetrating through the arc-shaped groove, the lower end of the first vertical shaft (74) is connected with a sector surface of the sector gear (27), and the middle section of the first vertical shaft (74) is connected with a movable trolley (30); the base plate frame (2) is provided with a track (31) for moving the movable trolley (30); one side of the movable trolley (30) is connected with a fifth motor (32), and the output end of the fifth motor (32) is connected with a second gear (33); a third gear (34) meshed with the second gear (33) is arranged on the first vertical shaft (74); a sleeve rod (35) is arranged on the shaft body of the first vertical shaft (74), a sixth motor (36) is arranged on one side of the sleeve rod, and the output end of the sixth motor (36) is connected with a fourth gear (37); an upper gear (38) and a lower gear (39) are arranged on the loop bar (35), and the upper gear (38) and the lower gear (39) are respectively meshed with a fourth gear (37); the upper gear (38) and the lower gear (39) are hinged together to form an inverted U-shaped slice moving rod (40), and the end part of the slice moving rod (40) is connected with a slice (41).
